Trusted New GST Registration support for Adambakkam, priced from Rs.1,499 with no hidden additions. Send documents from your phone, approve the prepared draft, and we handle the portal — including the difficult due-date evenings when it slows down.
We serve businesses on and around 2nd Street — document pickup, in-person consultation at our Porur office, or fully online over WhatsApp.
Share your number — a senior GST consultant calls you back within 30 minutes.
Adambakkam packs hardware, sanitaryware, electrical and provision trade into New Colony Main Road, Brindavan Nagar Main Road, Kakkan Nagar Main Road and Income Tax Main Road, with the Inner Ring Road and Velachery Main Road carrying goods towards Guindy and Ekkattuthangal. Job-work units and works-contract sub-contractors around the TNHB Colony and Dandeeswaram belt misjudge the twelve against eighteen per cent job-work rate and lose credit on delivery-challan movements. From a first registration to the annual return, the full range of New GST Registration is available to Adambakkam businesses without stepping far from the shop or office — documents travel over WhatsApp, and our Chennai premises are open to anyone who prefers a face-to-face discussion. We serve Nanganallur and Ullagaram on the same footing, applying one rule everywhere: reconcile before filing, file before the due date, and keep the client informed at every stage.
Not a bulk-filing portal. A senior consultant knows your file, your jurisdiction and your deadlines.
A new GSTIN comes with obligations nobody explains at approval — the invoice series rules, displaying the registration certificate and GSTIN at your premises, and the first return cycle. We walk new registrants in Adambakkam through each of these so month one starts correctly.
We work with Chennai GST ranges and circles every week, including the jurisdiction covering Adambakkam. We know how local proper officers examine registrations, what supporting documents they routinely call for, and how to present a file so it moves without repeated queries.
If a query, ASMT-10 scrutiny notice or DRC-01 arrives on a return we filed, we stand behind our work and help you draft the reply. You are not left alone with a departmental letter and a thirty-day clock ticking against you.
If your GSTR-1 and GSTR-3B start drifting apart, if a large supplier stops filing, or if your turnover approaches the e-invoice threshold, we flag it to you immediately. Early warnings from our side are cheaper than departmental letters later.
We match your purchase register against GSTR-2B every period, follow up on invoices your suppliers have not uploaded, and ensure every rupee of eligible input tax credit is claimed. Clients routinely recover credit they were silently losing under self-filing.
You deal with one accountable person who knows your business, your turnover pattern and your filing history. No repeating your story to a new voice every month, and no file falling between two desks when a deadline is approaching.
You share PAN, Aadhaar, photographs, address proof and bank details over WhatsApp or email. We review each document against portal requirements and flag anything that could trigger an officer query.
We draft Form GST REG-01 with the correct business constitution, principal place of business, HSN or SAC codes and authorised signatory details, then share a summary for your confirmation.
The application is filed on the GST portal and we guide the authorised signatory through Aadhaar OTP authentication, which speeds up approval and usually avoids physical verification of premises.
We track the ARN daily. If the officer issues a notice in Form REG-03 seeking clarification, we draft and file the reply in Form REG-04 within the permitted time.
Once approved, we download your registration certificate in Form REG-06, help set up portal login credentials, and brief you on invoice format, return due dates and e-way bill obligations.
Send these on WhatsApp (+91 - 9600 606 444) and we take it forward the same day.
Timeline: 3-7 working days · No hidden charges · GST invoice provided
Practical outcomes our clients measure us by.
Late-fee waivers and amnesty windows notified by the GST Council are applied to your history within their deadlines, capturing reliefs that most businesses only hear about once the window has already closed.
Filed returns, challans, reconciliations and working papers are archived in order from day one. If an audit or departmental verification comes, your file is ready the same week, not assembled in a panic.
Correct, complete tax invoices signal a well-run business to customers, vendors and banks alike, quietly strengthening your credibility in every transaction where your paperwork is seen.
Excess balances parked in the electronic cash ledger are identified during regular ledger reviews and either utilised against upcoming liability or claimed back as a refund, instead of sitting interest-free with the government.
Tax positions, rate choices and credit calls are documented as they are made, so if a question arises years later, the reasoning and evidence are on file rather than in someone's fading memory.
