Trusted GSTR-1 & GSTR-3B Monthly Filing support for Adambakkam, priced from Rs.749 with no hidden additions. Send documents from your phone, approve the prepared draft, and we handle the portal — including the difficult due-date evenings when it slows down.
We serve businesses on and around 38th Lane — document pickup, in-person consultation at our Porur office, or fully online over WhatsApp.
Share your number — a senior GST consultant calls you back within 30 minutes.
Businesses in Adambakkam looking for GSTR-1 & GSTR-3B Monthly Filing want two things: work done correctly and someone answerable when questions come. Adambakkam packs hardware, sanitaryware, electrical and provision trade into New Colony Main Road, Brindavan Nagar Main Road, Kakkan Nagar Main Road and Income Tax Main Road, with the Inner Ring Road and Velachery Main Road carrying goods towards Guindy and Ekkattuthangal. Job-work units and works-contract sub-contractors around the TNHB Colony and Dandeeswaram belt misjudge the twelve against eighteen per cent job-work rate and lose credit on delivery-challan movements. We serve this belt — including Nanganallur and Ullagaram — with fixed fees quoted upfront, a written document checklist, and filings completed ahead of statutory due dates. Every acknowledgement is shared the day it is generated, and our support continues if the department raises any query on work we have filed.
Not a bulk-filing portal. A senior consultant knows your file, your jurisdiction and your deadlines.
The annual return and, where turnover crosses Rs.5 crore, the self-certified reconciliation statement in GSTR-9C are prepared by the same team that filed your monthly returns. Nothing about your year has to be rediscovered or explained to a stranger in December.
Whenever the GST Council notifies a late-fee waiver or an amnesty window for pending returns or old demands, we check every client's history against it and act within the deadline. Relief that businesses in Adambakkam would otherwise read about after it lapsed reaches our clients in time.
Every new client receives a review of their recent returns before we file anything — unclaimed credit, GSTR-1 versus GSTR-3B drift, and exposures worth correcting quietly. Businesses in Adambakkam often discover in this first review exactly why their previous arrangement was costing them money.
If your GSTR-1 and GSTR-3B start drifting apart, if a large supplier stops filing, or if your turnover approaches the e-invoice threshold, we flag it to you immediately. Early warnings from our side are cheaper than departmental letters later.
Sellers on Amazon, Flipkart and other marketplaces face a three-way match between marketplace reports, GSTR-1 and the TCS the operator deposits against your GSTIN. We reconcile all three every period and accept the TCS credit, so sellers in Adambakkam never leave marketplace deductions unclaimed.
We match your purchase register against GSTR-2B every period, follow up on invoices your suppliers have not uploaded, and ensure every rupee of eligible input tax credit is claimed. Clients routinely recover credit they were silently losing under self-filing.
At month end we remind you and collect sales invoices, purchase bills and credit notes in whatever format you maintain, including Excel, Tally exports or scanned copies.
We prepare invoice-wise outward supply details, validate GSTINs of your B2B customers, summarise B2C supplies and file GSTR-1 on the portal before the 11th.
We download your auto-drafted GSTR-2B, match it against purchase records, and claim only eligible input tax credit so that mismatches do not trigger scrutiny notices later.
We compute net tax payable after ITC set-off, share the working with you for approval, and generate the payment challan for any cash liability.
After your confirmation and tax payment, we file GSTR-3B before the 20th and send you both filed acknowledgements along with a one-page summary of the month.
Send these on WhatsApp (+91 - 9600 606 444) and we take it forward the same day.
Timeline: Filed before the 11th and 20th of every month · No hidden charges · GST invoice provided

Practical outcomes our clients measure us by.
When GST knowledge lives inside a single staff member, their resignation becomes a compliance crisis. With our firm as the standing process, your filings continue uninterrupted regardless of internal staff changes.
Where a genuine error is found in a past period, voluntary payment through DRC-03 before any notice issues closes the matter at minimal cost, instead of letting it ripen into a demand with penalty.
Sales returns, discounts and price revisions are adjusted through properly reported credit notes within the statutory window, so you never keep paying tax on turnover you have already reversed.
Whether moving between composition and regular scheme, opting into QRMP, or crossing the e-invoice threshold at Rs.5 crore, transitions are planned in advance rather than discovered after a compliance breach.
Systematic GSTR-2B matching and supplier follow-up mean input tax credit that was leaking away under self-filing is captured each month, directly reducing the cash you pay out with every GSTR-3B.
