Share your number — a senior GST consultant calls you back within 30 minutes.
Sithalapakkam, between Medavakkam and Perumbakkam, has grown along the Medavakkam - Mambakkam - Sembakkam Road, Ottiambakkam Road and Nookampalayam Road into a belt of plotted layouts, apartment promoters, steel and hardware depots, schools and supermarkets around Skylab Avenue and TNHB Road. Layout promoters here confuse the sale of plots, which is outside GST, with taxable development, amenity and maintenance charges collected from buyers. From a first registration to the annual return, the full range of GST Notice Reply is available to Sithalapakkam businesses without stepping far from the shop or office — documents travel over WhatsApp, and our Chennai premises are open to anyone who prefers a face-to-face discussion. We serve Medavakkam and Perumbakkam on the same footing, applying one rule everywhere: reconcile before filing, file before the due date, and keep the client informed at every stage.
Not a bulk-filing portal. A senior consultant knows your file, your jurisdiction and your deadlines.
Send your query on call or WhatsApp and you hear back the same working day, usually within a few hours. When a due date is close or a notice has landed, waiting two days for a reply is simply not acceptable, and we know it.
The annual return and, where turnover crosses Rs.5 crore, the self-certified reconciliation statement in GSTR-9C are prepared by the same team that filed your monthly returns. Nothing about your year has to be rediscovered or explained to a stranger in December.
GSTR-3B late fees run at Rs.50 per day and interest at 18 percent per annum on unpaid tax. Our internal cut-offs sit days ahead of statutory due dates precisely so that our clients never hand the department a rupee they did not owe.
You deal with one accountable person who knows your business, your turnover pattern and your filing history. No repeating your story to a new voice every month, and no file falling between two desks when a deadline is approaching.
Every acknowledgement, challan, computation sheet and filed return is saved and shared with you in an organised folder. When a bank, buyer or GST officer asks for a document from two years ago, it reaches you the same day without any scrambling.
From filing the LUT in RFD-11 at the start of each financial year to preparing RFD-01 refund claims with complete annexures, we know what makes a refund file move. Exporters and inverted-duty businesses come to us specifically for this.
We read the notice line by line, identify the section invoked, the periods covered, the exact information sought and the deadline for response.
The figures alleged in the notice are reconciled against your filed returns, GSTR-2B and books, so the reply is grounded in verifiable numbers rather than assertions.
We draft a professional, point-wise reply addressing every allegation, attaching reconciliations, invoices and legal support, and share the draft with you for approval.
The approved reply is filed on the portal within the deadline. Where a small genuine liability exists, we advise payment through DRC-03 to limit interest and penalty.
We monitor the portal for the officer's response, attend to any further queries or hearing dates, and pursue the matter until a closure or order is received.
Send these on WhatsApp (+91 - 9600 606 444) and we take it forward the same day.
Timeline: Draft reply in 3-5 working days · No hidden charges · GST invoice provided
Practical outcomes our clients measure us by.
When GST knowledge lives inside a single staff member, their resignation becomes a compliance crisis. With our firm as the standing process, your filings continue uninterrupted regardless of internal staff changes.
Your billing staff are guided on invoice fields, rates and series discipline, so mistakes are prevented where they originate — at the counter — instead of being repaired later in the returns.
When a business winds up, proper cancellation and a timely final return ensure the file is genuinely closed, so no demand or late-fee computation resurfaces against you long after the shutters came down.
Advances received for services attract GST on receipt while advances for goods generally do not; applying this distinction correctly means you neither prepay tax unnecessarily nor omit a liability that surfaces later with interest.
Amounts deducted by government buyers as GST TDS and by marketplaces as TCS are accepted on the portal each period, so money withheld against your GSTIN actually reaches your cash ledger instead of lying unclaimed.
Illness, travel or a family function no longer threatens a deadline. With a standing external process holding your calendar and data trail, filings proceed on schedule whether or not you are at your desk.
| Aspect | With ChennaiGST | DIY / Unattended |
|---|---|---|
| Annual return preparation | Monthly reconciliations roll naturally into GSTR-9, filed comfortably before 31 December with figures already agreed through the year. | Twelve months of unmatched data reconstructed in December, with differences discovered too late to be corrected cleanly. |
| Time cost | Roughly an hour a month to send data and approve drafts; the portal work, reconciliation and follow-up are ours. | Hours every month lost to portal errors, JSON files, OTP failures and reworking figures — usually on the due date itself. |
| Risk of notices | GSTR-1, GSTR-3B and GSTR-2B reconciled before filing, removing the mismatches that trigger most scrutiny notices. | Inconsistent figures across returns quietly build a mismatch history that surfaces later as ASMT-10 scrutiny or a demand notice. |
| Refund claims | RFD-01 filed with complete statements and annexures, tracked from ARN to bank credit, with any deficiency memo answered promptly. | Incomplete claims bounce back as deficiency memos while the refund sits unclaimed for months and working capital stays blocked. |
| Portal credentials and data | Logins handled by a small engaged team under strict confidentiality, with credentials stored securely and never passed onward. | Passwords circulating on chats with freelancers and part-timers, and no accountability for who has accessed your business data. |
| Due-date tracking | A maintained compliance calendar with internal cut-offs days before the 11th and the 20th; we chase you for data, not the other way around. | Deadlines remembered from memory or phone alarms; one busy week and the return slips past the due date. |
3rd Street is a residential street in Sithalapakkam, about 150 m north-west of the centre of Sithalapakkam. The same consultant covers the streets immediately around it — 2nd Street (about 50 m); Ottiambakkam Road (about 300 m); Medavakkam - Mambakkam - Sembakkam Road (about 650 m); TNHB Road (about 800 m) — so a site visit on 3rd Street can usually be combined with other work in Sithalapakkam on the same trip. For GST purposes an address on 3rd Street falls under the Chennai Outer CGST Commissionerate, and the Sithalapakkam pincode is 600126.

