Late fees, blocked credit and mismatch notices cost far more than professional help ever will. We complete GST Notice Reply for Otteri businesses from Rs.2,999, matching every figure against portal data before anything reaches the department.
We serve businesses on and around Barakha Road — document pickup, in-person consultation at our Porur office, or fully online over WhatsApp.
Share your number — a senior GST consultant calls you back within 30 minutes.
Businesses in Otteri looking for GST Notice Reply want two things: work done correctly and someone answerable when questions come. Otteri is ringed by Konnur High Road, Strahans Road, Cooks Road and Brick Kiln Road, a weaver-and-tailor quarter turned retail belt of handloom and readymade garment units, printing presses, bakeries, mutton and vegetable vendors and hardware shops around the Otteri Nallah and Medavakkam Tank Road. Small traders here trip over the five and twelve per cent garment rate split, QRMP filing and GSTR-2B mismatches. We serve this belt — including Purasawalkam and Perambur — with fixed fees quoted upfront, a written document checklist, and filings completed ahead of statutory due dates. Every acknowledgement is shared the day it is generated, and our support continues if the department raises any query on work we have filed.
Not a bulk-filing portal. A senior consultant knows your file, your jurisdiction and your deadlines.
OTP failures, DSC errors, stuck submissions on due-date evenings — we deal with the GST portal daily and know the workarounds. When the site misbehaves on the 20th, our team keeps retrying and escalating so your return still goes through.
Sellers on Amazon, Flipkart and other marketplaces face a three-way match between marketplace reports, GSTR-1 and the TCS the operator deposits against your GSTIN. We reconcile all three every period and accept the TCS credit, so sellers in Otteri never leave marketplace deductions unclaimed.
Goods sent to job workers must move on delivery challans, return within the statutory period, and be reported in ITC-04. We track every outward and return leg for manufacturing clients in Otteri, so inputs sent out for processing never quietly convert into a deemed supply carrying tax and interest.
Whenever the GST Council notifies a late-fee waiver or an amnesty window for pending returns or old demands, we check every client's history against it and act within the deadline. Relief that businesses in Otteri would otherwise read about after it lapsed reaches our clients in time.
Your work is executed by trained GST staff working under direct senior supervision, not passed to interns learning on your file. The person preparing your return understands reverse charge, blocked credits and place of supply, because getting these wrong costs you money.
Quarterly filing still demands monthly attention — IFF uploads so your buyers see their credit on time, and tax payment through PMT-06 by the 25th for the first two months of each quarter. We run that monthly rhythm so QRMP saves you effort without creating gaps.
We read the notice line by line, identify the section invoked, the periods covered, the exact information sought and the deadline for response.
The figures alleged in the notice are reconciled against your filed returns, GSTR-2B and books, so the reply is grounded in verifiable numbers rather than assertions.
We draft a professional, point-wise reply addressing every allegation, attaching reconciliations, invoices and legal support, and share the draft with you for approval.
The approved reply is filed on the portal within the deadline. Where a small genuine liability exists, we advise payment through DRC-03 to limit interest and penalty.
We monitor the portal for the officer's response, attend to any further queries or hearing dates, and pursue the matter until a closure or order is received.
Send these on WhatsApp (+91 - 9600 606 444) and we take it forward the same day.
Timeline: Draft reply in 3-5 working days · No hidden charges · GST invoice provided
Practical outcomes our clients measure us by.
We spot suppliers who stop uploading invoices or filing returns and alert you before their default becomes your blocked credit, letting you recover amounts or switch vendors while the exposure is still small.
Where a genuine error is found in a past period, voluntary payment through DRC-03 before any notice issues closes the matter at minimal cost, instead of letting it ripen into a demand with penalty.
Late-fee waivers and amnesty windows notified by the GST Council are applied to your history within their deadlines, capturing reliefs that most businesses only hear about once the window has already closed.
The 11th and the 20th stop being days of dread. You approve a prepared draft, we file, and the acknowledgement lands on your WhatsApp — month after month, without drama.
Because turnover in your GST returns is kept aligned with your accounts through the year, income tax filing and statutory audit proceed without the GST-versus-books mismatch queries that now surface routinely through data matching.
