Our consultants provide GST Appeal APL-01 to businesses across Ennore starting at Rs.9,999. Every file is reconciled and senior-reviewed before submission, which is why our clients see far fewer departmental queries than they did while self-filing.
Share your number — a senior GST consultant calls you back within 30 minutes.
Ennore's economy revolves around Kamarajar Port and the North Chennai Thermal Power Station, with coal and cargo transporters, marine contractors and fabrication crews working off Ennore High Road and Kathivakkam High Road, while fishing hamlets like Nettukuppam and Thalankuppam trade seafood daily. Contractors billing the port and power station have 2 per cent GST TDS deducted, so reconciling GSTR-7 credits against receivables is routine work here. When businesses of this kind evaluate GST Appeal APL-01, the real question is not price alone but who answers when something goes wrong. We serve Ennore, Tiruvottiyur and Manali on a standing commitment: responses within the same working day, senior scrutiny before every submission, and continued support if the department ever writes back on work carrying our preparation.
Not a bulk-filing portal. A senior consultant knows your file, your jurisdiction and your deadlines.
Most GST notices trace back to mismatches between GSTR-1, GSTR-3B and GSTR-2B. We reconcile these before filing, not after a notice arrives, so your returns are internally consistent and the most common triggers for ASMT-10 scrutiny simply never appear.
Whenever the GST Council notifies a late-fee waiver or an amnesty window for pending returns or old demands, we check every client's history against it and act within the deadline. Relief that businesses in Ennore would otherwise read about after it lapsed reaches our clients in time.
Traders, manufacturers, contractors, e-commerce sellers, professionals and service exporters — we have handled GST for all of them. Whatever mix of goods and services your Ennore business supplies, the rate, classification and place-of-supply questions have almost certainly crossed our desk before.
A new GSTIN comes with obligations nobody explains at approval — the invoice series rules, displaying the registration certificate and GSTIN at your premises, and the first return cycle. We walk new registrants in Ennore through each of these so month one starts correctly.
Send your query on call or WhatsApp and you hear back the same working day, usually within a few hours. When a due date is close or a notice has landed, waiting two days for a reply is simply not acceptable, and we know it.
A registration cancelled for non-filing is not the end of the road. We bring the pending returns up to date, clear the dues and file the revocation application in REG-21 within the permitted window, restoring suspended and cancelled GSTINs to active status.
We analyse the order for factual, computational and legal errors, confirm the three-month limitation position, and agree the grounds on which the appeal will proceed.
The disputed tax is quantified, the mandatory 10% pre-deposit is computed, and payment is made through the cash or credit ledger so recovery of the balance is stayed.
The statement of facts and grounds of appeal are drafted with supporting reconciliations and judicial precedents, and reviewed with you before filing.
The appeal is filed on the portal in Form APL-01 with annexures, and the final acknowledgement in APL-02 is obtained after submission of the certified order copy.
We file written submissions, appear at the personal hearing, address the authority's questions, and follow the matter through to the appellate order in APL-04.
Send these on WhatsApp (+91 - 9600 606 444) and we take it forward the same day.
Timeline: Appeal filed within 2-3 weeks of engagement; statutory limit 3 months · No hidden charges · GST invoice provided
Practical outcomes our clients measure us by.
With returns filed ahead of the statutory due dates every period, the Rs.50-per-day GSTR-3B late fee simply stops appearing in your life, and the money stays in your business where it belongs.
A fixed professional fee is almost always cheaper than the combination of late fees, interest, lost credit and staff hours that informal, last-minute compliance quietly accumulates over a year.
Correct e-way bills matched to correct invoices mean your consignments clear roadside inspections cleanly, avoiding detention proceedings whose penalties can far exceed the tax on the goods being carried.
Correct, complete tax invoices signal a well-run business to customers, vendors and banks alike, quietly strengthening your credibility in every transaction where your paperwork is seen.
Because turnover in your GST returns is kept aligned with your accounts through the year, income tax filing and statutory audit proceed without the GST-versus-books mismatch queries that now surface routinely through data matching.
