Late fees, blocked credit and mismatch notices cost far more than professional help ever will. We complete GSTR-1 & GSTR-3B Monthly Filing for Vanagaram businesses from Rs.749, matching every figure against portal data before anything reaches the department.
We serve businesses on and around Iyappa Nagar 6th Street — document pickup, in-person consultation at our Porur office, or fully online over WhatsApp.
Share your number — a senior GST consultant calls you back within 30 minutes.
Vanagaram sits where the Chennai Bypass meets the Chennai-Bengaluru Highway at the Maduravoyal Interchange, a warehousing and showroom belt with Apollo Hospitals, banquet halls and car dealerships along the Vanagaram-Ambattur-Puzhal Road and the 200 Feet Bypass Road, behind which the old village lanes around Kalikambal Street and Sannadhi Street still run. Logistics operators, third-party godowns, hotels, hardware and furniture showrooms bill from here. Multi-state stock transfers, e-way bill Part-B errors, credit on warehouse rent and place-of-supply on transport services are the frequent disputes. Against that backdrop, GSTR-1 & GSTR-3B Monthly Filing in Vanagaram demands more than data entry — it needs reconciliation before filing, correct classification and awareness of what local officers examine. Our Chennai team provides exactly that to clients in Vanagaram, Maduravoyal and Ayanambakkam, with same-day responses on working days and WhatsApp updates at every stage. Most routine engagements complete within one to two working days once documents are in hand.
Not a bulk-filing portal. A senior consultant knows your file, your jurisdiction and your deadlines.
Winding up attracts its own GST obligations — the cancellation application, reversal of credit on closing stock, and the final return in GSTR-10 within three months. We close registrations properly so a business you shut in Vanagaram never writes back to you as a demand years later.
We tell you when the composition scheme stops making sense, when QRMP suits your cash flow, and when a supplier's non-compliance is quietly costing you credit. Filing is the minimum; helping you make better GST decisions is the actual job.
Your cash ledger, credit ledger and liability register are reviewed regularly, not just at filing time. Excess balances are flagged for use or refund, and where a genuine slip surfaces, a voluntary payment through DRC-03 settles it before it can mature into a notice.
Most GST notices trace back to mismatches between GSTR-1, GSTR-3B and GSTR-2B. We reconcile these before filing, not after a notice arrives, so your returns are internally consistent and the most common triggers for ASMT-10 scrutiny simply never appear.
Tally, Zoho Books, Busy, marketplace reports, plain Excel or even a handwritten bill book — we take your data in whatever form your Vanagaram business already maintains it. You are never forced to buy new software or retrain staff just to become our client.
GST is confusing enough without a language barrier. Our team explains notices, tax positions and filing requirements in plain Tamil or English, whichever you and your staff in Vanagaram are comfortable with, and keeps written communication simple and jargon-free.
At month end we remind you and collect sales invoices, purchase bills and credit notes in whatever format you maintain, including Excel, Tally exports or scanned copies.
We prepare invoice-wise outward supply details, validate GSTINs of your B2B customers, summarise B2C supplies and file GSTR-1 on the portal before the 11th.
We download your auto-drafted GSTR-2B, match it against purchase records, and claim only eligible input tax credit so that mismatches do not trigger scrutiny notices later.
We compute net tax payable after ITC set-off, share the working with you for approval, and generate the payment challan for any cash liability.
After your confirmation and tax payment, we file GSTR-3B before the 20th and send you both filed acknowledgements along with a one-page summary of the month.
Send these on WhatsApp (+91 - 9600 606 444) and we take it forward the same day.
Timeline: Filed before the 11th and 20th of every month · No hidden charges · GST invoice provided
Rs.7,999/year
Practical outcomes our clients measure us by.
Because turnover in your GST returns is kept aligned with your accounts through the year, income tax filing and statutory audit proceed without the GST-versus-books mismatch queries that now surface routinely through data matching.
The 11th and the 20th stop being days of dread. You approve a prepared draft, we file, and the acknowledgement lands on your WhatsApp — month after month, without drama.
