Searching for dependable GSTR-1 & GSTR-3B Monthly Filing near Vyasarpadi? Our Chennai GST practice completes it from Rs.749 with a written checklist, senior-reviewed preparation and full acknowledgement copies, so you always know exactly where your work stands.
We serve businesses on and around Subramaniya Bharathi Street — document pickup, in-person consultation at our Porur office, or fully online over WhatsApp.
Share your number — a senior GST consultant calls you back within 30 minutes.
GST does not distinguish between a large showroom and a small service unit — the due dates and matching systems apply equally to both. Vyasarpadi runs along Erukkancheri High Road and Stephenson Road around Vyasarpadi Jeeva railway station, with MKB Nagar, Sharma Nagar and Kannadasan Nagar backing on to scrap yards, timber and plywood godowns, lorry body builders, fabrication job-workers and provision retail. Purchases from unregistered scrap vendors attract reverse charge, and job-work challans and e-way bills are where notices usually begin. That is why our GSTR-1 & GSTR-3B Monthly Filing engagements in Vyasarpadi follow the same discipline whatever the client's size: written checklists, reconciliation before filing and every acknowledgement archived. Businesses from Perambur and Erukkanchery run on the same process, entirely over WhatsApp if they prefer.
Not a bulk-filing portal. A senior consultant knows your file, your jurisdiction and your deadlines.
Whenever the GST Council notifies a late-fee waiver or an amnesty window for pending returns or old demands, we check every client's history against it and act within the deadline. Relief that businesses in Vyasarpadi would otherwise read about after it lapsed reaches our clients in time.
The annual return and, where turnover crosses Rs.5 crore, the self-certified reconciliation statement in GSTR-9C are prepared by the same team that filed your monthly returns. Nothing about your year has to be rediscovered or explained to a stranger in December.
Goods sent to job workers must move on delivery challans, return within the statutory period, and be reported in ITC-04. We track every outward and return leg for manufacturing clients in Vyasarpadi, so inputs sent out for processing never quietly convert into a deemed supply carrying tax and interest.
Sellers on Amazon, Flipkart and other marketplaces face a three-way match between marketplace reports, GSTR-1 and the TCS the operator deposits against your GSTIN. We reconcile all three every period and accept the TCS credit, so sellers in Vyasarpadi never leave marketplace deductions unclaimed.
New GSTIN applications, core field amendments through REG-14, additional places of business — we prepare complete, query-resistant applications the first time. Clean paperwork is the difference between smooth approval and weeks lost answering clarification memos from the department.
E-invoicing is mandatory once turnover crosses Rs.5 crore and e-way bills apply to goods movements above Rs.50,000. We set up, train and troubleshoot both systems, so your despatches from Vyasarpadi are never held up by a compliance gap at the gate.
At month end we remind you and collect sales invoices, purchase bills and credit notes in whatever format you maintain, including Excel, Tally exports or scanned copies.
We prepare invoice-wise outward supply details, validate GSTINs of your B2B customers, summarise B2C supplies and file GSTR-1 on the portal before the 11th.
We download your auto-drafted GSTR-2B, match it against purchase records, and claim only eligible input tax credit so that mismatches do not trigger scrutiny notices later.
We compute net tax payable after ITC set-off, share the working with you for approval, and generate the payment challan for any cash liability.
After your confirmation and tax payment, we file GSTR-3B before the 20th and send you both filed acknowledgements along with a one-page summary of the month.
Send these on WhatsApp (+91 - 9600 606 444) and we take it forward the same day.
Timeline: Filed before the 11th and 20th of every month · No hidden charges · GST invoice provided

Practical outcomes our clients measure us by.
Illness, travel or a family function no longer threatens a deadline. With a standing external process holding your calendar and data trail, filings proceed on schedule whether or not you are at your desk.
Filed returns, challans, reconciliations and working papers are archived in order from day one. If an audit or departmental verification comes, your file is ready the same week, not assembled in a panic.
Interest on delayed GST payment runs at 18 percent per annum, which is costlier than most working capital finance. Timely computation and payment through our calendar keeps that meter permanently at zero.
Advances received for services attract GST on receipt while advances for goods generally do not; applying this distinction correctly means you neither prepay tax unnecessarily nor omit a liability that surfaces later with interest.