Statutory windows such as thirty days for an ASMT-11 reply are tracked from the day a notice arrives, so responses go in on time, complete, and with your best case properly presented.
| Aspect | With ChennaiGST | DIY / Unattended |
|---|---|---|
| Portal credentials and data | Logins handled by a small engaged team under strict confidentiality, with credentials stored securely and never passed onward. | Passwords circulating on chats with freelancers and part-timers, and no accountability for who has accessed your business data. |
| Input tax credit | Purchase register matched against GSTR-2B each period, with defaulting suppliers chased so eligible credit is actually captured. | Credit claimed from books alone; mismatches with GSTR-2B mean lost credit or excess claims that invite departmental queries. |
| Late fees and interest | Filings go in ahead of statutory dates, so the Rs.50-per-day late fee and 18 percent interest never arise. | Late fees accumulate silently every delayed day, and interest on unpaid tax runs at 18 percent per annum. |
| Goods in transit | E-way bills generated correctly and matched to invoices, so consignments pass roadside inspections without detention or penalty. | A defective or missing e-way bill can mean detention at a checkpoint, with penalties that dwarf the tax on the consignment. |
| Risk of notices | GSTR-1, GSTR-3B and GSTR-2B reconciled before filing, removing the mismatches that trigger most scrutiny notices. | Inconsistent figures across returns quietly build a mismatch history that surfaces later as ASMT-10 scrutiny or a demand notice. |
| Time cost | Roughly an hour a month to send data and approve drafts; the portal work, reconciliation and follow-up are ours. | Hours every month lost to portal errors, JSON files, OTP failures and reworking figures — usually on the due date itself. |
38th Lane is a residential street in Adambakkam, about 1.2 km north of the centre of Adambakkam. The same consultant covers the streets immediately around it — 2nd Avenue (about 50 m); 3rd Main Road (about 150 m); 3rd Street (about 150 m); TNHB Colony 1st Avenue (about 150 m) — so a site visit on 38th Lane can usually be combined with other work in Adambakkam on the same trip. For GST purposes an address on 38th Lane falls under the Chennai South CGST Commissionerate, and the Adambakkam pincode is 600088.
Road classification and position from OpenStreetMap; distances are straight-line and approximate. Jurisdiction must be confirmed on your own registration certificate.
We track every notification, circular and judgment that changes a filing position, so your returns and replies reflect the current law.
Pentacle Plant Machineries (P) Ltd v. Office of the GST Council — Madras High Court, W.P. No. 1022 of 2020, decided 23 February 2021 (Anita Sumanth J.) · 2021-02-23
The supplier keyed in the customer's Uttar Pradesh GST number instead of the Andhra Pradesh one while filing GSTR-1, and the correction window had lapsed. The Madras High Court allowed the writ petition and directed that the return be permitted to be amended, describing the mistake as a bona fide human error. The Court observed that assessees should not be prejudiced from availing credit they are otherwise legitimately entitled to, particularly where the matching forms were never notified.
Why this matters: A typographical GSTIN error that has cost your buyer their credit is curable — do not simply write off the credit as lost because the portal has closed the amendment window.
19th GST Council Meeting (video conference) — 17 July 2017 (Signed Minutes, Agenda Item 2; CBIC Press Release dated 17 July 2017) · 2017-07-17
Meeting by video conference barely a fortnight after rollout, the Council found that the combination of a twenty-eight per cent rate and the compensation cess rates originally fixed had left cigarettes bearing less tax than under the earlier excise and VAT regime, handing manufacturers a windfall. The Council recommended an increase in the compensation cess rates on cigarettes so as to align the total GST incidence with the pre-GST level, and the revised cess rates were notified with effect from 18 July 2017.
Practical effect: It showed early on that the Council would move within days to correct a rate that produced an unintended windfall, in either direction.
Rule 88C, CGST Rules, 2017, inserted by Notification No. 26/2022-Central Tax · 2022-12-26
Rule 88C requires the portal to intimate a taxpayer in Form GST DRC-01B whenever the output tax liability declared in GSTR-1 for a period exceeds the liability paid through GSTR-3B beyond the prescribed limit. The taxpayer must either pay the shortfall with interest through Form DRC-03 or furnish an explanation in Part B of DRC-01B within seven days. The facility went live on the portal from mid-2023 and an unanswered intimation blocks the next GSTR-1.
How we apply it: Reconcile GSTR-1 against GSTR-3B every month, because a DRC-01B intimation left unanswered for seven days will freeze your next outward supplies return.
