GSTR-1 & GSTR-3B Monthly Filing in Injambakkam does not have to mean portal errors, guesswork and due-date tension. For a fixed fee starting Rs.749, an accountable Chennai practice prepares, reconciles, reviews and files — and remains answerable long after the acknowledgement arrives.
We serve businesses on and around Bharathi Avenue — document pickup, in-person consultation at our Porur office, or fully online over WhatsApp.
Share your number — a senior GST consultant calls you back within 30 minutes.
Every locality in Chennai has its own commercial rhythm, and Injambakkam is no exception. Injambakkam runs along East Coast Road past VGP Golden Beach, with resorts, banquet lawns, beach houses, restaurants and event caterers trading alongside the Chinna Kuppam fishing settlement and Bethel Nagar's small shops. Amusement and accommodation operators here wrestle with rate slabs on entry tickets and room tariffs, TCS credit on aggregator bookings, and reverse charge on rented event premises. Our practice has shaped its GSTR-1 & GSTR-3B Monthly Filing work around exactly these realities, serving clients in Injambakkam as well as Vettuvankeni and Neelankarai. Registrations, returns, refunds and notice replies are handled by one accountable team, with fees fixed in writing before work begins and every filing reconciled against portal data before it is submitted.
Not a bulk-filing portal. A senior consultant knows your file, your jurisdiction and your deadlines.
Every new client receives a review of their recent returns before we file anything — unclaimed credit, GSTR-1 versus GSTR-3B drift, and exposures worth correcting quietly. Businesses in Injambakkam often discover in this first review exactly why their previous arrangement was costing them money.
You are told the full fee before we begin, in writing. No surprise additions for uploads, revisions or acknowledgements. Government fees and taxes, where applicable, are shown separately, so businesses in Injambakkam always know exactly what the engagement costs them.
Quarterly filing still demands monthly attention — IFF uploads so your buyers see their credit on time, and tax payment through PMT-06 by the 25th for the first two months of each quarter. We run that monthly rhythm so QRMP saves you effort without creating gaps.
We work with Chennai GST ranges and circles every week, including the jurisdiction covering Injambakkam. We know how local proper officers examine registrations, what supporting documents they routinely call for, and how to present a file so it moves without repeated queries.
Every acknowledgement, challan, computation sheet and filed return is saved and shared with you in an organised folder. When a bank, buyer or GST officer asks for a document from two years ago, it reaches you the same day without any scrambling.
Composition dealers have their own rulebook — CMP-08 every quarter, GSTR-4 annually by 30 June, bills of supply instead of tax invoices, and a turnover ceiling that must be watched. We handle each of these correctly so the scheme's simplicity never turns into a violation.
At month end we remind you and collect sales invoices, purchase bills and credit notes in whatever format you maintain, including Excel, Tally exports or scanned copies.
We prepare invoice-wise outward supply details, validate GSTINs of your B2B customers, summarise B2C supplies and file GSTR-1 on the portal before the 11th.
We download your auto-drafted GSTR-2B, match it against purchase records, and claim only eligible input tax credit so that mismatches do not trigger scrutiny notices later.
We compute net tax payable after ITC set-off, share the working with you for approval, and generate the payment challan for any cash liability.
After your confirmation and tax payment, we file GSTR-3B before the 20th and send you both filed acknowledgements along with a one-page summary of the month.
Send these on WhatsApp (+91 - 9600 606 444) and we take it forward the same day.

Practical outcomes our clients measure us by.
A fixed professional fee is almost always cheaper than the combination of late fees, interest, lost credit and staff hours that informal, last-minute compliance quietly accumulates over a year.
Your billing staff are guided on invoice fields, rates and series discipline, so mistakes are prevented where they originate — at the counter — instead of being repaired later in the returns.
Illness, travel or a family function no longer threatens a deadline. With a standing external process holding your calendar and data trail, filings proceed on schedule whether or not you are at your desk.
New branches, new product lines and interstate sales all carry GST consequences. With standing professional support, you expand knowing registrations, invoicing and returns will keep pace with the business.
Amounts deducted by government buyers as GST TDS and by marketplaces as TCS are accepted on the portal each period, so money withheld against your GSTIN actually reaches your cash ledger instead of lying unclaimed.