A fixed professional fee is almost always cheaper than the combination of late fees, interest, lost credit and staff hours that informal, last-minute compliance quietly accumulates over a year.
With the LUT filed at the start of each financial year and refund claims tracked to credit, exporters supply without blocking funds in IGST and recover accumulated credit on schedule.
Consistent, reconciled returns give the department's matching systems nothing to flag. Clients who move to us after years of self-filing typically see scrutiny queries and mismatch notices fall away within a few filing cycles.
When a query or verification comes, you respond through a professional who deals with the department regularly, in the department's own language and format, instead of facing an officer's letter alone.
| Aspect | With ChennaiGST | DIY / Unattended |
|---|---|---|
| Keeping up with changes | Rate changes, portal updates and new thresholds such as the Rs.5 crore e-invoice limit are tracked by us and applied to your case proactively. | Changes are discovered after the fact — often through a rejected filing, a blocked e-way bill or a departmental letter. |
| Registration and amendments | Query-resistant applications prepared correctly the first time, with supporting documents matched to what proper officers actually verify. | Repeated clarification memos and resubmissions, with weeks lost because a rent agreement or premises photograph did not meet expectations. |
| Risk of notices | GSTR-1, GSTR-3B and GSTR-2B reconciled before filing, removing the mismatches that trigger most scrutiny notices. | Inconsistent figures across returns quietly build a mismatch history that surfaces later as ASMT-10 scrutiny or a demand notice. |
| Annual return preparation | Monthly reconciliations roll naturally into GSTR-9, filed comfortably before 31 December with figures already agreed through the year. | Twelve months of unmatched data reconstructed in December, with differences discovered too late to be corrected cleanly. |
| Refund claims | RFD-01 filed with complete statements and annexures, tracked from ARN to bank credit, with any deficiency memo answered promptly. | Incomplete claims bounce back as deficiency memos while the refund sits unclaimed for months and working capital stays blocked. |
| When a notice arrives | A professional drafts the reply in the department's format and files it within the statutory window, such as thirty days for ASMT-11. | You face departmental language alone, and a missed reply deadline can convert a simple query into a demand with penalty. |

Star Engineers (India) (P) Ltd v. Union of India — Bombay High Court, Writ Petition No. 15368 of 2023, judgment dated 14 December 2023 · 2023-12-14
The company made bona fide clerical errors in its GSTR-1 which prevented its customer from taking credit, and the portal would not permit correction after the statutory deadline had passed. The High Court held that GST is a technology-driven regime intended to be taxpayer-friendly, that a genuine error causing no loss of revenue ought to be permitted to be corrected, and directed the authorities to allow rectification of the returns for the relevant period.
What it means for you: Where a GSTR-1 error is blocking your customer's credit, a rectification request supported by this judgment is worth making even after the statutory deadline.
Tamil Nadu Water Investment Company Ltd - AAR Tamil Nadu, advance ruling reported at 2019 (2) TMI 187 · 2019
The Chennai company provided management consultancy and detailed project report services to the Chennai Metro Water Supply and Sewerage Board for water related projects. It asked whether the service attracted GST. The Authority held that the supply was a pure service with no supply of goods involved, rendered in relation to a function entrusted to a municipality, and was therefore exempt from GST under the entry covering pure services supplied to government and local authorities.
Why this matters: Chennai consultants on government water and civic projects should test the pure services exemption before adding GST to their invoices.
49th GST Council Meeting, New Delhi — 18 February 2023 · 2023-02-18
The 49th GST Council meeting decided to clear the entire balance of GST compensation dues to states, with the Centre releasing Rs 16,982 crore for June 2022 from its own resources pending cess collections. The Council also approved release of admissible final compensation to states that had furnished revenue figures certified by their Accountant General. This closed the five-year compensation window promised to states at the launch of GST, while cess collections continued to service the back-to-back loans taken during COVID.
What to do about it: Compensation cess on items like aerated drinks, coal and motor vehicles continued to apply to fund loan repayment, so businesses dealing in cess goods had to keep charging it.
