Reliable GSTR-1 & GSTR-3B Monthly Filing for Adambakkam businesses at a clear, fixed fee starting Rs.749. We handle the documentation, portal work and follow-up, you approve the draft before anything is filed, and the acknowledgement reaches you on WhatsApp the moment the filing goes through.
We serve businesses on and around 12th Street — document pickup, in-person consultation at our Porur office, or fully online over WhatsApp.
Share your number — a senior GST consultant calls you back within 30 minutes.
Adambakkam packs hardware, sanitaryware, electrical and provision trade into New Colony Main Road, Brindavan Nagar Main Road, Kakkan Nagar Main Road and Income Tax Main Road, with the Inner Ring Road and Velachery Main Road carrying goods towards Guindy and Ekkattuthangal. Job-work units and works-contract sub-contractors around the TNHB Colony and Dandeeswaram belt misjudge the twelve against eighteen per cent job-work rate and lose credit on delivery-challan movements. When businesses of this kind evaluate GSTR-1 & GSTR-3B Monthly Filing, the real question is not price alone but who answers when something goes wrong. We serve Adambakkam, Nanganallur and Ullagaram on a standing commitment: responses within the same working day, senior scrutiny before every submission, and continued support if the department ever writes back on work carrying our preparation.
Not a bulk-filing portal. A senior consultant knows your file, your jurisdiction and your deadlines.
Goods sent to job workers must move on delivery challans, return within the statutory period, and be reported in ITC-04. We track every outward and return leg for manufacturing clients in Adambakkam, so inputs sent out for processing never quietly convert into a deemed supply carrying tax and interest.
E-invoicing is mandatory once turnover crosses Rs.5 crore and e-way bills apply to goods movements above Rs.50,000. We set up, train and troubleshoot both systems, so your despatches from Adambakkam are never held up by a compliance gap at the gate.
Composition dealers have their own rulebook — CMP-08 every quarter, GSTR-4 annually by 30 June, bills of supply instead of tax invoices, and a turnover ceiling that must be watched. We handle each of these correctly so the scheme's simplicity never turns into a violation.
You are told the full fee before we begin, in writing. No surprise additions for uploads, revisions or acknowledgements. Government fees and taxes, where applicable, are shown separately, so businesses in Adambakkam always know exactly what the engagement costs them.
Your sales figures, supplier lists and login credentials are handled only by our engaged team, stored securely and never shared with any third party. Many of our clients in Adambakkam compete with each other; complete confidentiality is a condition of our work.
Traders, manufacturers, contractors, e-commerce sellers, professionals and service exporters — we have handled GST for all of them. Whatever mix of goods and services your Adambakkam business supplies, the rate, classification and place-of-supply questions have almost certainly crossed our desk before.
At month end we remind you and collect sales invoices, purchase bills and credit notes in whatever format you maintain, including Excel, Tally exports or scanned copies.
We prepare invoice-wise outward supply details, validate GSTINs of your B2B customers, summarise B2C supplies and file GSTR-1 on the portal before the 11th.
We download your auto-drafted GSTR-2B, match it against purchase records, and claim only eligible input tax credit so that mismatches do not trigger scrutiny notices later.
We compute net tax payable after ITC set-off, share the working with you for approval, and generate the payment challan for any cash liability.
After your confirmation and tax payment, we file GSTR-3B before the 20th and send you both filed acknowledgements along with a one-page summary of the month.
Send these on WhatsApp (+91 - 9600 606 444) and we take it forward the same day.

Practical outcomes our clients measure us by.
When GST knowledge lives inside a single staff member, their resignation becomes a compliance crisis. With our firm as the standing process, your filings continue uninterrupted regardless of internal staff changes.
A fixed professional fee is almost always cheaper than the combination of late fees, interest, lost credit and staff hours that informal, last-minute compliance quietly accumulates over a year.
