Reliable New GST Registration for West Mambalam businesses at a clear, fixed fee starting Rs.1,499. We handle the documentation, portal work and follow-up, you approve the draft before anything is filed, and the acknowledgement reaches you on WhatsApp the moment the filing goes through.
We serve businesses on and around Brindavan Street — document pickup, in-person consultation at our Porur office, or fully online over WhatsApp.
Share your number — a senior GST consultant calls you back within 30 minutes.
West Mambalam packs caterers, flower and pooja goods sellers, tailoring units and tuition centres into dense streets like Lake View Road and Arya Gowda Road beside Mambalam railway station. Family-run businesses here often operate near the Rs.40 lakh goods and Rs.20 lakh services registration thresholds, so registration timing, composition eligibility and purchases from unregistered dealers are the common questions. That commercial character shapes the GST questions we see from West Mambalam every week — registrations, monthly returns, credit mismatches and departmental queries. We deliver New GST Registration for businesses in West Mambalam, and clients also reach us from T. Nagar and Ashok Nagar nearby. Documents move over WhatsApp, drafts are approved before filing, and a senior consultant reviews every submission, so distance from our office never dilutes the quality of the work.
Not a bulk-filing portal. A senior consultant knows your file, your jurisdiction and your deadlines.
When an ADT-01 audit intimation or a personal hearing date arrives, we compile the records, prepare the reconciliations and draft the submissions, and coordinate closely with your authorised representative. You walk into the proceeding prepared, not improvising in front of an officer.
Every new client receives a review of their recent returns before we file anything — unclaimed credit, GSTR-1 versus GSTR-3B drift, and exposures worth correcting quietly. Businesses in West Mambalam often discover in this first review exactly why their previous arrangement was costing them money.
You receive a WhatsApp message when documents are received, when the draft is ready for your approval, and when the return or application is filed, along with the acknowledgement. You never have to call and ask what is happening with your file.
New GSTIN applications, core field amendments through REG-14, additional places of business — we prepare complete, query-resistant applications the first time. Clean paperwork is the difference between smooth approval and weeks lost answering clarification memos from the department.
Quarterly filing still demands monthly attention — IFF uploads so your buyers see their credit on time, and tax payment through PMT-06 by the 25th for the first two months of each quarter. We run that monthly rhythm so QRMP saves you effort without creating gaps.
Traders, manufacturers, contractors, e-commerce sellers, professionals and service exporters — we have handled GST for all of them. Whatever mix of goods and services your West Mambalam business supplies, the rate, classification and place-of-supply questions have almost certainly crossed our desk before.
You share PAN, Aadhaar, photographs, address proof and bank details over WhatsApp or email. We review each document against portal requirements and flag anything that could trigger an officer query.
We draft Form GST REG-01 with the correct business constitution, principal place of business, HSN or SAC codes and authorised signatory details, then share a summary for your confirmation.
The application is filed on the GST portal and we guide the authorised signatory through Aadhaar OTP authentication, which speeds up approval and usually avoids physical verification of premises.
We track the ARN daily. If the officer issues a notice in Form REG-03 seeking clarification, we draft and file the reply in Form REG-04 within the permitted time.
Once approved, we download your registration certificate in Form REG-06, help set up portal login credentials, and brief you on invoice format, return due dates and e-way bill obligations.
Send these on WhatsApp (+91 - 9600 606 444) and we take it forward the same day.
Timeline: 3-7 working days · No hidden charges · GST invoice provided
Practical outcomes our clients measure us by.
Filed returns, challans, reconciliations and working papers are archived in order from day one. If an audit or departmental verification comes, your file is ready the same week, not assembled in a panic.
Each period you receive a simple computation showing output tax, credit utilised and net cash payable, so GST becomes a number you understand and question rather than a figure you accept blindly.
Your billing staff are guided on invoice fields, rates and series discipline, so mistakes are prevented where they originate — at the counter — instead of being repaired later in the returns.
Excess balances parked in the electronic cash ledger are identified during regular ledger reviews and either utilised against upcoming liability or claimed back as a refund, instead of sitting interest-free with the government.
Systematic GSTR-2B matching and supplier follow-up mean input tax credit that was leaking away under self-filing is captured each month, directly reducing the cash you pay out with every GSTR-3B.
