One WhatsApp message is how most of our client relationships began. Send yours today and have QRMP Quarterly Filing in Karapakkam handled end to end from Rs.1,499 — fee confirmed in writing first, documents straight from your phone, acknowledgement the day we file.
Share your number — a senior GST consultant calls you back within 30 minutes.
Karapakkam runs along Rajiv Gandhi Salai past the ELCOT SEZ, with IT and BPO units, facility-management and catering contractors, logistics operators, and hardware and fit-out firms clustered around Fourrts Avenue and the Riverview streets. SEZ-facing supplies demand endorsed invoices and correct zero-rating, while contractors face reverse charge on security and manpower services and frequent GSTR-2B mismatches on input credit. Years of working in and around Karapakkam have shown us where GST trouble actually begins here — supplier defaults, classification doubts and deadlines lost in busy trading weeks. Our QRMP Quarterly Filing is built to close precisely those gaps, and the same team supports businesses in Thoraipakkam and Sholinganallur, each with one point of contact and a compliance calendar maintained on their behalf.
Not a bulk-filing portal. A senior consultant knows your file, your jurisdiction and your deadlines.
Most GST notices trace back to mismatches between GSTR-1, GSTR-3B and GSTR-2B. We reconcile these before filing, not after a notice arrives, so your returns are internally consistent and the most common triggers for ASMT-10 scrutiny simply never appear.
Send your query on call or WhatsApp and you hear back the same working day, usually within a few hours. When a due date is close or a notice has landed, waiting two days for a reply is simply not acceptable, and we know it.
If your GSTR-1 and GSTR-3B start drifting apart, if a large supplier stops filing, or if your turnover approaches the e-invoice threshold, we flag it to you immediately. Early warnings from our side are cheaper than departmental letters later.
Winding up attracts its own GST obligations — the cancellation application, reversal of credit on closing stock, and the final return in GSTR-10 within three months. We close registrations properly so a business you shut in Karapakkam never writes back to you as a demand years later.
GSTR-1 by the 11th, GSTR-3B by the 20th, CMP-08 by the 18th after each quarter — we maintain a compliance calendar for every client and start chasing your data well before the due date, so late fees never enter the picture.
You receive a WhatsApp message when documents are received, when the draft is ready for your approval, and when the return or application is filed, along with the acknowledgement. You never have to call and ask what is happening with your file.
We confirm your eligibility under the Rs.5 crore limit, compare QRMP against monthly filing for your business, and select or continue the scheme on the portal.
In the first two months of the quarter we upload your B2B invoices through the Invoice Furnishing Facility by the 13th, so customers see credit in their GSTR-2B promptly.
We compute tax for each of the first two months under the fixed sum or self-assessment method and generate the PMT-06 challan for payment by the 25th.
After the quarter ends we consolidate all three months of sales and purchases, reconcile input tax credit with GSTR-2B, and prepare GSTR-1 and GSTR-3B.
With your confirmation we file quarterly GSTR-1 by the 13th and GSTR-3B by the 22nd, then share acknowledgements and a quarterly tax summary for your records.
Send these on WhatsApp (+91 - 9600 606 444) and we take it forward the same day.
Timeline: IFF by the 13th, GSTR-3B by the 22nd after each quarter · No hidden charges · GST invoice provided

Practical outcomes our clients measure us by.
Excess balances parked in the electronic cash ledger are identified during regular ledger reviews and either utilised against upcoming liability or claimed back as a refund, instead of sitting interest-free with the government.
Illness, travel or a family function no longer threatens a deadline. With a standing external process holding your calendar and data trail, filings proceed on schedule whether or not you are at your desk.
E-commerce platforms continuously validate seller GSTINs and filing status. A consistently compliant registration keeps your listings active and settlements flowing, with no sudden suspension of your online sales channel.
Complete RFD-01 applications with proper statements and annexures move through the system faster and attract fewer deficiency memos, which means export and inverted-duty refunds reach your bank account sooner.