CBIC Instruction No. 04/2025-GST · 2025-05-02
To back up the registration processing instruction, CBIC required every CGST Zone to publicise a dedicated email address for registration grievances on its website and on the notice board of the concerned office. Applicants aggrieved by improper queries, unjustified rejection or delay may write to that address with the application reference number; the zone must examine the grievance, take corrective action and report the disposal to the Directorate General of GST periodically.
Practical effect: A registration rejected on flimsy grounds need not go straight to appeal; the zonal grievance email often gets the application reopened far faster.
Navbharat Imports - AAR Tamil Nadu, Advance Ruling No. 35/AAR/2021, dated 30 September 2021 · 2021-09-30
The importer sold a range of children's toys, some containing electronic circuits and some working purely mechanically. It asked for the correct rate on each. The Authority held that toys containing electronic components attract 18 percent under the residual entry for electronic toys, irrespective of how those components are used, so children's scooters and smart tricycles with lights and music are taxed at 18 percent, while toys that work without electronics remain at 12 percent.
Practical effect: Chennai toy traders must classify item by item, because a single electronic component moves a product from 12 to 18 percent.
Synergy Fertichem (P) Ltd v. State of Gujarat — Gujarat High Court, Special Civil Application No. 4730 of 2019, judgment dated 23 December 2019 · 2019-12-23
The Division Bench examined the relationship between Section 129 (detention and release of goods in transit) and Section 130 (confiscation). It held that the two operate in different fields and that Section 130 cannot be invoked mechanically along with the detention notice. Confiscation requires a clear case of intent to evade tax, established after issuing a proper notice and hearing. Detailed guidance was given on when the higher power of confiscation may legitimately be resorted to.
Why this matters: If a detention notice for a vehicle is immediately followed by a confiscation notice, examine whether the department has actually established intent to evade tax.

Upload the PDF to our free GST Notice Analyser. It identifies which of 34 notice types you have, pulls out the DIN, GSTIN and tax period, reads the reply date printed on the notice and tells you plainly whether that date has already passed — along with the documents and reconciliations you will need. No payment, no account. If the notice does not state a date we can read, it says so rather than guessing one for you.

The analyser reports what your notice says and the statutory position for that form. It is not a substitute for a consultant reading your actual records, and a reply should be reviewed before you file it.
