New GST Registration in Guduvancheri does not have to mean portal errors, guesswork and due-date tension. For a fixed fee starting Rs.1,499, an accountable Chennai practice prepares, reconciles, reviews and files — and remains answerable long after the acknowledgement arrives.
We serve businesses on and around Erikarai road — document pickup, in-person consultation at our Porur office, or fully online over WhatsApp.
Share your number — a senior GST consultant calls you back within 30 minutes.
Businesses in Guduvancheri looking for New GST Registration want two things: work done correctly and someone answerable when questions come. Guduvancheri, formally the Nandivaram-Guduvancheri municipality on GST Road, mixes an old market core of provision wholesalers, agro traders and jewellers around Bazaar Street with warehousing and small industry towards Kayarambedu and Perumattunallur. Wholesalers dispatching stock along the Chengalpattu belt need e-way bills for consignments above Rs.50,000, and godown operators must register every storage point as an additional place of business. We serve this belt — including Urapakkam and Maraimalai Nagar — with fixed fees quoted upfront, a written document checklist, and filings completed ahead of statutory due dates. Every acknowledgement is shared the day it is generated, and our support continues if the department raises any query on work we have filed.
Not a bulk-filing portal. A senior consultant knows your file, your jurisdiction and your deadlines.
We match your purchase register against GSTR-2B every period, follow up on invoices your suppliers have not uploaded, and ensure every rupee of eligible input tax credit is claimed. Clients routinely recover credit they were silently losing under self-filing.
GSTR-3B late fees run at Rs.50 per day and interest at 18 percent per annum on unpaid tax. Our internal cut-offs sit days ahead of statutory due dates precisely so that our clients never hand the department a rupee they did not owe.
GST is confusing enough without a language barrier. Our team explains notices, tax positions and filing requirements in plain Tamil or English, whichever you and your staff in Guduvancheri are comfortable with, and keeps written communication simple and jargon-free.
In the days before the 11th and the 20th, our team runs extended hours and a strict internal queue, so a client who sends data late in the window is still filed on time. Peak-season crush at our end never becomes a late fee at yours.
Tally, Zoho Books, Busy, marketplace reports, plain Excel or even a handwritten bill book — we take your data in whatever form your Guduvancheri business already maintains it. You are never forced to buy new software or retrain staff just to become our client.
Every new client receives a review of their recent returns before we file anything — unclaimed credit, GSTR-1 versus GSTR-3B drift, and exposures worth correcting quietly. Businesses in Guduvancheri often discover in this first review exactly why their previous arrangement was costing them money.
You share PAN, Aadhaar, photographs, address proof and bank details over WhatsApp or email. We review each document against portal requirements and flag anything that could trigger an officer query.
We draft Form GST REG-01 with the correct business constitution, principal place of business, HSN or SAC codes and authorised signatory details, then share a summary for your confirmation.
The application is filed on the GST portal and we guide the authorised signatory through Aadhaar OTP authentication, which speeds up approval and usually avoids physical verification of premises.
We track the ARN daily. If the officer issues a notice in Form REG-03 seeking clarification, we draft and file the reply in Form REG-04 within the permitted time.
Once approved, we download your registration certificate in Form REG-06, help set up portal login credentials, and brief you on invoice format, return due dates and e-way bill obligations.
Send these on WhatsApp (+91 - 9600 606 444) and we take it forward the same day.
Timeline: 3-7 working days · No hidden charges · GST invoice provided
Practical outcomes our clients measure us by.
Complete RFD-01 applications with proper statements and annexures move through the system faster and attract fewer deficiency memos, which means export and inverted-duty refunds reach your bank account sooner.
Funding rounds, partnerships and business sales all begin with a compliance check. A clean, documented GST history lets you clear that scrutiny quickly instead of watching a deal stall over old filing gaps.
Filed returns, challans, reconciliations and working papers are archived in order from day one. If an audit or departmental verification comes, your file is ready the same week, not assembled in a panic.
When GST knowledge lives inside a single staff member, their resignation becomes a compliance crisis. With our firm as the standing process, your filings continue uninterrupted regardless of internal staff changes.
Getting IGST versus CGST and SGST right at the invoice stage spares you the painful cycle of paying the correct head again and pursuing a refund of the amount paid under the wrong one.