E-commerce platforms continuously validate seller GSTINs and filing status. A consistently compliant registration keeps your listings active and settlements flowing, with no sudden suspension of your online sales channel.
| Aspect | With ChennaiGST | DIY / Unattended |
|---|---|---|
| Time cost | Roughly an hour a month to send data and approve drafts; the portal work, reconciliation and follow-up are ours. | Hours every month lost to portal errors, JSON files, OTP failures and reworking figures — usually on the due date itself. |
| Risk of notices | GSTR-1, GSTR-3B and GSTR-2B reconciled before filing, removing the mismatches that trigger most scrutiny notices. | Inconsistent figures across returns quietly build a mismatch history that surfaces later as ASMT-10 scrutiny or a demand notice. |
| Late fees and interest | Filings go in ahead of statutory dates, so the Rs.50-per-day late fee and 18 percent interest never arise. | Late fees accumulate silently every delayed day, and interest on unpaid tax runs at 18 percent per annum. |
| Input tax credit | Purchase register matched against GSTR-2B each period, with defaulting suppliers chased so eligible credit is actually captured. | Credit claimed from books alone; mismatches with GSTR-2B mean lost credit or excess claims that invite departmental queries. |
| Registration and amendments | Query-resistant applications prepared correctly the first time, with supporting documents matched to what proper officers actually verify. | Repeated clarification memos and resubmissions, with weeks lost because a rent agreement or premises photograph did not meet expectations. |
| Portal credentials and data | Logins handled by a small engaged team under strict confidentiality, with credentials stored securely and never passed onward. | Passwords circulating on chats with freelancers and part-timers, and no accountability for who has accessed your business data. |
GST law moves through notifications, circulars and court decisions. These are the ones changing how filings are prepared right now.
Notification No. 48/2018-Central Tax dated 10.09.2018 · 2018-09-10
This notification amended rule 117 of the CGST Rules to insert sub-rule (1A), empowering the Commissioner on the GST Council's recommendation to extend the date for submitting FORM GST TRAN-1 in respect of registered persons who could not submit the declaration by the due date because of technical difficulties on the common portal, where the case had been recommended by the GST Council. The extended window ran to 31 March 2019.
Why this matters: A Chennai business that lost transitional credit because the portal failed in 2017 should look to rule 117(1A) and the extensive High Court litigation that followed it, rather than treating the credit as simply lapsed.
GSTAT E-Filing Portal advisories, portal operational from 24 September 2025 · 2025-09-24
The GST Appellate Tribunal's e-filing portal at efiling.gstat.gov.in became operational on 24 September 2025, finally giving taxpayers a forum for second appeals against orders of appellate and revisional authorities. Filing of appeals is mandatorily electronic, and advisories prescribe a phased, staggered schedule so that the backlog does not congest the system, with backlog appeals against pre-existing orders permitted to be filed up to 30 June 2026.
What it means for you: List every unfavourable appellate order your business holds and calendar the GSTAT filing windows now, since the backlog window closes on 30 June 2026 and missed tribunal deadlines forfeit the appeal remedy.
WABCO India Ltd - AAR Tamil Nadu, Order No. TN/10/AAR/2018, dated 27 September 2018 · 2018-09-27
The manufacturer supplied electrical wiring harness, essentially electrical wire with connectors at both ends, used in motor vehicles, and asked whether it should be classified as a motor vehicle part or as insulated electrical conductors. The Authority classified the product under heading 8544, which covers insulated wire and cable fitted with connectors, taxable at 9 percent central tax and 9 percent State tax following Notification No. 41/2017-Central Tax (Rate) dated 14 November 2017, the earlier rate having been higher.
Practical effect: Chennai auto component makers should classify by the tariff description of the article itself, not by the vehicle it eventually goes into.

Upload the PDF to our free GST Notice Analyser. It identifies which of 34 notice types you have, pulls out the DIN, GSTIN and tax period, reads the reply date printed on the notice and tells you plainly whether that date has already passed — along with the documents and reconciliations you will need. No payment, no account. If the notice does not state a date we can read, it says so rather than guessing one for you.
