The 11th and the 20th arrive every month whether you are ready or not. Our Chennai team keeps businesses in Mudichur permanently ahead of both, delivering GST Notice Reply from Rs.2,999 with reconciliation, senior review and WhatsApp acknowledgements as standard.
We serve businesses on and around Dr. Radhakrishnan Road — document pickup, in-person consultation at our Porur office, or fully online over WhatsApp.
Share your number — a senior GST consultant calls you back within 30 minutes.
If you operate in Mudichur, GST deadlines arrive with the same force as anywhere in Chennai — GSTR-1 by the 11th, GSTR-3B by the 20th. Mudichur's construction boom along the Tambaram - Mudichur - Sriperumbudur Road and the Outer Ring Road has filled former paddy fields with apartment projects, plot promotions, building material yards, hardware and paint shops, water-can suppliers and packers-and-movers out to Varadharajapuram and Mannivakkam. Construction is the GST epicentre here: rate confusion on works contracts, the eighty per cent registered-purchase rule for promoters, and flood-season filing relief. We provide GST Notice Reply to businesses across Mudichur and the adjoining Perungalathur and Varadharajapuram localities, maintaining a compliance calendar for every client so due dates are met without last-minute panic, late fees or interest at 18 percent per annum.
Not a bulk-filing portal. A senior consultant knows your file, your jurisdiction and your deadlines.
You receive a WhatsApp message when documents are received, when the draft is ready for your approval, and when the return or application is filed, along with the acknowledgement. You never have to call and ask what is happening with your file.
GSTR-1 by the 11th, GSTR-3B by the 20th, CMP-08 by the 18th after each quarter — we maintain a compliance calendar for every client and start chasing your data well before the due date, so late fees never enter the picture.
We work with Chennai GST ranges and circles every week, including the jurisdiction covering Mudichur. We know how local proper officers examine registrations, what supporting documents they routinely call for, and how to present a file so it moves without repeated queries.
GST is confusing enough without a language barrier. Our team explains notices, tax positions and filing requirements in plain Tamil or English, whichever you and your staff in Mudichur are comfortable with, and keeps written communication simple and jargon-free.
Quarterly filing still demands monthly attention — IFF uploads so your buyers see their credit on time, and tax payment through PMT-06 by the 25th for the first two months of each quarter. We run that monthly rhythm so QRMP saves you effort without creating gaps.
In the days before the 11th and the 20th, our team runs extended hours and a strict internal queue, so a client who sends data late in the window is still filed on time. Peak-season crush at our end never becomes a late fee at yours.
We read the notice line by line, identify the section invoked, the periods covered, the exact information sought and the deadline for response.
The figures alleged in the notice are reconciled against your filed returns, GSTR-2B and books, so the reply is grounded in verifiable numbers rather than assertions.
We draft a professional, point-wise reply addressing every allegation, attaching reconciliations, invoices and legal support, and share the draft with you for approval.
The approved reply is filed on the portal within the deadline. Where a small genuine liability exists, we advise payment through DRC-03 to limit interest and penalty.
We monitor the portal for the officer's response, attend to any further queries or hearing dates, and pursue the matter until a closure or order is received.
Send these on WhatsApp (+91 - 9600 606 444) and we take it forward the same day.
Timeline: Draft reply in 3-5 working days · No hidden charges · GST invoice provided
Practical outcomes our clients measure us by.
E-commerce platforms continuously validate seller GSTINs and filing status. A consistently compliant registration keeps your listings active and settlements flowing, with no sudden suspension of your online sales channel.
Statutory windows such as thirty days for an ASMT-11 reply are tracked from the day a notice arrives, so responses go in on time, complete, and with your best case properly presented.
Correct e-way bills matched to correct invoices mean your consignments clear roadside inspections cleanly, avoiding detention proceedings whose penalties can far exceed the tax on the goods being carried.
Filed returns, challans, reconciliations and working papers are archived in order from day one. If an audit or departmental verification comes, your file is ready the same week, not assembled in a panic.
Tax positions, rate choices and credit calls are documented as they are made, so if a question arises years later, the reasoning and evidence are on file rather than in someone's fading memory.
When a business winds up, proper cancellation and a timely final return ensure the file is genuinely closed, so no demand or late-fee computation resurfaces against you long after the shutters came down.
| Aspect | With ChennaiGST | DIY / Unattended |
|---|---|---|
| Due-date tracking | A maintained compliance calendar with internal cut-offs days before the 11th and the 20th; we chase you for data, not the other way around. | Deadlines remembered from memory or phone alarms; one busy week and the return slips past the due date. |
| When a notice arrives | A professional drafts the reply in the department's format and files it within the statutory window, such as thirty days for ASMT-11. | You face departmental language alone, and a missed reply deadline can convert a simple query into a demand with penalty. |
| Record keeping | Every return, challan, acknowledgement and working paper archived in an organised folder, retrievable in minutes years later. | Documents scattered across email, downloads and old phones; assembling records for a bank or an audit takes days. |
| Late fees and interest | Filings go in ahead of statutory dates, so the Rs.50-per-day late fee and 18 percent interest never arise. | Late fees accumulate silently every delayed day, and interest on unpaid tax runs at 18 percent per annum. |
| Portal credentials and data | Logins handled by a small engaged team under strict confidentiality, with credentials stored securely and never passed onward. | Passwords circulating on chats with freelancers and part-timers, and no accountability for who has accessed your business data. |
| Supplier defaults | Suppliers who stop uploading invoices are identified within the period and pursued before their default becomes your blocked credit. | Missing supplier invoices surface only when credit is denied, by which time recovering the amount from the vendor is difficult. |
Dr. Radhakrishnan Road is a residential street in Mudichur, about 1.6 km north-east of the centre of Mudichur. The same consultant covers the streets immediately around it — Gandhi Road (about 100 m); Elango Street (about 150 m); Kamarajar Street (about 200 m); Kambar Street (about 200 m) — so a site visit on Dr. Radhakrishnan Road can usually be combined with other work in Mudichur on the same trip. For GST purposes an address on Dr. Radhakrishnan Road falls under the Chennai Outer CGST Commissionerate, and the Mudichur pincode is 600048.

