Our consultants provide New GST Registration to businesses across Sriperumbudur starting at Rs.1,499. Every file is reconciled and senior-reviewed before submission, which is why our clients see far fewer departmental queries than they did while self-filing.
We serve businesses on and around West Mada Street — document pickup, in-person consultation at our Porur office, or fully online over WhatsApp.
Share your number — a senior GST consultant calls you back within 30 minutes.
Sriperumbudur pairs the Adikesava Perumal Temple of Ramanuja's birthplace with one of India's largest electronics and auto manufacturing belts, the SIPCOT Industrial Park on the Chennai-Bengaluru highway hosting Samsung, Saint-Gobain and a long chain of component vendors. Suppliers to SEZ units here must bill zero-rated under LUT, while vendor factories face mandatory e-invoicing above Rs.5 crore turnover and ITC-04 reporting on job work flows. From a first registration to the annual return, the full range of New GST Registration is available to Sriperumbudur businesses without stepping far from the shop or office — documents travel over WhatsApp, and our Chennai premises are open to anyone who prefers a face-to-face discussion. We serve Irungattukottai and Sunguvarchatram on the same footing, applying one rule everywhere: reconcile before filing, file before the due date, and keep the client informed at every stage.
Not a bulk-filing portal. A senior consultant knows your file, your jurisdiction and your deadlines.
Goods sent to job workers must move on delivery challans, return within the statutory period, and be reported in ITC-04. We track every outward and return leg for manufacturing clients in Sriperumbudur, so inputs sent out for processing never quietly convert into a deemed supply carrying tax and interest.
Businesses with registrations in more than one State, or multiple branches under one PAN, face cross-charge, stock transfer and input service distribution questions that single-GSTIN firms never see. We keep all your registrations consistent with each other, not just compliant individually.
Freight paid to transporters, advocate fees, imported services and other notified supplies attract GST under reverse charge, with self-invoicing where the supplier is unregistered. We maintain a running RCM check every period, because this is the liability self-filers most consistently miss.
GSTR-1 requires four-digit HSN reporting for turnover up to Rs.5 crore and six digits above it, and a wrong code often means a wrong rate. We verify the classification of what you actually supply, so your invoices and returns rest on defensible codes.
Winding up attracts its own GST obligations — the cancellation application, reversal of credit on closing stock, and the final return in GSTR-10 within three months. We close registrations properly so a business you shut in Sriperumbudur never writes back to you as a demand years later.
E-invoicing is mandatory once turnover crosses Rs.5 crore and e-way bills apply to goods movements above Rs.50,000. We set up, train and troubleshoot both systems, so your despatches from Sriperumbudur are never held up by a compliance gap at the gate.
You share PAN, Aadhaar, photographs, address proof and bank details over WhatsApp or email. We review each document against portal requirements and flag anything that could trigger an officer query.
We draft Form GST REG-01 with the correct business constitution, principal place of business, HSN or SAC codes and authorised signatory details, then share a summary for your confirmation.
The application is filed on the GST portal and we guide the authorised signatory through Aadhaar OTP authentication, which speeds up approval and usually avoids physical verification of premises.
We track the ARN daily. If the officer issues a notice in Form REG-03 seeking clarification, we draft and file the reply in Form REG-04 within the permitted time.
Once approved, we download your registration certificate in Form REG-06, help set up portal login credentials, and brief you on invoice format, return due dates and e-way bill obligations.
Send these on WhatsApp (+91 - 9600 606 444) and we take it forward the same day.

Practical outcomes our clients measure us by.
Correct, complete tax invoices signal a well-run business to customers, vendors and banks alike, quietly strengthening your credibility in every transaction where your paperwork is seen.
E-commerce platforms continuously validate seller GSTINs and filing status. A consistently compliant registration keeps your listings active and settlements flowing, with no sudden suspension of your online sales channel.
Where a genuine error is found in a past period, voluntary payment through DRC-03 before any notice issues closes the matter at minimal cost, instead of letting it ripen into a demand with penalty.
