The 11th and the 20th arrive every month whether you are ready or not. Our Chennai team keeps businesses in Tiruvottiyur permanently ahead of both, delivering GSTR-1 & GSTR-3B Monthly Filing from Rs.749 with reconciliation, senior review and WhatsApp acknowledgements as standard.
We serve businesses on and around Vanniar Street — document pickup, in-person consultation at our Porur office, or fully online over WhatsApp.
Share your number — a senior GST consultant calls you back within 30 minutes.
Tiruvottiyur is North Chennai's old factory belt, where engineering, chemical and consumer goods plants sit along Thiruvottiyur High Road and Ennore High Road near the Vadivudai Amman temple, with scrap yards and transport contractors filling the side lanes towards Sathangadu. Units crossing Rs.5 crore turnover must issue e-invoices, and freight-heavy dispatches make reverse charge on goods transport agency bills a monthly checkpoint. For businesses here, staying on the right side of GST is not optional — buyers check compliance, and the department's systems match every return. Our firm provides GSTR-1 & GSTR-3B Monthly Filing to clients across Tiruvottiyur and neighbouring Ennore and Manali, combining Chennai jurisdiction familiarity with disciplined deadline tracking. Whether you run a shop, a service practice or a growing trading concern, we handle the portal work so you can stay focused on the business itself.
Not a bulk-filing portal. A senior consultant knows your file, your jurisdiction and your deadlines.
We match your purchase register against GSTR-2B every period, follow up on invoices your suppliers have not uploaded, and ensure every rupee of eligible input tax credit is claimed. Clients routinely recover credit they were silently losing under self-filing.
We are a Chennai firm with a physical office, not a faceless portal. If you prefer to sit across a table with your papers, you are welcome. Clients from Tiruvottiyur regularly visit us for registrations, notice discussions and annual return reviews.
Businesses with registrations in more than one State, or multiple branches under one PAN, face cross-charge, stock transfer and input service distribution questions that single-GSTIN firms never see. We keep all your registrations consistent with each other, not just compliant individually.
Whenever the GST Council notifies a late-fee waiver or an amnesty window for pending returns or old demands, we check every client's history against it and act within the deadline. Relief that businesses in Tiruvottiyur would otherwise read about after it lapsed reaches our clients in time.
The annual return and, where turnover crosses Rs.5 crore, the self-certified reconciliation statement in GSTR-9C are prepared by the same team that filed your monthly returns. Nothing about your year has to be rediscovered or explained to a stranger in December.
A registration cancelled for non-filing is not the end of the road. We bring the pending returns up to date, clear the dues and file the revocation application in REG-21 within the permitted window, restoring suspended and cancelled GSTINs to active status.
At month end we remind you and collect sales invoices, purchase bills and credit notes in whatever format you maintain, including Excel, Tally exports or scanned copies.
We prepare invoice-wise outward supply details, validate GSTINs of your B2B customers, summarise B2C supplies and file GSTR-1 on the portal before the 11th.
We download your auto-drafted GSTR-2B, match it against purchase records, and claim only eligible input tax credit so that mismatches do not trigger scrutiny notices later.
We compute net tax payable after ITC set-off, share the working with you for approval, and generate the payment challan for any cash liability.
After your confirmation and tax payment, we file GSTR-3B before the 20th and send you both filed acknowledgements along with a one-page summary of the month.
Send these on WhatsApp (+91 - 9600 606 444) and we take it forward the same day.

Practical outcomes our clients measure us by.
New branches, new product lines and interstate sales all carry GST consequences. With standing professional support, you expand knowing registrations, invoicing and returns will keep pace with the business.
Loan applications and government tenders routinely demand GST returns and registration documents. With everything filed and archived properly, you can produce a complete compliance file within hours instead of days.
Advances received for services attract GST on receipt while advances for goods generally do not; applying this distinction correctly means you neither prepay tax unnecessarily nor omit a liability that surfaces later with interest.
Tax positions, rate choices and credit calls are documented as they are made, so if a question arises years later, the reasoning and evidence are on file rather than in someone's fading memory.
Large buyers check vendor GST compliance before releasing payments and renewing contracts. A clean filing record with timely GSTR-1 uploads keeps your invoices reflecting in their GSTR-2B and your payments unblocked.