Loan applications and government tenders routinely demand GST returns and registration documents. With everything filed and archived properly, you can produce a complete compliance file within hours instead of days.
Each period you receive a simple computation showing output tax, credit utilised and net cash payable, so GST becomes a number you understand and question rather than a figure you accept blindly.
| Aspect | With ChennaiGST | DIY / Unattended |
|---|---|---|
| Input tax credit | Purchase register matched against GSTR-2B each period, with defaulting suppliers chased so eligible credit is actually captured. | Credit claimed from books alone; mismatches with GSTR-2B mean lost credit or excess claims that invite departmental queries. |
| Record keeping | Every return, challan, acknowledgement and working paper archived in an organised folder, retrievable in minutes years later. | Documents scattered across email, downloads and old phones; assembling records for a bank or an audit takes days. |
| Registration and amendments | Query-resistant applications prepared correctly the first time, with supporting documents matched to what proper officers actually verify. | Repeated clarification memos and resubmissions, with weeks lost because a rent agreement or premises photograph did not meet expectations. |
| Due-date tracking | A maintained compliance calendar with internal cut-offs days before the 11th and the 20th; we chase you for data, not the other way around. | Deadlines remembered from memory or phone alarms; one busy week and the return slips past the due date. |
| Time cost | Roughly an hour a month to send data and approve drafts; the portal work, reconciliation and follow-up are ours. | Hours every month lost to portal errors, JSON files, OTP failures and reworking figures — usually on the due date itself. |
| Risk of notices | GSTR-1, GSTR-3B and GSTR-2B reconciled before filing, removing the mismatches that trigger most scrutiny notices. | Inconsistent figures across returns quietly build a mismatch history that surfaces later as ASMT-10 scrutiny or a demand notice. |
Positions we rely on when preparing filings and drafting replies — with the exact citation, so you can verify each one.
Notification No. 9/2025-Central Tax (Rate), dated 17 September 2025, Schedule I, renewable energy devices entry · 2025-09-17
Biogas plants, solar power based devices and generators, solar lanterns and lamps, windmills and wind operated electricity generators, waste-to-energy plants, ocean and tidal wave energy devices and photovoltaic cells whether or not assembled into modules or panels are all listed in Schedule I at five per cent from 22 September 2025, reversing the increase made in October 2021. The explanation deeming seventy per cent of a composite project contract to be the value of goods has been carried forward unchanged.
Practical effect: Rooftop solar installers in Chennai bill the goods component at five per cent using the 70:30 split, which materially lowers the delivered cost of a project.
Circular No. 179/11/2022-GST, dated 3 August 2022 · 2022-08-03
Implementing the 47th GST Council recommendations, CBIC clarified that an electrically operated vehicle attracts the concessional five per cent rate whether or not it is fitted with a battery pack at the time of supply, ending a dispute that had hurt manufacturers using battery-swapping models. The circular also addressed the classification of fly ash bricks and blocks, by-products of milling of pulses and dal such as chilka and khanda, treated sewage water, and nicotine polacrilex gum.
How we apply it: Electric vehicle sellers should not be forced into eighteen per cent merely because the battery is billed or leased separately, and this circular is the answer to such a notice.
M/s. Lodha Roadways v. Deputy State Tax Officer — Madras High Court, W.P. No. 12595 of 2023, decided 24 April 2023 (Anita Sumanth J.) · 2023-04-24
A transporter sought release of detained goods. The Court dismissed the petition, holding that under Section 129 the entitlement to seek release of goods lies only with the owner, his agent or representative. The transporter's remedy is confined to release of the conveyance on payment of the penalty or one lakh rupees, whichever is less. Any claim about payment of tax on the consignment has to be pursued by the assessee who owns the goods, not by the carrier.
How we apply it: When a Chennai consignment is detained, the consignor or consignee must file the release application in its own name; letting the lorry operator do it will cost time.
