Most of it happens without you leaving your shop counter. Share your documents on WhatsApp, approve the prepared draft, and your GSTR-1 & GSTR-3B Monthly Filing is completed on the portal from Rs.749 — by a Chennai team that businesses across Vyasarpadi have relied on for years.
We serve businesses on and around 16th Street — document pickup, in-person consultation at our Porur office, or fully online over WhatsApp.
Share your number — a senior GST consultant calls you back within 30 minutes.
Vyasarpadi runs along Erukkancheri High Road and Stephenson Road around Vyasarpadi Jeeva railway station, with MKB Nagar, Sharma Nagar and Kannadasan Nagar backing on to scrap yards, timber and plywood godowns, lorry body builders, fabrication job-workers and provision retail. Purchases from unregistered scrap vendors attract reverse charge, and job-work challans and e-way bills are where notices usually begin. When businesses of this kind evaluate GSTR-1 & GSTR-3B Monthly Filing, the real question is not price alone but who answers when something goes wrong. We serve Vyasarpadi, Perambur and Erukkanchery on a standing commitment: responses within the same working day, senior scrutiny before every submission, and continued support if the department ever writes back on work carrying our preparation.
Not a bulk-filing portal. A senior consultant knows your file, your jurisdiction and your deadlines.
Whenever the GST Council notifies a late-fee waiver or an amnesty window for pending returns or old demands, we check every client's history against it and act within the deadline. Relief that businesses in Vyasarpadi would otherwise read about after it lapsed reaches our clients in time.
Traders, manufacturers, contractors, e-commerce sellers, professionals and service exporters — we have handled GST for all of them. Whatever mix of goods and services your Vyasarpadi business supplies, the rate, classification and place-of-supply questions have almost certainly crossed our desk before.
Freight paid to transporters, advocate fees, imported services and other notified supplies attract GST under reverse charge, with self-invoicing where the supplier is unregistered. We maintain a running RCM check every period, because this is the liability self-filers most consistently miss.
Most GST notices trace back to mismatches between GSTR-1, GSTR-3B and GSTR-2B. We reconcile these before filing, not after a notice arrives, so your returns are internally consistent and the most common triggers for ASMT-10 scrutiny simply never appear.
New GSTIN applications, core field amendments through REG-14, additional places of business — we prepare complete, query-resistant applications the first time. Clean paperwork is the difference between smooth approval and weeks lost answering clarification memos from the department.
Composition dealers have their own rulebook — CMP-08 every quarter, GSTR-4 annually by 30 June, bills of supply instead of tax invoices, and a turnover ceiling that must be watched. We handle each of these correctly so the scheme's simplicity never turns into a violation.
At month end we remind you and collect sales invoices, purchase bills and credit notes in whatever format you maintain, including Excel, Tally exports or scanned copies.
We prepare invoice-wise outward supply details, validate GSTINs of your B2B customers, summarise B2C supplies and file GSTR-1 on the portal before the 11th.
We download your auto-drafted GSTR-2B, match it against purchase records, and claim only eligible input tax credit so that mismatches do not trigger scrutiny notices later.
We compute net tax payable after ITC set-off, share the working with you for approval, and generate the payment challan for any cash liability.
After your confirmation and tax payment, we file GSTR-3B before the 20th and send you both filed acknowledgements along with a one-page summary of the month.
Send these on WhatsApp (+91 - 9600 606 444) and we take it forward the same day.

Practical outcomes our clients measure us by.
Consistent, reconciled returns give the department's matching systems nothing to flag. Clients who move to us after years of self-filing typically see scrutiny queries and mismatch notices fall away within a few filing cycles.
When a query or verification comes, you respond through a professional who deals with the department regularly, in the department's own language and format, instead of facing an officer's letter alone.
Illness, travel or a family function no longer threatens a deadline. With a standing external process holding your calendar and data trail, filings proceed on schedule whether or not you are at your desk.
E-commerce platforms continuously validate seller GSTINs and filing status. A consistently compliant registration keeps your listings active and settlements flowing, with no sudden suspension of your online sales channel.
Tax positions, rate choices and credit calls are documented as they are made, so if a question arises years later, the reasoning and evidence are on file rather than in someone's fading memory.