Illness, travel or a family function no longer threatens a deadline. With a standing external process holding your calendar and data trail, filings proceed on schedule whether or not you are at your desk.
| Aspect | With ChennaiGST | DIY / Unattended |
|---|---|---|
| Risk of notices | GSTR-1, GSTR-3B and GSTR-2B reconciled before filing, removing the mismatches that trigger most scrutiny notices. | Inconsistent figures across returns quietly build a mismatch history that surfaces later as ASMT-10 scrutiny or a demand notice. |
| Record keeping | Every return, challan, acknowledgement and working paper archived in an organised folder, retrievable in minutes years later. | Documents scattered across email, downloads and old phones; assembling records for a bank or an audit takes days. |
| Time cost | Roughly an hour a month to send data and approve drafts; the portal work, reconciliation and follow-up are ours. | Hours every month lost to portal errors, JSON files, OTP failures and reworking figures — usually on the due date itself. |
| Goods in transit | E-way bills generated correctly and matched to invoices, so consignments pass roadside inspections without detention or penalty. | A defective or missing e-way bill can mean detention at a checkpoint, with penalties that dwarf the tax on the consignment. |
| When a notice arrives | A professional drafts the reply in the department's format and files it within the statutory window, such as thirty days for ASMT-11. | You face departmental language alone, and a missed reply deadline can convert a simple query into a demand with penalty. |
| Input tax credit | Purchase register matched against GSTR-2B each period, with defaulting suppliers chased so eligible credit is actually captured. | Credit claimed from books alone; mismatches with GSTR-2B mean lost credit or excess claims that invite departmental queries. |
Vanniar Street is a residential street in Tiruvottiyur, about 500 m south of the centre of Tiruvottiyur. The same consultant covers the streets immediately around it — Kavarai Street (about 100 m); Eluthukaran Street (about 250 m); Sattangadu High Road (about 450 m); LIG Colony 1st Street (about 450 m) — so a site visit on Vanniar Street can usually be combined with other work in Tiruvottiyur on the same trip. For GST purposes an address on Vanniar Street falls under the Chennai North CGST Commissionerate, and the Tiruvottiyur pincode is 600019.
Road classification and position from OpenStreetMap; distances are straight-line and approximate. Jurisdiction must be confirmed on your own registration certificate.

GSTN Advisory, September 2022 — changes in Table 4 of Form GSTR-3B pursuant to Notification No. 14/2022-Central Tax, dated 5 July 2022 and Circular No. 170/02/2022-GST, dated 6 July 2022 · 2022-09
From the August 2022 return period the whole of the credit appearing in GSTR-2B must first be reported as credit available in Table 4(A), with ineligible and reversible credit then shown separately in Table 4(B). Reversals that can be reclaimed later, such as those under Rule 37, go into Table 4(B)(2) and the reclaim is reported in Table 4(D)(1). Only the net figure reaches the electronic credit ledger.
What to do about it: Report gross credit and reversals separately in Table 4, because the department now compares your ledger with GSTR-2B line by line.
29th GST Council Meeting, New Delhi — 4 August 2018 (Signed Minutes, Agenda Item 2) · 2018-08-04
The Council devoted an entire meeting to the concerns of micro, small and medium enterprises, noting that roughly five crore MSME units employ about twelve crore people. It constituted a Group of Ministers on MSME convened by the Union Minister of State for Finance, directed the Fitment, Law and IT Committees to examine MSME issues raised by States and field formations and report to that Group within two months, and required that relief already granted to the sector be documented and publicised.
Why this matters: Several later reliefs for small business, including higher registration thresholds and the composition scheme for service providers, trace back to the process started at this meeting.
M/s. Caterpillar India (P) Ltd v. State Tax Officer — Madras High Court, W.P. Nos. 5075, 5076, 5078, 5081, 5128, 5185 and 5189 of 2019, decided 26 February 2019 (Anita Sumanth J.) · 2019-02-26
Consignments were detained because the e-way bills accompanying them had expired. The Court directed immediate release on furnishing a bank guarantee and, importantly, directed the assessing officer to consider whether the lapse was a substantive violation or only a technical breach, having regard to Sections 122, 125 and 126 of the CGST Act. Adjudication was to be completed within four weeks, with amounts already remitted by the transporter adjusted against the final determination.
What to do about it: A Chennai consignor whose goods are held for a stale e-way bill can seek release against security while pressing that Section 126 requires leniency for minor procedural lapses.