Complete RFD-01 applications with proper statements and annexures move through the system faster and attract fewer deficiency memos, which means export and inverted-duty refunds reach your bank account sooner.
With returns filed ahead of the statutory due dates every period, the Rs.50-per-day GSTR-3B late fee simply stops appearing in your life, and the money stays in your business where it belongs.
Late-fee waivers and amnesty windows notified by the GST Council are applied to your history within their deadlines, capturing reliefs that most businesses only hear about once the window has already closed.
Correct, complete tax invoices signal a well-run business to customers, vendors and banks alike, quietly strengthening your credibility in every transaction where your paperwork is seen.
| Aspect | With ChennaiGST | DIY / Unattended |
|---|---|---|
| Goods in transit | E-way bills generated correctly and matched to invoices, so consignments pass roadside inspections without detention or penalty. | A defective or missing e-way bill can mean detention at a checkpoint, with penalties that dwarf the tax on the consignment. |
| Time cost | Roughly an hour a month to send data and approve drafts; the portal work, reconciliation and follow-up are ours. | Hours every month lost to portal errors, JSON files, OTP failures and reworking figures — usually on the due date itself. |
| Annual return preparation | Monthly reconciliations roll naturally into GSTR-9, filed comfortably before 31 December with figures already agreed through the year. | Twelve months of unmatched data reconstructed in December, with differences discovered too late to be corrected cleanly. |
| Due-date tracking | A maintained compliance calendar with internal cut-offs days before the 11th and the 20th; we chase you for data, not the other way around. | Deadlines remembered from memory or phone alarms; one busy week and the return slips past the due date. |
| When a notice arrives | A professional drafts the reply in the department's format and files it within the statutory window, such as thirty days for ASMT-11. | You face departmental language alone, and a missed reply deadline can convert a simple query into a demand with penalty. |
| Record keeping | Every return, challan, acknowledgement and working paper archived in an organised folder, retrievable in minutes years later. | Documents scattered across email, downloads and old phones; assembling records for a bank or an audit takes days. |
12th Street is a residential street in Adambakkam, about 1.1 km north of the centre of Adambakkam. GST law moves through notifications, circulars and court decisions. These are the ones changing how filings are prepared right now.
Notification No. 08/2017-Central Tax (Rate) dated 28.06.2017 · 2017-06-28
Section 9(4) of the CGST Act as originally enacted made a registered person liable to pay tax under reverse charge on all inward supplies received from unregistered persons. This notification granted a de minimis exemption where the aggregate value of such supplies received from all unregistered suppliers did not exceed Rs 5,000 in a day. The exemption proved unworkable in practice and section 9(4) was soon suspended altogether.
What to do about it: This threshold only matters for the July to October 2017 period, and Chennai businesses still facing scrutiny for those months should check the daily aggregate rather than invoice-wise values.
Circular No. 26/26/2017-GST dated 29 December 2017 · 2017-12-29
This consolidated circular explained the return filing decisions of the 23rd GST Council meeting. It clarified the due dates, the quantum of late fee, and, most usefully, that errors in a GSTR-3B already filed cannot be revised but must be corrected by adjusting the figures in the return of a later month, with interest payable where tax was short paid. It also dealt with returns that were submitted but not filed because of portal problems.
Practical effect: The principle that GSTR-3B is corrected in a subsequent month rather than revised still governs every rectification a Chennai business makes today.
39th GST Council Meeting, New Delhi — 14 March 2020 · 2020-03-14
Following widespread demands computing interest on the gross tax liability of a late GSTR-3B, ignoring the credit balance available, the Council recommended that interest under Section 50 be charged only on the net cash tax liability, with retrospective effect from 1 July 2017. This was given effect through the proviso to Section 50(1) inserted by the Finance Act, 2021 and notified retrospectively, and it neutralised thousands of interest demands raised on gross turnover across the country.
What to do about it: If you have received an interest demand computed on gross output tax for a late return, the net cash liability principle from this meeting is usually a complete answer.
