Trusted GSTR-1 & GSTR-3B Monthly Filing support for Puzhal, priced from Rs.749 with no hidden additions. Send documents from your phone, approve the prepared draft, and we handle the portal — including the difficult due-date evenings when it slows down.
We serve businesses on and around Essaiah Street — document pickup, in-person consultation at our Porur office, or fully online over WhatsApp.
Share your number — a senior GST consultant calls you back within 30 minutes.
Puzhal sits between the Red Hills reservoir bund and the Chennai Bypass, so Grand Northern Trunk Road, Paper Mills Road and the Madhavaram-Red Hills Road carry godowns, lorry booking offices, timber depots and poultry traders serving Kathirvedu, Kavangarai and the Central Prison township. Transporters here face constant e-way bill and Part-B extension queries, while godown keepers get pulled up for not adding the premises as an additional place of business. GST compliance in a market like Puzhal rewards consistency — returns that match, credits that reconcile, and records that stand up to scrutiny. Our team provides GSTR-1 & GSTR-3B Monthly Filing to businesses throughout Puzhal and nearby Red Hills and Madhavaram on fixed, transparent fees. From the first document checklist to the final acknowledgement on WhatsApp, the process is structured so nothing depends on memory, luck or a due-date-evening scramble.
Not a bulk-filing portal. A senior consultant knows your file, your jurisdiction and your deadlines.
A registration cancelled for non-filing is not the end of the road. We bring the pending returns up to date, clear the dues and file the revocation application in REG-21 within the permitted window, restoring suspended and cancelled GSTINs to active status.
Your sales figures, supplier lists and login credentials are handled only by our engaged team, stored securely and never shared with any third party. Many of our clients in Puzhal compete with each other; complete confidentiality is a condition of our work.
Every new client receives a review of their recent returns before we file anything — unclaimed credit, GSTR-1 versus GSTR-3B drift, and exposures worth correcting quietly. Businesses in Puzhal often discover in this first review exactly why their previous arrangement was costing them money.
Tally, Zoho Books, Busy, marketplace reports, plain Excel or even a handwritten bill book — we take your data in whatever form your Puzhal business already maintains it. You are never forced to buy new software or retrain staff just to become our client.
In the days before the 11th and the 20th, our team runs extended hours and a strict internal queue, so a client who sends data late in the window is still filed on time. Peak-season crush at our end never becomes a late fee at yours.
Winding up attracts its own GST obligations — the cancellation application, reversal of credit on closing stock, and the final return in GSTR-10 within three months. We close registrations properly so a business you shut in Puzhal never writes back to you as a demand years later.
At month end we remind you and collect sales invoices, purchase bills and credit notes in whatever format you maintain, including Excel, Tally exports or scanned copies.
We prepare invoice-wise outward supply details, validate GSTINs of your B2B customers, summarise B2C supplies and file GSTR-1 on the portal before the 11th.
We download your auto-drafted GSTR-2B, match it against purchase records, and claim only eligible input tax credit so that mismatches do not trigger scrutiny notices later.
We compute net tax payable after ITC set-off, share the working with you for approval, and generate the payment challan for any cash liability.
After your confirmation and tax payment, we file GSTR-3B before the 20th and send you both filed acknowledgements along with a one-page summary of the month.
Send these on WhatsApp (+91 - 9600 606 444) and we take it forward the same day.
Timeline: Filed before the 11th and 20th of every month · No hidden charges · GST invoice provided

Practical outcomes our clients measure us by.
Interest on delayed GST payment runs at 18 percent per annum, which is costlier than most working capital finance. Timely computation and payment through our calendar keeps that meter permanently at zero.
We spot suppliers who stop uploading invoices or filing returns and alert you before their default becomes your blocked credit, letting you recover amounts or switch vendors while the exposure is still small.
When GST knowledge lives inside a single staff member, their resignation becomes a compliance crisis. With our firm as the standing process, your filings continue uninterrupted regardless of internal staff changes.
Late-fee waivers and amnesty windows notified by the GST Council are applied to your history within their deadlines, capturing reliefs that most businesses only hear about once the window has already closed.
