GST Notice Reply in Perungudi does not have to mean portal errors, guesswork and due-date tension. For a fixed fee starting Rs.2,999, an accountable Chennai practice prepares, reconciles, reviews and files — and remains answerable long after the acknowledgement arrives.
We serve businesses on and around Pandian salai — document pickup, in-person consultation at our Porur office, or fully online over WhatsApp.
Share your number — a senior GST consultant calls you back within 30 minutes.
Perungudi anchors the northern OMR IT corridor, with tech parks along Rajiv Gandhi Salai and Dr. MGR Salai at Kandanchavadi and a service ecosystem of caterers, facility managers and transport vendors. IT exporters need annual LUT renewal in RFD-11 and refunds of unutilised ITC on zero-rated supplies, while vendors billing SEZ units must document endorsed invoices correctly. From a first registration to the annual return, the full range of GST Notice Reply is available to Perungudi businesses without stepping far from the shop or office — documents travel over WhatsApp, and our Chennai premises are open to anyone who prefers a face-to-face discussion. We serve Thoraipakkam and Taramani on the same footing, applying one rule everywhere: reconcile before filing, file before the due date, and keep the client informed at every stage.
Not a bulk-filing portal. A senior consultant knows your file, your jurisdiction and your deadlines.
Tally, Zoho Books, Busy, marketplace reports, plain Excel or even a handwritten bill book — we take your data in whatever form your Perungudi business already maintains it. You are never forced to buy new software or retrain staff just to become our client.
Sellers on Amazon, Flipkart and other marketplaces face a three-way match between marketplace reports, GSTR-1 and the TCS the operator deposits against your GSTIN. We reconcile all three every period and accept the TCS credit, so sellers in Perungudi never leave marketplace deductions unclaimed.
A new GSTIN comes with obligations nobody explains at approval — the invoice series rules, displaying the registration certificate and GSTIN at your premises, and the first return cycle. We walk new registrants in Perungudi through each of these so month one starts correctly.
Your cash ledger, credit ledger and liability register are reviewed regularly, not just at filing time. Excess balances are flagged for use or refund, and where a genuine slip surfaces, a voluntary payment through DRC-03 settles it before it can mature into a notice.
You deal with one accountable person who knows your business, your turnover pattern and your filing history. No repeating your story to a new voice every month, and no file falling between two desks when a deadline is approaching.
We match your purchase register against GSTR-2B every period, follow up on invoices your suppliers have not uploaded, and ensure every rupee of eligible input tax credit is claimed. Clients routinely recover credit they were silently losing under self-filing.
We read the notice line by line, identify the section invoked, the periods covered, the exact information sought and the deadline for response.
The figures alleged in the notice are reconciled against your filed returns, GSTR-2B and books, so the reply is grounded in verifiable numbers rather than assertions.
We draft a professional, point-wise reply addressing every allegation, attaching reconciliations, invoices and legal support, and share the draft with you for approval.
The approved reply is filed on the portal within the deadline. Where a small genuine liability exists, we advise payment through DRC-03 to limit interest and penalty.
We monitor the portal for the officer's response, attend to any further queries or hearing dates, and pursue the matter until a closure or order is received.
Send these on WhatsApp (+91 - 9600 606 444) and we take it forward the same day.
Timeline: Draft reply in 3-5 working days · No hidden charges · GST invoice provided
Practical outcomes our clients measure us by.
Illness, travel or a family function no longer threatens a deadline. With a standing external process holding your calendar and data trail, filings proceed on schedule whether or not you are at your desk.
We spot suppliers who stop uploading invoices or filing returns and alert you before their default becomes your blocked credit, letting you recover amounts or switch vendors while the exposure is still small.
The 11th and the 20th stop being days of dread. You approve a prepared draft, we file, and the acknowledgement lands on your WhatsApp — month after month, without drama.
Getting IGST versus CGST and SGST right at the invoice stage spares you the painful cycle of paying the correct head again and pursuing a refund of the amount paid under the wrong one.
Whether moving between composition and regular scheme, opting into QRMP, or crossing the e-invoice threshold at Rs.5 crore, transitions are planned in advance rather than discovered after a compliance breach.
