From Rs.2,999, our team delivers GST Notice Reply for shops, service providers and manufacturers across Shenoy Nagar. Local jurisdiction knowledge, deadline tracking and honest, upfront fees — the way GST compliance in Chennai should actually work.
We serve businesses on and around Ramanathan Street — document pickup, in-person consultation at our Porur office, or fully online over WhatsApp.
Share your number — a senior GST consultant calls you back within 30 minutes.
Shenoy Nagar sits between EVR Periyar Salai and New Avadi Road, its metro station feeding boutiques, bakeries, diagnostic labs and coaching centres along 1st Avenue, Pulla Avenue and the Club Road stretch. Halls Road and Kilpauk Garden Road carry bank branches, clinics and small consultancies, while Bharathipuram and the P.P. Garden lanes hold flats let out commercially and serviced offices. Registration address changes, reverse charge on rent and place-of-supply questions on professional fees dominate here. GST compliance in a market like Shenoy Nagar rewards consistency — returns that match, credits that reconcile, and records that stand up to scrutiny. Our team provides GST Notice Reply to businesses throughout Shenoy Nagar and nearby Anna Nagar and Aminjikarai on fixed, transparent fees. From the first document checklist to the final acknowledgement on WhatsApp, the process is structured so nothing depends on memory, luck or a due-date-evening scramble.
Not a bulk-filing portal. A senior consultant knows your file, your jurisdiction and your deadlines.
A new GSTIN comes with obligations nobody explains at approval — the invoice series rules, displaying the registration certificate and GSTIN at your premises, and the first return cycle. We walk new registrants in Shenoy Nagar through each of these so month one starts correctly.
Sellers on Amazon, Flipkart and other marketplaces face a three-way match between marketplace reports, GSTR-1 and the TCS the operator deposits against your GSTIN. We reconcile all three every period and accept the TCS credit, so sellers in Shenoy Nagar never leave marketplace deductions unclaimed.
Most GST notices trace back to mismatches between GSTR-1, GSTR-3B and GSTR-2B. We reconcile these before filing, not after a notice arrives, so your returns are internally consistent and the most common triggers for ASMT-10 scrutiny simply never appear.
Whenever the GST Council notifies a late-fee waiver or an amnesty window for pending returns or old demands, we check every client's history against it and act within the deadline. Relief that businesses in Shenoy Nagar would otherwise read about after it lapsed reaches our clients in time.
When an ADT-01 audit intimation or a personal hearing date arrives, we compile the records, prepare the reconciliations and draft the submissions, and coordinate closely with your authorised representative. You walk into the proceeding prepared, not improvising in front of an officer.
New GSTIN applications, core field amendments through REG-14, additional places of business — we prepare complete, query-resistant applications the first time. Clean paperwork is the difference between smooth approval and weeks lost answering clarification memos from the department.
We read the notice line by line, identify the section invoked, the periods covered, the exact information sought and the deadline for response.
The figures alleged in the notice are reconciled against your filed returns, GSTR-2B and books, so the reply is grounded in verifiable numbers rather than assertions.
We draft a professional, point-wise reply addressing every allegation, attaching reconciliations, invoices and legal support, and share the draft with you for approval.
The approved reply is filed on the portal within the deadline. Where a small genuine liability exists, we advise payment through DRC-03 to limit interest and penalty.
We monitor the portal for the officer's response, attend to any further queries or hearing dates, and pursue the matter until a closure or order is received.
Send these on WhatsApp (+91 - 9600 606 444) and we take it forward the same day.
Timeline: Draft reply in 3-5 working days · No hidden charges · GST invoice provided
Practical outcomes our clients measure us by.
Late-fee waivers and amnesty windows notified by the GST Council are applied to your history within their deadlines, capturing reliefs that most businesses only hear about once the window has already closed.
Interest on delayed GST payment runs at 18 percent per annum, which is costlier than most working capital finance. Timely computation and payment through our calendar keeps that meter permanently at zero.
Illness, travel or a family function no longer threatens a deadline. With a standing external process holding your calendar and data trail, filings proceed on schedule whether or not you are at your desk.
E-commerce platforms continuously validate seller GSTINs and filing status. A consistently compliant registration keeps your listings active and settlements flowing, with no sudden suspension of your online sales channel.
Correct, complete tax invoices signal a well-run business to customers, vendors and banks alike, quietly strengthening your credibility in every transaction where your paperwork is seen.
Because turnover in your GST returns is kept aligned with your accounts through the year, income tax filing and statutory audit proceed without the GST-versus-books mismatch queries that now surface routinely through data matching.
| Aspect | With ChennaiGST | DIY / Unattended |
|---|---|---|
| Record keeping | Every return, challan, acknowledgement and working paper archived in an organised folder, retrievable in minutes years later. | Documents scattered across email, downloads and old phones; assembling records for a bank or an audit takes days. |
| Due-date tracking | A maintained compliance calendar with internal cut-offs days before the 11th and the 20th; we chase you for data, not the other way around. | Deadlines remembered from memory or phone alarms; one busy week and the return slips past the due date. |
| Portal credentials and data | Logins handled by a small engaged team under strict confidentiality, with credentials stored securely and never passed onward. | Passwords circulating on chats with freelancers and part-timers, and no accountability for who has accessed your business data. |
| Refund claims | RFD-01 filed with complete statements and annexures, tracked from ARN to bank credit, with any deficiency memo answered promptly. | Incomplete claims bounce back as deficiency memos while the refund sits unclaimed for months and working capital stays blocked. |
| Keeping up with changes | Rate changes, portal updates and new thresholds such as the Rs.5 crore e-invoice limit are tracked by us and applied to your case proactively. | Changes are discovered after the fact — often through a rejected filing, a blocked e-way bill or a departmental letter. |
| Supplier defaults | Suppliers who stop uploading invoices are identified within the period and pursued before their default becomes your blocked credit. | Missing supplier invoices surface only when credit is denied, by which time recovering the amount from the vendor is difficult. |
Ramanathan Street is a residential street in Shenoy Nagar, about 900 m east of the centre of Shenoy Nagar. The same consultant covers the streets immediately around it — Valliammal Street (about 250 m); New Avadi Road (about 250 m); Halls Road (about 350 m); Bank Street (about 400 m) — so a site visit on Ramanathan Street can usually be combined with other work in Shenoy Nagar on the same trip. For GST purposes an address on Ramanathan Street falls under the Chennai North CGST Commissionerate, and the Shenoy Nagar pincode is 600030.