Each period you receive a simple computation showing output tax, credit utilised and net cash payable, so GST becomes a number you understand and question rather than a figure you accept blindly.
| Aspect | With ChennaiGST | DIY / Unattended |
|---|---|---|
| Portal credentials and data | Logins handled by a small engaged team under strict confidentiality, with credentials stored securely and never passed onward. | Passwords circulating on chats with freelancers and part-timers, and no accountability for who has accessed your business data. |
| When a notice arrives | A professional drafts the reply in the department's format and files it within the statutory window, such as thirty days for ASMT-11. | You face departmental language alone, and a missed reply deadline can convert a simple query into a demand with penalty. |
| Supplier defaults | Suppliers who stop uploading invoices are identified within the period and pursued before their default becomes your blocked credit. | Missing supplier invoices surface only when credit is denied, by which time recovering the amount from the vendor is difficult. |
| Keeping up with changes | Rate changes, portal updates and new thresholds such as the Rs.5 crore e-invoice limit are tracked by us and applied to your case proactively. | Changes are discovered after the fact — often through a rejected filing, a blocked e-way bill or a departmental letter. |
| Refund claims | RFD-01 filed with complete statements and annexures, tracked from ARN to bank credit, with any deficiency memo answered promptly. | Incomplete claims bounce back as deficiency memos while the refund sits unclaimed for months and working capital stays blocked. |
| Input tax credit | Purchase register matched against GSTR-2B each period, with defaulting suppliers chased so eligible credit is actually captured. | Credit claimed from books alone; mismatches with GSTR-2B mean lost credit or excess claims that invite departmental queries. |
Bharathi Avenue is a residential street in Injambakkam, about 2.0 km south of the centre of Injambakkam. The same consultant covers the streets immediately around it — Dr. Seshadhri Avenue (about 200 m); Jagajeevanram Avenue (about 200 m); Padmashree M.K. Radha Avenue (about 700 m); 9th Street (about 750 m) — so a site visit on Bharathi Avenue can usually be combined with other work in Injambakkam on the same trip. For GST purposes an address on Bharathi Avenue falls under the Chennai South CGST Commissionerate, and the Injambakkam pincode is 600115.

Notification No. 15/2025-Central Tax · 2025-09-17
CBIC notified that registered persons with aggregate turnover up to Rs 2 crore are exempt from filing the annual return GSTR-9 for FY 2024-25 and onwards. Unlike the year-by-year exemptions issued for FY 2017-18 through FY 2023-24, this operates as a continuing exemption, removing the need for annual renotification. Small taxpayers therefore have certainty that only GSTR-1 and GSTR-3B, or the QRMP equivalents, constitute their regular compliance calendar.
What to do about it: Businesses under Rs 2 crore turnover are permanently outside the GSTR-9 net from FY 2024-25, though internal annual reconciliation remains prudent for scrutiny-readiness.
Nithiyashree Ladies Hostel - AAR Tamil Nadu, Advance Ruling No. 77/AAR/2023, dated 4 September 2023 · 2023-09-04
The applicant ran a ladies hostel in premises it had itself taken on rent and supplied accommodation together with food and related services. It sought exemption on the footing that this was renting of residential accommodation. The Authority held the supply classifiable under heading 9963 and taxable at 9 percent central tax and 9 percent State tax, treating hostel accommodation with attached services as a taxable service and not as renting of a residential dwelling for use as a residence.
Why this matters: Chennai hostel and paying guest operators should not assume exemption; the outcome turns on the exact facts and on later High Court rulings.
GSTN Advisory, 2022 — Table 3.1.1 of Form GSTR-3B introduced by Notification No. 14/2022-Central Tax, dated 5 July 2022 · 2022
Table 3.1.1 was added to GSTR-3B so that supplies notified under Section 9(5), such as passenger transport, restaurant service supplied through an app, hotel accommodation and housekeeping, are reported separately. The e-commerce operator reports the value and pays the tax in row (i), while the underlying supplier reports the same value in row (ii) and pays nothing on it, so the turnover is not counted twice across the two returns.
What to do about it: Chennai restaurants and cab operators supplying through an app must still report those sales in Table 3.1.1(ii) even though the platform pays the tax.