Each period you receive a simple computation showing output tax, credit utilised and net cash payable, so GST becomes a number you understand and question rather than a figure you accept blindly.
| Aspect | With ChennaiGST | DIY / Unattended |
|---|---|---|
| Input tax credit | Purchase register matched against GSTR-2B each period, with defaulting suppliers chased so eligible credit is actually captured. | Credit claimed from books alone; mismatches with GSTR-2B mean lost credit or excess claims that invite departmental queries. |
| Refund claims | RFD-01 filed with complete statements and annexures, tracked from ARN to bank credit, with any deficiency memo answered promptly. | Incomplete claims bounce back as deficiency memos while the refund sits unclaimed for months and working capital stays blocked. |
| Time cost | Roughly an hour a month to send data and approve drafts; the portal work, reconciliation and follow-up are ours. | Hours every month lost to portal errors, JSON files, OTP failures and reworking figures — usually on the due date itself. |
| Due-date tracking | A maintained compliance calendar with internal cut-offs days before the 11th and the 20th; we chase you for data, not the other way around. | Deadlines remembered from memory or phone alarms; one busy week and the return slips past the due date. |
| Registration and amendments | Query-resistant applications prepared correctly the first time, with supporting documents matched to what proper officers actually verify. | Repeated clarification memos and resubmissions, with weeks lost because a rent agreement or premises photograph did not meet expectations. |
| Annual return preparation | Monthly reconciliations roll naturally into GSTR-9, filed comfortably before 31 December with figures already agreed through the year. | Twelve months of unmatched data reconstructed in December, with differences discovered too late to be corrected cleanly. |
Pandian salai is a main connecting road in Perungudi, about 1.2 km south of the centre of Perungudi. The same consultant covers the streets immediately around it — 1st Street (about 350 m); Rajiv Gandhi Salai (about 400 m); Estate Main road (about 600 m); Panchayat Main Road (about 850 m) — so a site visit on Pandian salai can usually be combined with other work in Perungudi on the same trip. For GST purposes an address on Pandian salai falls under the Chennai South CGST Commissionerate, and the Perungudi pincode is 600096.

Circular No. 210/4/2024-GST · 2024-06-26
Where an Indian entity receives services from a related foreign affiliate and is liable to pay tax under reverse charge, CBIC clarified that if the Indian entity is eligible for full input tax credit, the value declared on the self-invoice is deemed to be the open market value. Where the foreign affiliate raises no invoice for the service, the value may be treated as nil, and that nil value is deemed the open market value. No demand can then be raised on a notional cost allocation.
What it means for you: Indian subsidiaries receiving unbilled support from an overseas parent can self-invoice at nil value where full credit is available, closing a common audit objection.
Notification No. 06/2023-Central Tax · 2023-03-31
Where an officer had passed a best-judgment assessment order under Section 62(1) on or before 28 February 2023 because a taxpayer failed to file returns, the order was deemed withdrawn if the taxpayer furnished the valid return by 30 June 2023 (extended to 31 August 2023) along with interest under Section 50 and late fee under Section 47. The relief applied even where the 30-day statutory period to file the return had lapsed and no appeal had been filed against the assessment order.
Why this matters: An ASMT-13 best-judgment order is not the end of the road; filing the actual return within any notified window can wipe out the estimated demand entirely.
Continental Foundation Jt. Venture Holding, Nathpa v. Commissioner of Central Excise, Chandigarh — Supreme Court, (2007) 10 SCC 337, 2007 (216) ELT 177 (SC) · 2007
The Supreme Court held that the expression suppression of facts, used to invoke an extended period of limitation, must be read in the context of the words surrounding it, which all indicate a deliberate act to escape payment of duty. A mere omission, or non-disclosure arising from a bona fide belief that the levy did not apply, is not suppression. Where the issue involves genuine interpretational doubt, the extended period cannot be invoked.
How we apply it: A Chennai business facing a Section 74 demand should argue that any shortfall arose from interpretation, not deliberate concealment, to restrict the demand to the normal period.

Upload the PDF to our free GST Notice Analyser. It identifies which of 34 notice types you have, pulls out the DIN, GSTIN and tax period, reads the reply date printed on the notice and tells you plainly whether that date has already passed — along with the documents and reconciliations you will need. No payment, no account. If the notice does not state a date we can read, it says so rather than guessing one for you.