Dr. Dathu Rao Memorial Charitable Trust - AAR Tamil Nadu, advance ruling of 2018 rejecting the application under section 98(2) · 2018
The Chennai trust, which provides education to mentally disabled children, applied for an advance ruling on the tax treatment of supplies it proposed to receive. The Authority did not admit the application under section 98(2) of the CGST and TNGST Acts, holding that an advance ruling can be sought only by a person who is undertaking or proposing to undertake the supply in question. A recipient cannot use the advance ruling route to settle the classification or the rate charged to it by its vendor.
What to do about it: A Chennai business unhappy with the rate its vendor charges cannot file its own advance ruling application; the supplier has to apply.
Vivek Narsaria v. State of Jharkhand — Jharkhand High Court, W.P.(T) No. 4491 of 2023, judgment dated 15 January 2024 · 2024-01-15
The state GST authority, the central preventive branch and the Directorate General of GST Intelligence all initiated action against the same taxpayer for the same period. The High Court held that subjecting a taxpayer to three simultaneous investigations amounts to harassment. The authority that first initiated proceedings should continue and conclude them, and the other authorities were directed to transfer their material to that authority instead of running independent inquiries.
What to do about it: Keep a dated record of which office acted first — it is the basis for asking later entrants to hand over the file rather than duplicate the demand.
Circular No. 136/06/2020-GST dated 3 April 2020 · 2020-04-03
CBIC explained the relief notified through Notifications 30 to 36 of 2020-Central Tax after the first lockdown. It set out, return by return and class by class, the extended dates for GSTR-3B and GSTR-1, the conditional waiver of interest for the tax periods February to April 2020 with nil interest for the first fifteen days and nine per cent thereafter for larger taxpayers, the waiver of late fee, the relaxation of the rule 36(4) credit restriction, and the extension for composition taxpayers.
What it means for you: Interest and late fee demands for the early 2020 periods must be tested against these concessional rates before they are paid.

Upload the PDF to our free GST Notice Analyser. It identifies which of 34 notice types you have, pulls out the DIN, GSTIN and tax period, reads the reply date printed on the notice and tells you plainly whether that date has already passed — along with the documents and reconciliations you will need. No payment, no account. If the notice does not state a date we can read, it says so rather than guessing one for you.

The analyser reports what your notice says and the statutory position for that form. It is not a substitute for a consultant reading your actual records, and a reply should be reviewed before you file it.