Excess balances parked in the electronic cash ledger are identified during regular ledger reviews and either utilised against upcoming liability or claimed back as a refund, instead of sitting interest-free with the government.
| Aspect | With ChennaiGST | DIY / Unattended |
|---|---|---|
| Portal credentials and data | Logins handled by a small engaged team under strict confidentiality, with credentials stored securely and never passed onward. | Passwords circulating on chats with freelancers and part-timers, and no accountability for who has accessed your business data. |
| Due-date tracking | A maintained compliance calendar with internal cut-offs days before the 11th and the 20th; we chase you for data, not the other way around. | Deadlines remembered from memory or phone alarms; one busy week and the return slips past the due date. |
| Risk of notices | GSTR-1, GSTR-3B and GSTR-2B reconciled before filing, removing the mismatches that trigger most scrutiny notices. | Inconsistent figures across returns quietly build a mismatch history that surfaces later as ASMT-10 scrutiny or a demand notice. |
| Keeping up with changes | Rate changes, portal updates and new thresholds such as the Rs.5 crore e-invoice limit are tracked by us and applied to your case proactively. | Changes are discovered after the fact — often through a rejected filing, a blocked e-way bill or a departmental letter. |
| Goods in transit | E-way bills generated correctly and matched to invoices, so consignments pass roadside inspections without detention or penalty. | A defective or missing e-way bill can mean detention at a checkpoint, with penalties that dwarf the tax on the consignment. |
| Annual return preparation | Monthly reconciliations roll naturally into GSTR-9, filed comfortably before 31 December with figures already agreed through the year. | Twelve months of unmatched data reconstructed in December, with differences discovered too late to be corrected cleanly. |
16th Street is a residential street in Vyasarpadi, about 300 m west of the centre of Vyasarpadi. The same consultant covers the streets immediately around it — 10th Street (about 250 m); 26th Street (about 250 m); Melpatti Ponappa Street (about 300 m); 24th Street (about 300 m) — so a site visit on 16th Street can usually be combined with other work in Vyasarpadi on the same trip. For GST purposes an address on 16th Street falls under the Chennai North CGST Commissionerate, and the Vyasarpadi pincode is 600039.
Road classification and position from OpenStreetMap; distances are straight-line and approximate. Jurisdiction must be confirmed on your own registration certificate.
A working knowledge of recent instruments and judgments is what separates a defensible filing from a risky one.
GSTN Advisory, January 2024 — introduction of Tables 14 and 15 in GSTR-1 and the Invoice Furnishing Facility · 2024-01
From the January 2024 tax period, GSTR-1 and the Invoice Furnishing Facility carry two additional tables. Table 14 is filed by the seller and splits supplies made through an e-commerce operator between those on which the operator collects tax at source under Section 52 and those on which the operator itself pays tax under Section 9(5). Table 15 is filed by the e-commerce operator for supplies on which it discharges the tax under Section 9(5).
What to do about it: Sellers on marketplaces must map each order to the correct table, because mismatches here drive notices on tax collected at source credit.
Circular No. 26/26/2017-GST dated 29 December 2017 · 2017-12-29
This consolidated circular explained the return filing decisions of the 23rd GST Council meeting. It clarified the due dates, the quantum of late fee, and, most usefully, that errors in a GSTR-3B already filed cannot be revised but must be corrected by adjusting the figures in the return of a later month, with interest payable where tax was short paid. It also dealt with returns that were submitted but not filed because of portal problems.
What to do about it: The principle that GSTR-3B is corrected in a subsequent month rather than revised still governs every rectification a Chennai business makes today.
17th GST Council Meeting, New Delhi — 18 June 2017 (PIB Release ID 1493128) · 2017-06-18
Responding to trade concerns about return readiness, the Council decided that for the first two months of GST, tax would be payable on a simple summary return, Form GSTR-3B, filed by the 20th of the following month. Invoice-wise details in GSTR-1 for July 2017 were to be filed between 1 and 5 September and for August between 16 and 20 September, with GSTR-2 auto-populated thereafter. This is the origin of the summary return that has governed monthly GST compliance ever since.
Why this matters: GSTR-3B was designed as a two-month stopgap and is still the return every Chennai business files monthly, which is why its legal status has been litigated repeatedly.