The hours you or your accountant spent wrestling with the portal, JSON errors and reconciliations every month return to sales, operations and customers, while trained hands manage the compliance in the background.
| Aspect | With ChennaiGST | DIY / Unattended |
|---|---|---|
| Registration and amendments | Query-resistant applications prepared correctly the first time, with supporting documents matched to what proper officers actually verify. | Repeated clarification memos and resubmissions, with weeks lost because a rent agreement or premises photograph did not meet expectations. |
| Risk of notices | GSTR-1, GSTR-3B and GSTR-2B reconciled before filing, removing the mismatches that trigger most scrutiny notices. | Inconsistent figures across returns quietly build a mismatch history that surfaces later as ASMT-10 scrutiny or a demand notice. |
| Late fees and interest | Filings go in ahead of statutory dates, so the Rs.50-per-day late fee and 18 percent interest never arise. | Late fees accumulate silently every delayed day, and interest on unpaid tax runs at 18 percent per annum. |
| Refund claims | RFD-01 filed with complete statements and annexures, tracked from ARN to bank credit, with any deficiency memo answered promptly. | Incomplete claims bounce back as deficiency memos while the refund sits unclaimed for months and working capital stays blocked. |
| Supplier defaults | Suppliers who stop uploading invoices are identified within the period and pursued before their default becomes your blocked credit. | Missing supplier invoices surface only when credit is denied, by which time recovering the amount from the vendor is difficult. |
| Due-date tracking | A maintained compliance calendar with internal cut-offs days before the 11th and the 20th; we chase you for data, not the other way around. | Deadlines remembered from memory or phone alarms; one busy week and the return slips past the due date. |
Barakha Road is a residential street in Otteri, about 700 m south-west of the centre of Otteri. The same consultant covers the streets immediately around it — 6th Streeet (about 150 m); 7th Streeet (about 250 m); Medavakkam Tank Road (about 400 m); Chandra Yogi Samadhi Road (about 400 m) — so a site visit on Barakha Road can usually be combined with other work in Otteri on the same trip. For GST purposes an address on Barakha Road falls under the Chennai North CGST Commissionerate, and the Otteri pincode is 600012.

Circular No. 196/08/2023-GST · 2023-07-17
CBIC clarified that the holding of shares by a holding company in its subsidiary is a transaction in securities, and securities are excluded from the definition of both goods and services. Holding shares therefore cannot be treated as a supply of service by the holding company to the subsidiary, and no GST can be demanded on a notional value for such shareholding. Demands raised on this reasoning in audits were directed to be dropped.
Practical effect: Group companies should reject audit objections that seek GST on a parent's shareholding in a subsidiary, since this circular squarely covers the point.
Notification No. 6/2022-Central Tax (Rate), dated 13 July 2022 · 2022-07-13
Acting on the 47th GST Council recommendation, this notification rewrote the goods schedule so that curd, lassi, buttermilk, paneer, honey, cereals, pulses, flour, jaggery, puffed rice and similar staples attract five per cent when they are pre-packaged and labelled. The earlier test of whether the goods carried a registered brand name was abandoned, because it had been widely defeated by suppliers voluntarily forgoing brand registration. The change took effect from 18 July 2022.
Why this matters: From July 2022 a Chennai rice or flour dealer selling in labelled retail packs charges five per cent even if the pack carries no registered brand.
CBIC Instruction No. 03/2025-GST · 2025-04-17
Responding to widespread complaints about arbitrary queries, CBIC directed registration officers to seek only the documents listed in Form GST REG-01. For rented premises a valid rent agreement with the owner's ownership proof suffices; for owned premises any one ownership document is enough; no-objection certificates suffice for consent premises. Officers must not demand physical originals, question the applicant's residential address or business activity, or raise presumptive queries, and any query must be specific and approved by the Deputy or Assistant Commissioner.
Why this matters: If a registration query asks for documents outside the prescribed list, cite this instruction in your REG-04 reply and escalate to the jurisdictional Commissioner if it persists.

Upload the PDF to our free GST Notice Analyser. It identifies which of 34 notice types you have, pulls out the DIN, GSTIN and tax period, reads the reply date printed on the notice and tells you plainly whether that date has already passed — along with the documents and reconciliations you will need. No payment, no account. If the notice does not state a date we can read, it says so rather than guessing one for you.