Correct e-way bills matched to correct invoices mean your consignments clear roadside inspections cleanly, avoiding detention proceedings whose penalties can far exceed the tax on the goods being carried.
When a query or verification comes, you respond through a professional who deals with the department regularly, in the department's own language and format, instead of facing an officer's letter alone.
| Aspect | With ChennaiGST | DIY / Unattended |
|---|---|---|
| Input tax credit | Purchase register matched against GSTR-2B each period, with defaulting suppliers chased so eligible credit is actually captured. | Credit claimed from books alone; mismatches with GSTR-2B mean lost credit or excess claims that invite departmental queries. |
| Time cost | Roughly an hour a month to send data and approve drafts; the portal work, reconciliation and follow-up are ours. | Hours every month lost to portal errors, JSON files, OTP failures and reworking figures — usually on the due date itself. |
| Portal credentials and data | Logins handled by a small engaged team under strict confidentiality, with credentials stored securely and never passed onward. | Passwords circulating on chats with freelancers and part-timers, and no accountability for who has accessed your business data. |
| Refund claims | RFD-01 filed with complete statements and annexures, tracked from ARN to bank credit, with any deficiency memo answered promptly. | Incomplete claims bounce back as deficiency memos while the refund sits unclaimed for months and working capital stays blocked. |
| Late fees and interest | Filings go in ahead of statutory dates, so the Rs.50-per-day late fee and 18 percent interest never arise. | Late fees accumulate silently every delayed day, and interest on unpaid tax runs at 18 percent per annum. |
| Registration and amendments | Query-resistant applications prepared correctly the first time, with supporting documents matched to what proper officers actually verify. | Repeated clarification memos and resubmissions, with weeks lost because a rent agreement or premises photograph did not meet expectations. |
Subramaniya Bharathi Street is a low-speed local street in Vyasarpadi, about 600 m west of the centre of Vyasarpadi. The same consultant covers the streets immediately around it — Nagavalliaman Kovil Street (about 50 m); 10th Street (about 100 m); Airiyar Street (about 100 m); Rajaji Street (about 200 m) — so a site visit on Subramaniya Bharathi Street can usually be combined with other work in Vyasarpadi on the same trip. For GST purposes an address on Subramaniya Bharathi Street falls under the Chennai North CGST Commissionerate, and the Vyasarpadi pincode is 600039.

Notification No. 34/2020-Central Tax · 2020-04-03
The statement of self-assessed tax in Form GST CMP-08 for the quarter ending 31 March 2020 was allowed to be furnished up to 7 July 2020 instead of 18 April 2020. The annual return in Form GSTR-4 for the financial year 2019-20 was allowed up to 15 July 2020 instead of 30 April 2020. This was the first COVID concession specifically for composition taxpayers, who had otherwise been left out of the relief given to regular filers.
What to do about it: Chennai composition dealers such as small traders and eateries had a three-month reprieve for the 2019-20 filings, which should be cited against any late-fee entry for that year.
TVH Lumbini Square Owners Association - AAR Tamil Nadu, Order No. 25/ARA/2019, dated 21 June 2019 · 2019-06-21
A residents welfare association collected monthly maintenance contributions from its members. The Authority held that where the contribution per member exceeds Rs. 7,500 a month, GST is payable on the entire contribution and not merely on the amount above Rs. 7,500. The Madras High Court subsequently held, in Greenwood Owners Association, that only the excess over Rs. 7,500 is taxable, and associations now follow that judicial position.
Practical effect: Chennai apartment associations should apply the High Court position carefully and keep member-wise workings ready for departmental scrutiny.
Mr. Kannippan Arumugan v. Assistant Commissioner (ST) — Madras High Court, W.P. No. 2943 of 2026, decided 30 January 2026 (C. Saravanan J.) · 2026-01-30
The taxpayer had reported tax of Rs 2,54,040.30 against an invoice instead of the correct Rs 1,31,280.30, and a demand followed. The Court quashed the assessment order dated 21 July 2025 and remitted the matter for fresh adjudication within six months, permitting the petitioner to rectify the inadvertent error subject to compliance with Circular No. 212/6/2024-GST, and directing the officer to verify with the recipient's jurisdiction whether excess credit had in fact been availed.
Practical effect: A clerical overstatement in GSTR-1 by a Chennai supplier can still be corrected long afterwards, provided the recipient has not taken the excess credit and the Circular 212 procedure is followed.