Illness, travel or a family function no longer threatens a deadline. With a standing external process holding your calendar and data trail, filings proceed on schedule whether or not you are at your desk.
Complete RFD-01 applications with proper statements and annexures move through the system faster and attract fewer deficiency memos, which means export and inverted-duty refunds reach your bank account sooner.
Statutory windows such as thirty days for an ASMT-11 reply are tracked from the day a notice arrives, so responses go in on time, complete, and with your best case properly presented.
| Aspect | With ChennaiGST | DIY / Unattended |
|---|---|---|
| Registration and amendments | Query-resistant applications prepared correctly the first time, with supporting documents matched to what proper officers actually verify. | Repeated clarification memos and resubmissions, with weeks lost because a rent agreement or premises photograph did not meet expectations. |
| Due-date tracking | A maintained compliance calendar with internal cut-offs days before the 11th and the 20th; we chase you for data, not the other way around. | Deadlines remembered from memory or phone alarms; one busy week and the return slips past the due date. |
| Input tax credit | Purchase register matched against GSTR-2B each period, with defaulting suppliers chased so eligible credit is actually captured. | Credit claimed from books alone; mismatches with GSTR-2B mean lost credit or excess claims that invite departmental queries. |
| Risk of notices | GSTR-1, GSTR-3B and GSTR-2B reconciled before filing, removing the mismatches that trigger most scrutiny notices. | Inconsistent figures across returns quietly build a mismatch history that surfaces later as ASMT-10 scrutiny or a demand notice. |
| Supplier defaults | Suppliers who stop uploading invoices are identified within the period and pursued before their default becomes your blocked credit. | Missing supplier invoices surface only when credit is denied, by which time recovering the amount from the vendor is difficult. |
| Keeping up with changes | Rate changes, portal updates and new thresholds such as the Rs.5 crore e-invoice limit are tracked by us and applied to your case proactively. | Changes are discovered after the fact — often through a rejected filing, a blocked e-way bill or a departmental letter. |
GST law moves through notifications, circulars and court decisions. These are the ones changing how filings are prepared right now.
1st GST Council Meeting, New Delhi — 22-23 September 2016 (Signed Minutes, Agenda Item 3) · 2016-09-23
At its very first meeting the Council debated exemption thresholds ranging from Rs 10 lakh to Rs 25 lakh and finally agreed that a business would not need GST registration until its aggregate turnover crossed Rs 20 lakh. For the eleven Special Category States listed in Article 279A of the Constitution, the threshold was set at Rs 10 lakh. The Chairperson recorded that the figure would be reviewed after five years, once the compensation guarantee to States had run its course.
What to do about it: The Rs 20 lakh figure that still governs whether a small Chennai service business must register was settled at this meeting and has been the starting point for every later threshold change.
Circular No. 203/15/2023-GST · 2023-10-27
CBIC clarified three recurring place-of-supply questions. For transportation of goods, including by mail or courier, where the supplier or the recipient is outside India, Section 13(9) of the IGST Act stood omitted from 1 October 2023, so the place of supply is now fixed by the default rule in Section 13(2), namely the location of the recipient. For advertising services supplied to a government body, the place of supply follows the location of the recipient under Section 12(2) rather than the location of the hoardings, with State-wise allocation where the contract provides for it. For co-location of servers in a data centre, the supply is a bundle of hosting services and not a letting of immovable property, so the recipient's location governs.
How we apply it: Chennai courier, advertising and data centre businesses should map their invoices to these tests before deciding between IGST and CGST plus SGST.
Notification No. 08/2017-Central Tax (Rate) dated 28.06.2017 · 2017-06-28
Section 9(4) of the CGST Act as originally enacted made a registered person liable to pay tax under reverse charge on all inward supplies received from unregistered persons. This notification granted a de minimis exemption where the aggregate value of such supplies received from all unregistered suppliers did not exceed Rs 5,000 in a day. The exemption proved unworkable in practice and section 9(4) was soon suspended altogether.
Why this matters: This threshold only matters for the July to October 2017 period, and Chennai businesses still facing scrutiny for those months should check the daily aggregate rather than invoice-wise values.
