Searching for dependable GST Refund RFD-01 near Puzhal? Our Chennai GST practice completes it from Rs.4,999 with a written checklist, senior-reviewed preparation and full acknowledgement copies, so you always know exactly where your work stands.
We serve businesses on and around Mettu Street — document pickup, in-person consultation at our Porur office, or fully online over WhatsApp.
Share your number — a senior GST consultant calls you back within 30 minutes.
Puzhal sits between the Red Hills reservoir bund and the Chennai Bypass, so Grand Northern Trunk Road, Paper Mills Road and the Madhavaram-Red Hills Road carry godowns, lorry booking offices, timber depots and poultry traders serving Kathirvedu, Kavangarai and the Central Prison township. Transporters here face constant e-way bill and Part-B extension queries, while godown keepers get pulled up for not adding the premises as an additional place of business. That commercial character shapes the GST questions we see from Puzhal every week — registrations, monthly returns, credit mismatches and departmental queries. We deliver GST Refund RFD-01 for businesses in Puzhal, and clients also reach us from Red Hills and Madhavaram nearby. Documents move over WhatsApp, drafts are approved before filing, and a senior consultant reviews every submission, so distance from our office never dilutes the quality of the work.
Not a bulk-filing portal. A senior consultant knows your file, your jurisdiction and your deadlines.
We match your purchase register against GSTR-2B every period, follow up on invoices your suppliers have not uploaded, and ensure every rupee of eligible input tax credit is claimed. Clients routinely recover credit they were silently losing under self-filing.
New GSTIN applications, core field amendments through REG-14, additional places of business — we prepare complete, query-resistant applications the first time. Clean paperwork is the difference between smooth approval and weeks lost answering clarification memos from the department.
OTP failures, DSC errors, stuck submissions on due-date evenings — we deal with the GST portal daily and know the workarounds. When the site misbehaves on the 20th, our team keeps retrying and escalating so your return still goes through.
Every acknowledgement, challan, computation sheet and filed return is saved and shared with you in an organised folder. When a bank, buyer or GST officer asks for a document from two years ago, it reaches you the same day without any scrambling.
Send your query on call or WhatsApp and you hear back the same working day, usually within a few hours. When a due date is close or a notice has landed, waiting two days for a reply is simply not acceptable, and we know it.
Your work is executed by trained GST staff working under direct senior supervision, not passed to interns learning on your file. The person preparing your return understands reverse charge, blocked credits and place of supply, because getting these wrong costs you money.
We identify the correct refund category, confirm the two-year limitation from the relevant date, and compute the admissible amount using the formula prescribed under the rules.
Invoices, shipping bills, FIRCs, the LUT and ledger extracts are compiled into the prescribed statements, and gaps that commonly cause deficiency memos are fixed upfront.
The refund application is filed on the portal with all annexures and declarations, and the acknowledgement in RFD-02 is tracked within the statutory fifteen days.
We respond to any deficiency memo in RFD-03 or show cause notice in RFD-08, appear through written submissions, and pursue provisional refund where the category permits.
We track the sanction order in RFD-06 and payment advice in RFD-05, confirm the credit in your validated bank account, and archive the complete claim file.
Send these on WhatsApp (+91 - 9600 606 444) and we take it forward the same day.
Timeline: Application filed in 3-5 working days; sanction typically within 60 days · No hidden charges · GST invoice provided
Practical outcomes our clients measure us by.
The 11th and the 20th stop being days of dread. You approve a prepared draft, we file, and the acknowledgement lands on your WhatsApp — month after month, without drama.
Continuous filing protects you from the suspension and cancellation proceedings that hit chronic non-filers, so your registration, e-way bill access and ability to issue tax invoices are never suddenly cut off.
Amounts deducted by government buyers as GST TDS and by marketplaces as TCS are accepted on the portal each period, so money withheld against your GSTIN actually reaches your cash ledger instead of lying unclaimed.
Tax positions, rate choices and credit calls are documented as they are made, so if a question arises years later, the reasoning and evidence are on file rather than in someone's fading memory.
Getting IGST versus CGST and SGST right at the invoice stage spares you the painful cycle of paying the correct head again and pursuing a refund of the amount paid under the wrong one.
