Reliable GST Notice Reply for Foreshore Estate businesses at a clear, fixed fee starting Rs.2,999. We handle the documentation, portal work and follow-up, you approve the draft before anything is filed, and the acknowledgement reaches you on WhatsApp the moment the filing goes through.
We serve businesses on and around 2nd Trust Main Road — document pickup, in-person consultation at our Porur office, or fully online over WhatsApp.
Share your number — a senior GST consultant calls you back within 30 minutes.
Foreshore Estate, known locally as Pattinapakkam, is the coastal settlement where fishing households along Loop Road and the Trust streets meet the Adyar estuary near the Broken Bridge, with fish vending clustered around the Foreshore Estate bus terminus. Fresh fish is exempt from GST, but boat repair, ice supply, cold transport and online seafood sales are taxable, creating chronic classification and registration confusion. That commercial character shapes the GST questions we see from Foreshore Estate every week — registrations, monthly returns, credit mismatches and departmental queries. We deliver GST Notice Reply for businesses in Foreshore Estate, and clients also reach us from Santhome and Raja Annamalaipuram nearby. Documents move over WhatsApp, drafts are approved before filing, and a senior consultant reviews every submission, so distance from our office never dilutes the quality of the work.
Not a bulk-filing portal. A senior consultant knows your file, your jurisdiction and your deadlines.
No filing leaves our desk on a junior's judgement alone. A senior GST practitioner reviews your figures, ITC claims and tax computation before submission, so errors are caught at our table and not by the department months later through a notice.
A registration cancelled for non-filing is not the end of the road. We bring the pending returns up to date, clear the dues and file the revocation application in REG-21 within the permitted window, restoring suspended and cancelled GSTINs to active status.
GSTR-1 requires four-digit HSN reporting for turnover up to Rs.5 crore and six digits above it, and a wrong code often means a wrong rate. We verify the classification of what you actually supply, so your invoices and returns rest on defensible codes.
Send your query on call or WhatsApp and you hear back the same working day, usually within a few hours. When a due date is close or a notice has landed, waiting two days for a reply is simply not acceptable, and we know it.
You are told the full fee before we begin, in writing. No surprise additions for uploads, revisions or acknowledgements. Government fees and taxes, where applicable, are shown separately, so businesses in Foreshore Estate always know exactly what the engagement costs them.
If a query, ASMT-10 scrutiny notice or DRC-01 arrives on a return we filed, we stand behind our work and help you draft the reply. You are not left alone with a departmental letter and a thirty-day clock ticking against you.
We read the notice line by line, identify the section invoked, the periods covered, the exact information sought and the deadline for response.
The figures alleged in the notice are reconciled against your filed returns, GSTR-2B and books, so the reply is grounded in verifiable numbers rather than assertions.
We draft a professional, point-wise reply addressing every allegation, attaching reconciliations, invoices and legal support, and share the draft with you for approval.
The approved reply is filed on the portal within the deadline. Where a small genuine liability exists, we advise payment through DRC-03 to limit interest and penalty.
We monitor the portal for the officer's response, attend to any further queries or hearing dates, and pursue the matter until a closure or order is received.
Send these on WhatsApp (+91 - 9600 606 444) and we take it forward the same day.
Timeline: Draft reply in 3-5 working days · No hidden charges · GST invoice provided
Practical outcomes our clients measure us by.
Complete RFD-01 applications with proper statements and annexures move through the system faster and attract fewer deficiency memos, which means export and inverted-duty refunds reach your bank account sooner.
Amounts deducted by government buyers as GST TDS and by marketplaces as TCS are accepted on the portal each period, so money withheld against your GSTIN actually reaches your cash ledger instead of lying unclaimed.
Sales returns, discounts and price revisions are adjusted through properly reported credit notes within the statutory window, so you never keep paying tax on turnover you have already reversed.
You know your expected GST outflow days before the 20th, not on the night of filing. That advance visibility lets you plan payments, collections and bank balances instead of scrambling for funds at the deadline.
New branches, new product lines and interstate sales all carry GST consequences. With standing professional support, you expand knowing registrations, invoicing and returns will keep pace with the business.
Whether moving between composition and regular scheme, opting into QRMP, or crossing the e-invoice threshold at Rs.5 crore, transitions are planned in advance rather than discovered after a compliance breach.
| Aspect | With ChennaiGST | DIY / Unattended |
|---|---|---|
| Goods in transit | E-way bills generated correctly and matched to invoices, so consignments pass roadside inspections without detention or penalty. | A defective or missing e-way bill can mean detention at a checkpoint, with penalties that dwarf the tax on the consignment. |
| Risk of notices | GSTR-1, GSTR-3B and GSTR-2B reconciled before filing, removing the mismatches that trigger most scrutiny notices. | Inconsistent figures across returns quietly build a mismatch history that surfaces later as ASMT-10 scrutiny or a demand notice. |
| Refund claims | RFD-01 filed with complete statements and annexures, tracked from ARN to bank credit, with any deficiency memo answered promptly. | Incomplete claims bounce back as deficiency memos while the refund sits unclaimed for months and working capital stays blocked. |
| Due-date tracking | A maintained compliance calendar with internal cut-offs days before the 11th and the 20th; we chase you for data, not the other way around. | Deadlines remembered from memory or phone alarms; one busy week and the return slips past the due date. |
| Keeping up with changes | Rate changes, portal updates and new thresholds such as the Rs.5 crore e-invoice limit are tracked by us and applied to your case proactively. | Changes are discovered after the fact — often through a rejected filing, a blocked e-way bill or a departmental letter. |
| Time cost | Roughly an hour a month to send data and approve drafts; the portal work, reconciliation and follow-up are ours. | Hours every month lost to portal errors, JSON files, OTP failures and reworking figures — usually on the due date itself. |
2nd Trust Main Road is a residential street in Foreshore Estate, about 600 m north-west of the centre of Foreshore Estate. The same consultant covers the streets immediately around it — Malaiappan Street (about 150 m); Jonehan Street (about 200 m); Saint Lazarus Church Road (about 200 m); 3rd Trust Main Road (about 250 m) — so a site visit on 2nd Trust Main Road can usually be combined with other work in Foreshore Estate on the same trip. For GST purposes an address on 2nd Trust Main Road falls under the Chennai North CGST Commissionerate, and the Foreshore Estate pincode is 600028.
Road classification and position from OpenStreetMap; distances are straight-line and approximate. Jurisdiction must be confirmed on your own registration certificate.