Rates, reverse charge, place of supply and blocked credits are applied correctly at the preparation stage, so you neither overpay tax you do not owe nor underpay and invite demands with penalty later.
| Aspect | With ChennaiGST | DIY / Unattended |
|---|---|---|
| When a notice arrives | A professional drafts the reply in the department's format and files it within the statutory window, such as thirty days for ASMT-11. | You face departmental language alone, and a missed reply deadline can convert a simple query into a demand with penalty. |
| Risk of notices | GSTR-1, GSTR-3B and GSTR-2B reconciled before filing, removing the mismatches that trigger most scrutiny notices. | Inconsistent figures across returns quietly build a mismatch history that surfaces later as ASMT-10 scrutiny or a demand notice. |
| Input tax credit | Purchase register matched against GSTR-2B each period, with defaulting suppliers chased so eligible credit is actually captured. | Credit claimed from books alone; mismatches with GSTR-2B mean lost credit or excess claims that invite departmental queries. |
| Keeping up with changes | Rate changes, portal updates and new thresholds such as the Rs.5 crore e-invoice limit are tracked by us and applied to your case proactively. | Changes are discovered after the fact — often through a rejected filing, a blocked e-way bill or a departmental letter. |
| Goods in transit | E-way bills generated correctly and matched to invoices, so consignments pass roadside inspections without detention or penalty. | A defective or missing e-way bill can mean detention at a checkpoint, with penalties that dwarf the tax on the consignment. |
| Refund claims | RFD-01 filed with complete statements and annexures, tracked from ARN to bank credit, with any deficiency memo answered promptly. | Incomplete claims bounce back as deficiency memos while the refund sits unclaimed for months and working capital stays blocked. |
2nd Street is a residential street in Adambakkam, about 1.2 km north of the centre of Adambakkam. The same consultant covers the streets immediately around it — 3rd Street (about 50 m); 3rd Main Road (about 100 m); 12th Street (about 150 m); 38th Lane (about 150 m) — so a site visit on 2nd Street can usually be combined with other work in Adambakkam on the same trip. For GST purposes an address on 2nd Street falls under the Chennai South CGST Commissionerate, and the Adambakkam pincode is 600088.
Road classification and position from OpenStreetMap; distances are straight-line and approximate. Jurisdiction must be confirmed on your own registration certificate.
We track every notification, circular and judgment that changes a filing position, so your returns and replies reflect the current law.
29th GST Council Meeting, New Delhi — 4 August 2018 (Signed Minutes, Agenda Item 3) · 2018-08-04
The Council approved a scheme to incentivise digital payment under GST. Concessions were to be given on B2C transactions paid through RuPay debit card, UPI, BHIM, USSD or BHIM-Aadhaar, by way of an automated refund to the consumer's account of twenty per cent of the total GST paid, subject to a ceiling of Rs 100 per transaction shared equally between CGST and SGST. The purchaser would be informed by SMS. The scheme was to run on a pilot basis in Assam, Tamil Nadu and any other volunteering State.
How we apply it: Tamil Nadu was one of only two States selected for this pilot, though the scheme was never rolled out in practice.
Taghar Vasudeva Ambrish v. Appellate Authority for Advance Ruling, Karnataka, W.P. No. 14891 of 2020, Karnataka High Court, judgment dated 7 February 2022, affirmed in State of Karnataka v. Taghar Vasudeva Ambrish, Civil Appeal Nos. 7846-7847 of 2023, 2025 INSC 1380, judgment dated 4 December 2025 · 2022-02-07
Co-owners had let a residential building to a company that ran it as a hostel for students and working professionals. The advance ruling authorities denied exemption on the view that the lessee was using the property commercially. The High Court disagreed and held that leasing residential premises used as a hostel falls within Entry 13 of the IGST services exemption notification, since that entry does not require the lessee itself to occupy the premises as a residence. The Supreme Court dismissed the State's appeals on 4 December 2025 and confirmed that the end use as a residence, not the intermediate commercial layer, decides the question.
Why this matters: Chennai property owners letting buildings to hostel operators now have Supreme Court backing for periods before 18 July 2022, though later periods must also account for the registered-tenant reverse charge.
Rich Dairy Products (India) Pvt Ltd - AAR Tamil Nadu (2019), upheld by AAAR Tamil Nadu, Order No. TN/AAAR/01/2020 · 2019
The Namakkal manufacturer made carbonated beverages containing fruit juice and sought classification under the fruit pulp or fruit juice based drinks entry taxed at 12 percent. The Authority held that once carbon dioxide is added the product is classifiable under heading 2202 10 as waters containing added carbon dioxide and flavouring, and not as fruit juice under heading 2009, so the higher rate applicable to that entry along with compensation cess applies. The Appellate Authority upheld that view.
Why this matters: Chennai beverage makers must check whether the drink is carbonated before applying the 12 percent fruit drink rate.