Late-fee waivers and amnesty windows notified by the GST Council are applied to your history within their deadlines, capturing reliefs that most businesses only hear about once the window has already closed.
| Aspect | With ChennaiGST | DIY / Unattended |
|---|---|---|
| Keeping up with changes | Rate changes, portal updates and new thresholds such as the Rs.5 crore e-invoice limit are tracked by us and applied to your case proactively. | Changes are discovered after the fact — often through a rejected filing, a blocked e-way bill or a departmental letter. |
| Time cost | Roughly an hour a month to send data and approve drafts; the portal work, reconciliation and follow-up are ours. | Hours every month lost to portal errors, JSON files, OTP failures and reworking figures — usually on the due date itself. |
| When a notice arrives | A professional drafts the reply in the department's format and files it within the statutory window, such as thirty days for ASMT-11. | You face departmental language alone, and a missed reply deadline can convert a simple query into a demand with penalty. |
| Supplier defaults | Suppliers who stop uploading invoices are identified within the period and pursued before their default becomes your blocked credit. | Missing supplier invoices surface only when credit is denied, by which time recovering the amount from the vendor is difficult. |
| Input tax credit | Purchase register matched against GSTR-2B each period, with defaulting suppliers chased so eligible credit is actually captured. | Credit claimed from books alone; mismatches with GSTR-2B mean lost credit or excess claims that invite departmental queries. |
| Due-date tracking | A maintained compliance calendar with internal cut-offs days before the 11th and the 20th; we chase you for data, not the other way around. | Deadlines remembered from memory or phone alarms; one busy week and the return slips past the due date. |
Mettu Street is a residential street in Puzhal, about 700 m south-east of the centre of Puzhal. The same consultant covers the streets immediately around it — Srinivasan Street (about 300 m); 74th Road (about 350 m); Otravadai Street (about 400 m); Ambedkar Street (about 450 m) — so a site visit on Mettu Street can usually be combined with other work in Puzhal on the same trip. For GST purposes an address on Mettu Street falls under the Chennai North CGST Commissionerate, and the Puzhal pincode is 600066.
Road classification and position from OpenStreetMap; distances are straight-line and approximate. Jurisdiction must be confirmed on your own registration certificate.
A working knowledge of recent instruments and judgments is what separates a defensible filing from a risky one.
Notification Nos. 15/2025 & 16/2025-Central Tax (Rate) · 2025-09-17
Alongside the goods schedule, CBIC issued companion notifications for services effective 22 September 2025, Notification 15/2025-Central Tax (Rate) superseding the services rate notification 11/2017 and Notification 16/2025-Central Tax (Rate) carrying the services exemptions. Individual life insurance and individual health insurance policies, including family floater and senior citizen policies, along with their reinsurance, were fully exempted from GST. Service rates were realigned to the two-slab structure, and the treatment of local delivery services provided through e-commerce operators was clarified within the package.
What it means for you: Insurance premiums for individual policies carry no GST from 22 September 2025, and service businesses should re-examine their rate positions under the restructured schedules.
Union of India v. VKC Footsteps India (P) Ltd — Supreme Court, 2021 · 2021-09-13
Resolving a conflict between the Gujarat and Madras High Courts, the Supreme Court upheld Section 54(3)(ii) and Rule 89(5), holding that refund of unutilised ITC under the inverted duty structure is confined to ITC on input goods; credit on input services is not refundable. The Court affirmed the Madras High Court view in Transtonnelstroy Afcons, while urging the GST Council to revisit anomalies in the refund formula.
Practical effect: Businesses with inverted duty structures — such as footwear, textiles or fertiliser dealers — should compute refund claims on input goods only and plan procurement to minimise unrefundable service credits.
Circular No. 131/1/2020-GST dated 23 January 2020 · 2020-01-23
After cases of integrated tax refunds obtained on the strength of fake invoices, CBIC issued a standard operating procedure for exporters whose refunds are suspended pending verification. The jurisdictional CGST formation is to verify the exporter's existence, the genuineness of the input tax credit claimed and the details in a prescribed verification report, and to complete the exercise within fourteen working days, after which the report goes to the Chief Commissioner and the refund is released if the verification is favourable.
What it means for you: If an export refund is held up because the exporter has been flagged, this circular sets the timeline and the exact documents to place before the officer.
