One WhatsApp message is how most of our client relationships began. Send yours today and have E-Way Bill Registration & Support in Kodambakkam handled end to end from Rs.999 — fee confirmed in writing first, documents straight from your phone, acknowledgement the day we file.
Share your number — a senior GST consultant calls you back within 30 minutes.
If you operate in Kodambakkam, GST deadlines arrive with the same force as anywhere in Chennai — GSTR-1 by the 11th, GSTR-3B by the 20th. Kodambakkam gave Kollywood its name, and film production houses, editing suites and event managers still work off Arcot Road and Rangarajapuram Main Road alongside dense neighbourhood retail. Media businesses here struggle with GST classification of production services, reverse charge on copyright payments to composers and artists, and input tax credit scattered across multi-location shoots and vendor invoices. We provide E-Way Bill Registration & Support to businesses across Kodambakkam and the adjoining T. Nagar and Vadapalani localities, maintaining a compliance calendar for every client so due dates are met without last-minute panic, late fees or interest at 18 percent per annum.
Not a bulk-filing portal. A senior consultant knows your file, your jurisdiction and your deadlines.
Tally, Zoho Books, Busy, marketplace reports, plain Excel or even a handwritten bill book — we take your data in whatever form your Kodambakkam business already maintains it. You are never forced to buy new software or retrain staff just to become our client.
GSTR-3B late fees run at Rs.50 per day and interest at 18 percent per annum on unpaid tax. Our internal cut-offs sit days ahead of statutory due dates precisely so that our clients never hand the department a rupee they did not owe.
Every new client receives a review of their recent returns before we file anything — unclaimed credit, GSTR-1 versus GSTR-3B drift, and exposures worth correcting quietly. Businesses in Kodambakkam often discover in this first review exactly why their previous arrangement was costing them money.
You receive a WhatsApp message when documents are received, when the draft is ready for your approval, and when the return or application is filed, along with the acknowledgement. You never have to call and ask what is happening with your file.
Traders, manufacturers, contractors, e-commerce sellers, professionals and service exporters — we have handled GST for all of them. Whatever mix of goods and services your Kodambakkam business supplies, the rate, classification and place-of-supply questions have almost certainly crossed our desk before.
We tell you when the composition scheme stops making sense, when QRMP suits your cash flow, and when a supplier's non-compliance is quietly costing you credit. Filing is the minimum; helping you make better GST decisions is the actual job.
We register your GSTIN on the e-way bill portal using the OTP sent to your registered mobile, and set secure login credentials for your business.
Products with HSN codes, regular customers, suppliers and transporters are added as masters so daily e-way bill generation takes minutes rather than repeated data entry.
Your dispatch staff learn to fill Part A and Part B, compute validity by distance, extend validity when transit is delayed, and cancel bills within twenty-four hours.
We give you a simple checklist covering when an e-way bill is needed, exemptions, documents the driver must carry, and what to do at an interception.
For the first month we remain available on WhatsApp for generation help, rejected entries and practical situations like vehicle breakdown or transhipment en route.
Send these on WhatsApp (+91 - 9600 606 444) and we take it forward the same day.
Timeline: Same day to 1 working day · No hidden charges · GST invoice provided
Practical outcomes our clients measure us by.
Because turnover in your GST returns is kept aligned with your accounts through the year, income tax filing and statutory audit proceed without the GST-versus-books mismatch queries that now surface routinely through data matching.
Consistent, reconciled returns give the department's matching systems nothing to flag. Clients who move to us after years of self-filing typically see scrutiny queries and mismatch notices fall away within a few filing cycles.
Your billing staff are guided on invoice fields, rates and series discipline, so mistakes are prevented where they originate — at the counter — instead of being repaired later in the returns.
Whether moving between composition and regular scheme, opting into QRMP, or crossing the e-invoice threshold at Rs.5 crore, transitions are planned in advance rather than discovered after a compliance breach.
Rates, reverse charge, place of supply and blocked credits are applied correctly at the preparation stage, so you neither overpay tax you do not owe nor underpay and invite demands with penalty later.
Statutory windows such as thirty days for an ASMT-11 reply are tracked from the day a notice arrives, so responses go in on time, complete, and with your best case properly presented.
| Aspect | With ChennaiGST | DIY / Unattended |
|---|---|---|
| Keeping up with changes | Rate changes, portal updates and new thresholds such as the Rs.5 crore e-invoice limit are tracked by us and applied to your case proactively. | Changes are discovered after the fact — often through a rejected filing, a blocked e-way bill or a departmental letter. |
| Input tax credit | Purchase register matched against GSTR-2B each period, with defaulting suppliers chased so eligible credit is actually captured. | Credit claimed from books alone; mismatches with GSTR-2B mean lost credit or excess claims that invite departmental queries. |
| Annual return preparation | Monthly reconciliations roll naturally into GSTR-9, filed comfortably before 31 December with figures already agreed through the year. | Twelve months of unmatched data reconstructed in December, with differences discovered too late to be corrected cleanly. |
| Risk of notices | GSTR-1, GSTR-3B and GSTR-2B reconciled before filing, removing the mismatches that trigger most scrutiny notices. | Inconsistent figures across returns quietly build a mismatch history that surfaces later as ASMT-10 scrutiny or a demand notice. |
| Due-date tracking | A maintained compliance calendar with internal cut-offs days before the 11th and the 20th; we chase you for data, not the other way around. | Deadlines remembered from memory or phone alarms; one busy week and the return slips past the due date. |
| Time cost | Roughly an hour a month to send data and approve drafts; the portal work, reconciliation and follow-up are ours. | Hours every month lost to portal errors, JSON files, OTP failures and reworking figures — usually on the due date itself. |
We track every notification, circular and judgment that changes a filing position, so your returns and replies reflect the current law.
Circular No. 49/23/2018-GST dated 21 June 2018 · 2018-06-21
This circular modified the detention procedure. The expression three working days in the earlier circular was replaced by three days, and the release wording in FORM GST MOV-05 was corrected. Most importantly it reiterated rule 138C(2): once physical verification of goods in transit has been carried out at one place, no further physical verification of the same conveyance may be done anywhere in India unless specific information relating to tax evasion is made available subsequently.
How we apply it: A truck already verified once should not be stopped and unloaded again on the same journey, and the earlier verification report is your defence.
49th GST Council Meeting, New Delhi — 18 February 2023 · 2023-02-18
The 49th GST Council meeting decided to clear the entire balance of GST compensation dues to states, with the Centre releasing Rs 16,982 crore for June 2022 from its own resources pending cess collections. The Council also approved release of admissible final compensation to states that had furnished revenue figures certified by their Accountant General. This closed the five-year compensation window promised to states at the launch of GST, while cess collections continued to service the back-to-back loans taken during COVID.
What it means for you: Compensation cess on items like aerated drinks, coal and motor vehicles continued to apply to fund loan repayment, so businesses dealing in cess goods had to keep charging it.
GSTN/NIC Advisory, December 2024 — mandatory MFA on e-way bill and e-invoice systems · 2024-12
GSTN and NIC advised that multi-factor authentication using OTP over registered mobile, Sandes app or similar becomes mandatory for the e-way bill and e-invoice portals in phases: from 1 January 2025 for taxpayers with turnover above Rs 20 crore, from 1 February 2025 above Rs 5 crore, and from 1 April 2025 for all users. Businesses were told to update registered mobile numbers and activate MFA for all sub-users in advance.
How we apply it: Register current mobile numbers for every e-way bill sub-user and enable MFA before dispatch operations get locked out.