Circular No. 206/18/2023-GST · 2023-10-31
The Board answered a set of service taxability questions arising from the 52nd GST Council meeting. Among them, it confirmed that District Mineral Foundation Trusts set up by State Governments qualify as Governmental Authorities and are therefore eligible for the exemptions available to such authorities. Other classification and exemption questions on specified services were also settled, so that field formations across States adopt a uniform view rather than issuing conflicting demands.
Practical effect: Contractors in Tamil Nadu working for statutory trusts and authorities should verify the exemption position against this circular before quoting a GST-inclusive price.
Notification No. 11/2025-Central Tax · 2025-03-27
CBIC amended Rule 164 to resolve a practical roadblock in the Section 128A scheme. Where a single notice or order spans FY 2017-18 to 2019-20 as well as periods outside the scheme, the taxpayer may pay the tax attributable only to the covered period and need not withdraw the whole appeal, a new proviso permitting partial withdrawal limited to the covered period while the appeal continues for the balance. The amendment also confirms that no refund arises for tax, interest or penalty already discharged for the entire period.
What to do about it: A demand order mixing amnesty-eligible and other years no longer forces an all-or-nothing choice; the waiver can be taken for 2017-20 while litigating the rest.
GSTAT E-Filing Portal advisories, portal operational from 24 September 2025 · 2025-09-24
The GST Appellate Tribunal's e-filing portal at efiling.gstat.gov.in became operational on 24 September 2025, finally giving taxpayers a forum for second appeals against orders of appellate and revisional authorities. Filing of appeals is mandatorily electronic, and advisories prescribe a phased, staggered schedule so that the backlog does not congest the system, with backlog appeals against pre-existing orders permitted to be filed up to 30 June 2026.
Why this matters: List every unfavourable appellate order your business holds and calendar the GSTAT filing windows now, since the backlog window closes on 30 June 2026 and missed tribunal deadlines forfeit the appeal remedy.

Upload the PDF to our free GST Notice Analyser. It identifies which of 34 notice types you have, pulls out the DIN, GSTIN and tax period, reads the reply date printed on the notice and tells you plainly whether that date has already passed — along with the documents and reconciliations you will need. No payment, no account. If the notice does not state a date we can read, it says so rather than guessing one for you.

The analyser reports what your notice says and the statutory position for that form. It is not a substitute for a consultant reading your actual records, and a reply should be reviewed before you file it.