Amounts deducted by government buyers as GST TDS and by marketplaces as TCS are accepted on the portal each period, so money withheld against your GSTIN actually reaches your cash ledger instead of lying unclaimed.
| Aspect | With ChennaiGST | DIY / Unattended |
|---|---|---|
| Supplier defaults | Suppliers who stop uploading invoices are identified within the period and pursued before their default becomes your blocked credit. | Missing supplier invoices surface only when credit is denied, by which time recovering the amount from the vendor is difficult. |
| Time cost | Roughly an hour a month to send data and approve drafts; the portal work, reconciliation and follow-up are ours. | Hours every month lost to portal errors, JSON files, OTP failures and reworking figures — usually on the due date itself. |
| Refund claims | RFD-01 filed with complete statements and annexures, tracked from ARN to bank credit, with any deficiency memo answered promptly. | Incomplete claims bounce back as deficiency memos while the refund sits unclaimed for months and working capital stays blocked. |
| Registration and amendments | Query-resistant applications prepared correctly the first time, with supporting documents matched to what proper officers actually verify. | Repeated clarification memos and resubmissions, with weeks lost because a rent agreement or premises photograph did not meet expectations. |
| When a notice arrives | A professional drafts the reply in the department's format and files it within the statutory window, such as thirty days for ASMT-11. | You face departmental language alone, and a missed reply deadline can convert a simple query into a demand with penalty. |
| Goods in transit | E-way bills generated correctly and matched to invoices, so consignments pass roadside inspections without detention or penalty. | A defective or missing e-way bill can mean detention at a checkpoint, with penalties that dwarf the tax on the consignment. |
Brindavan Street is a secondary arterial road in West Mambalam, about 450 m north-east of the centre of West Mambalam. The same consultant covers the streets immediately around it — Jubilee Road (about 200 m); Rajaji Street (about 250 m); Vasudevapuram Street (about 300 m); Chakrapani Street (about 300 m) — so a site visit on Brindavan Street can usually be combined with other work in West Mambalam on the same trip. For GST purposes an address on Brindavan Street falls under the Chennai South CGST Commissionerate, and the West Mambalam pincode is 600033.

51st GST Council Meeting (virtual mode, New Delhi) — 2 August 2023 · 2023-08-02
The 51st meeting recommended amendments to the CGST Act and IGST Act, including Schedule III, to tax supplies in casinos, horse racing and online gaming at 28 per cent. Valuation was fixed at the amount paid or payable to or deposited with the supplier by or on behalf of the player, excluding amounts staked out of winnings of previous games or bets, so the tax applies on entry deposits rather than on every bet. Suppliers of online money gaming located outside India were required to take a single simplified registration, failing which public access to their platforms can be blocked. The Council said the process of amending the Acts would be completed within two months, and the amendments were brought into force from 1 October 2023.
Practical effect: From 1 October 2023, gaming operators must pay 28 per cent on user deposits, and foreign platforms without Indian registration face blocking and enforcement.
Takko Holding GmbH, India liaison office - AAR Tamil Nadu, Order No. TN/14/AAR/2018, dated 27 September 2018 · 2018-09-27
A German company's liaison office in Tamil Nadu carried on only the representational and coordination activities permitted by the Reserve Bank of India and received funds from its head office to meet office expenses. The Authority held that liaison activities carried on strictly within the RBI permission do not amount to a supply under the CGST and TNGST Acts, the remittances from the head office are not consideration, and the liaison office is neither liable to pay GST nor required to register.
Practical effect: A genuine liaison office in Chennai doing only representational work stays outside GST, but any commercial activity changes that position.
Notification No. 8/2021-Central Tax (Rate), dated 30 September 2021 · 2021-09-30
Acting on the 45th GST Council recommendation, the Government raised the rate on solar power based devices, solar generators, photovoltaic cells and modules, wind operated electricity generators, biogas plants and waste-to-energy devices from five per cent to twelve per cent with effect from 1 October 2021. Combined with the 70:30 deeming rule, this pushed up the delivered cost of rooftop and utility scale solar projects and prompted a wave of contract repricing and change-of-rate disputes under Section 14.
Why this matters: Projects straddling 1 October 2021 must fix the rate using the time-of-supply rules in Section 14, since invoice date, payment date and supply date can point to different rates.