Radha Krishan Industries v. State of Himachal Pradesh — Supreme Court, 2021 · 2021-04-20
The Supreme Court held that provisional attachment of bank accounts and property under Section 83 CGST Act is a draconian power that must be exercised strictly within statutory conditions: specified proceedings must be pending, the Commissioner must form an opinion on tangible material that attachment is necessary to protect revenue, and the order must be reasoned. Attachment cannot be a routine pressure tactic, and the Rule 159(5) objection procedure must be honoured.
How we apply it: If your bank account is provisionally attached by GST authorities, challenge defective orders promptly — courts will quash attachments made without recorded reasons or pending proceedings.
Circular No. 235/29/2024-GST, dated 11 October 2024 · 2024-10-11
Implementing the 54th GST Council decisions, CBIC clarified that extruded or expanded savoury or salted products other than un-fried snack pellets fall under tariff item 1905 90 30 and attract twelve per cent prospectively, while un-fried or uncooked snack pellets continue at five per cent. Roof-mounted package unit air conditioning machines for railway coaches were held classifiable under heading 8415 and not as railway parts, and the rate position on motor car seats was settled.
What it means for you: Namkeen and extruded snack manufacturers must apply the clarified rate prospectively and can rely on the circular's regularisation for earlier supplies.
CBIC Instruction No. 04/2025-GST · 2025-05-02
To back up the registration processing instruction, CBIC required every CGST Zone to publicise a dedicated email address for registration grievances on its website and on the notice board of the concerned office. Applicants aggrieved by improper queries, unjustified rejection or delay may write to that address with the application reference number; the zone must examine the grievance, take corrective action and report the disposal to the Directorate General of GST periodically.
Practical effect: A registration rejected on flimsy grounds need not go straight to appeal; the zonal grievance email often gets the application reopened far faster.

Upload the PDF to our free GST Notice Analyser. It identifies which of 34 notice types you have, pulls out the DIN, GSTIN and tax period, reads the reply date printed on the notice and tells you plainly whether that date has already passed — along with the documents and reconciliations you will need. No payment, no account. If the notice does not state a date we can read, it says so rather than guessing one for you.

The analyser reports what your notice says and the statutory position for that form. It is not a substitute for a consultant reading your actual records, and a reply should be reviewed before you file it.