A fixed professional fee is almost always cheaper than the combination of late fees, interest, lost credit and staff hours that informal, last-minute compliance quietly accumulates over a year.
| Aspect | With ChennaiGST | DIY / Unattended |
|---|---|---|
| Record keeping | Every return, challan, acknowledgement and working paper archived in an organised folder, retrievable in minutes years later. | Documents scattered across email, downloads and old phones; assembling records for a bank or an audit takes days. |
| Late fees and interest | Filings go in ahead of statutory dates, so the Rs.50-per-day late fee and 18 percent interest never arise. | Late fees accumulate silently every delayed day, and interest on unpaid tax runs at 18 percent per annum. |
| Supplier defaults | Suppliers who stop uploading invoices are identified within the period and pursued before their default becomes your blocked credit. | Missing supplier invoices surface only when credit is denied, by which time recovering the amount from the vendor is difficult. |
| Risk of notices | GSTR-1, GSTR-3B and GSTR-2B reconciled before filing, removing the mismatches that trigger most scrutiny notices. | Inconsistent figures across returns quietly build a mismatch history that surfaces later as ASMT-10 scrutiny or a demand notice. |
| Due-date tracking | A maintained compliance calendar with internal cut-offs days before the 11th and the 20th; we chase you for data, not the other way around. | Deadlines remembered from memory or phone alarms; one busy week and the return slips past the due date. |
| Time cost | Roughly an hour a month to send data and approve drafts; the portal work, reconciliation and follow-up are ours. | Hours every month lost to portal errors, JSON files, OTP failures and reworking figures — usually on the due date itself. |
Erikarai road is a main connecting road in Guduvancheri, about 1.6 km north-west of the centre of Guduvancheri. The same consultant covers the streets immediately around it — Mohana priya nagar (about 650 m); Guduvancheri - Madambakkam Road (about 750 m); lvb road (about 900 m); KJ Nagar Extension (about 950 m) — so a site visit on Erikarai road can usually be combined with other work in Guduvancheri on the same trip. For GST purposes an address on Erikarai road falls under the Chennai Outer CGST Commissionerate, and the Guduvancheri pincode is 603202.
Road classification and position from OpenStreetMap; distances are straight-line and approximate. Jurisdiction must be confirmed on your own registration certificate.
A working knowledge of recent instruments and judgments is what separates a defensible filing from a risky one.
Notification No. 03/2021-Central Tax · 2021-02-23
CBIC notified the classes of persons to whom the Aadhaar authentication requirement in Section 25(6D) does not apply. These are persons who are not citizens of India, departments or establishments of the Central or State Government, local authorities, statutory bodies, public sector undertakings, and persons applying for a Unique Identity Number under Section 25(9). For everyone else Aadhaar authentication remains the normal route, with physical verification of the premises as the alternative where authentication is not done.
Practical effect: A foreign national or a government body applying for a Chennai GSTIN cannot be pressed for Aadhaar authentication, and the application must be processed on the physical verification track.
9th GST Council Meeting, New Delhi — 16 January 2017 (Signed Minutes, Agenda Item 5) · 2017-01-16
With the revised model law still to be brought back to the Council, the fitment of rates incomplete and taxpayers needing time to configure their accounting systems, the Council unanimously agreed to extend the GST rollout date to 1 July 2017. Maharashtra, Assam and Bihar had pressed for 1 April 2017, Assam adding that changing the tax regime in the middle of a financial year was undesirable, but the Chairperson observed that the legal and rate work would spill into March 2017 and that an April deadline had become a major challenge. Tamil Nadu and Karnataka supported 1 July 2017 as the more practical date.
Why this matters: GST law in India runs from 1 July 2017, so the first return periods, the first annual return and all transitional credit deadlines are measured from that date.
State of West Bengal v. Calcutta Club Ltd — Supreme Court, (2019) 19 SCC 107, judgment dated 03-10-2019 · 2019-10-03
The Supreme Court held that the doctrine of mutuality survived the Forty-sixth Constitutional Amendment. Supplies of food, drink and services by an incorporated members' club to its own members are not a sale or a service to another person, so sales tax and service tax could not be levied. Note that GST law was later amended, with retrospective effect from 1 July 2017, to specifically tax supplies between a club or association and its members.
How we apply it: Chennai clubs, associations and resident welfare bodies cannot rely on mutuality under GST any longer, as the law was amended to override this ruling.