The 11th and the 20th stop being days of dread. You approve a prepared draft, we file, and the acknowledgement lands on your WhatsApp — month after month, without drama.
Filed returns, challans, reconciliations and working papers are archived in order from day one. If an audit or departmental verification comes, your file is ready the same week, not assembled in a panic.
| Aspect | With ChennaiGST | DIY / Unattended |
|---|---|---|
| Registration and amendments | Query-resistant applications prepared correctly the first time, with supporting documents matched to what proper officers actually verify. | Repeated clarification memos and resubmissions, with weeks lost because a rent agreement or premises photograph did not meet expectations. |
| Keeping up with changes | Rate changes, portal updates and new thresholds such as the Rs.5 crore e-invoice limit are tracked by us and applied to your case proactively. | Changes are discovered after the fact — often through a rejected filing, a blocked e-way bill or a departmental letter. |
| Refund claims | RFD-01 filed with complete statements and annexures, tracked from ARN to bank credit, with any deficiency memo answered promptly. | Incomplete claims bounce back as deficiency memos while the refund sits unclaimed for months and working capital stays blocked. |
| Portal credentials and data | Logins handled by a small engaged team under strict confidentiality, with credentials stored securely and never passed onward. | Passwords circulating on chats with freelancers and part-timers, and no accountability for who has accessed your business data. |
| Time cost | Roughly an hour a month to send data and approve drafts; the portal work, reconciliation and follow-up are ours. | Hours every month lost to portal errors, JSON files, OTP failures and reworking figures — usually on the due date itself. |
| Due-date tracking | A maintained compliance calendar with internal cut-offs days before the 11th and the 20th; we chase you for data, not the other way around. | Deadlines remembered from memory or phone alarms; one busy week and the return slips past the due date. |
Essaiah Street is a residential street in Puzhal, about 1.2 km south of the centre of Puzhal. The same consultant covers the streets immediately around it — Chelliamman Koil Street (about 50 m); Paper Mills Road (about 150 m); Vinayagar Koil Street (about 150 m); Rettamalai Srinivasan Street (about 200 m) — so a site visit on Essaiah Street can usually be combined with other work in Puzhal on the same trip. Saro Enterprises - AAR Tamil Nadu (2018), upheld by AAAR Tamil Nadu, order dated 6 February 2019 · 2018
The applicant made polypropylene and recycled plastic trays used by farmers to raise paddy and vegetable seedlings, and argued that they were agricultural implements. The Authority held that the trays are other articles of plastic under heading 3926 90 99 and are taxable at 9 percent central tax and 9 percent State tax. Use in agriculture does not by itself bring a product within the exempt agricultural implements entry, and the material and the tariff description prevail over the end use.
How we apply it: Chennai suppliers to the farm sector cannot assume exemption merely because the buyer uses the product in agriculture.
25th GST Council Meeting, New Delhi — 18 January 2018 (PIB Release ID 1517140) · 2018-01-18
The Council reduced the late fee for failure to furnish GSTR-1 covering supply details, GSTR-5 for non-resident taxable persons and GSTR-5A for OIDAR suppliers to Rs 50 per day, and to Rs 20 per day for nil filers. Late fee for failure to furnish GSTR-6 by an input service distributor was set at Rs 50 per day. This extended the nil-filer distinction created for GSTR-3B at the previous meeting across the rest of the return forms.
What it means for you: Catching up on old GSTR-1 filings in Chennai costs Rs 50 a day, or Rs 20 a day where the return is nil, subject to the caps notified later.
Notification No. 12/2017-Central Tax (Rate) dated 28.06.2017 · 2017-06-28
This notification lists the services that are wholly exempt from CGST. It covers charitable activities, most services supplied by and to Government, renting of residential dwellings for use as residence, healthcare by a clinical establishment, education by an educational institution, agricultural services, several transport exemptions and financial services such as interest on deposits and loans. Each entry has a description, a service code and often a condition. An exemption is not a zero rate: input tax credit attributable to exempt supplies has to be reversed.
What it means for you: If your Chennai business supplies anything on this list, you must reverse proportionate input tax credit under Rule 42 rather than simply enjoying a tax-free supply.
