The 11th and the 20th arrive every month whether you are ready or not. Our Chennai team keeps businesses in Choolaimedu permanently ahead of both, delivering GSTR-1 & GSTR-3B Monthly Filing from Rs.749 with reconciliation, senior review and WhatsApp acknowledgements as standard.
We serve businesses on and around Sterling Avenue — document pickup, in-person consultation at our Porur office, or fully online over WhatsApp.
Share your number — a senior GST consultant calls you back within 30 minutes.
Choolaimedu's commerce runs along Choolaimedu High Road and Nelson Manickam Road, where automobile spare-parts dealers, service garages, textile and mobile showrooms, bakeries and caterers sit shoulder to shoulder. Sterling Road, Kothari Road and Harrington Road carry IT offices, clinics and serviced-apartment operators, while Gill Nagar and the lanes off Vada Agaram Road hold printing units and hostels. Landlords letting out portions, spares dealers reversing credit on discount notes and hostel operators face recurring GSTR-3B and e-invoicing queries. For businesses here, staying on the right side of GST is not optional — buyers check compliance, and the department's systems match every return. Our firm provides GSTR-1 & GSTR-3B Monthly Filing to clients across Choolaimedu and neighbouring Aminjikarai and Nungambakkam, combining Chennai jurisdiction familiarity with disciplined deadline tracking. Whether you run a shop, a service practice or a growing trading concern, we handle the portal work so you can stay focused on the business itself.
Not a bulk-filing portal. A senior consultant knows your file, your jurisdiction and your deadlines.
A new GSTIN comes with obligations nobody explains at approval — the invoice series rules, displaying the registration certificate and GSTIN at your premises, and the first return cycle. We walk new registrants in Choolaimedu through each of these so month one starts correctly.
We tell you when the composition scheme stops making sense, when QRMP suits your cash flow, and when a supplier's non-compliance is quietly costing you credit. Filing is the minimum; helping you make better GST decisions is the actual job.
Freight paid to transporters, advocate fees, imported services and other notified supplies attract GST under reverse charge, with self-invoicing where the supplier is unregistered. We maintain a running RCM check every period, because this is the liability self-filers most consistently miss.
Your cash ledger, credit ledger and liability register are reviewed regularly, not just at filing time. Excess balances are flagged for use or refund, and where a genuine slip surfaces, a voluntary payment through DRC-03 settles it before it can mature into a notice.
Sellers on Amazon, Flipkart and other marketplaces face a three-way match between marketplace reports, GSTR-1 and the TCS the operator deposits against your GSTIN. We reconcile all three every period and accept the TCS credit, so sellers in Choolaimedu never leave marketplace deductions unclaimed.
Whenever the GST Council notifies a late-fee waiver or an amnesty window for pending returns or old demands, we check every client's history against it and act within the deadline. Relief that businesses in Choolaimedu would otherwise read about after it lapsed reaches our clients in time.
At month end we remind you and collect sales invoices, purchase bills and credit notes in whatever format you maintain, including Excel, Tally exports or scanned copies.
We prepare invoice-wise outward supply details, validate GSTINs of your B2B customers, summarise B2C supplies and file GSTR-1 on the portal before the 11th.
We download your auto-drafted GSTR-2B, match it against purchase records, and claim only eligible input tax credit so that mismatches do not trigger scrutiny notices later.
We compute net tax payable after ITC set-off, share the working with you for approval, and generate the payment challan for any cash liability.
After your confirmation and tax payment, we file GSTR-3B before the 20th and send you both filed acknowledgements along with a one-page summary of the month.
Send these on WhatsApp (+91 - 9600 606 444) and we take it forward the same day.
Timeline: Filed before the 11th and 20th of every month · No hidden charges · GST invoice provided

Practical outcomes our clients measure us by.
Each period you receive a simple computation showing output tax, credit utilised and net cash payable, so GST becomes a number you understand and question rather than a figure you accept blindly.
Late-fee waivers and amnesty windows notified by the GST Council are applied to your history within their deadlines, capturing reliefs that most businesses only hear about once the window has already closed.
Because monthly data is reconciled as it happens, GSTR-9 preparation before the 31 December due date becomes a review exercise rather than a painful reconstruction of twelve untidy months.
Correct, complete tax invoices signal a well-run business to customers, vendors and banks alike, quietly strengthening your credibility in every transaction where your paperwork is seen.
Your billing staff are guided on invoice fields, rates and series discipline, so mistakes are prevented where they originate — at the counter — instead of being repaired later in the returns.
Interest on delayed GST payment runs at 18 percent per annum, which is costlier than most working capital finance. Timely computation and payment through our calendar keeps that meter permanently at zero.
| Aspect | With ChennaiGST | DIY / Unattended |
|---|---|---|
| Portal credentials and data | Logins handled by a small engaged team under strict confidentiality, with credentials stored securely and never passed onward. | Passwords circulating on chats with freelancers and part-timers, and no accountability for who has accessed your business data. |
| Record keeping | Every return, challan, acknowledgement and working paper archived in an organised folder, retrievable in minutes years later. | Documents scattered across email, downloads and old phones; assembling records for a bank or an audit takes days. |
| Supplier defaults | Suppliers who stop uploading invoices are identified within the period and pursued before their default becomes your blocked credit. | Missing supplier invoices surface only when credit is denied, by which time recovering the amount from the vendor is difficult. |
| Refund claims | RFD-01 filed with complete statements and annexures, tracked from ARN to bank credit, with any deficiency memo answered promptly. | Incomplete claims bounce back as deficiency memos while the refund sits unclaimed for months and working capital stays blocked. |
| Input tax credit | Purchase register matched against GSTR-2B each period, with defaulting suppliers chased so eligible credit is actually captured. | Credit claimed from books alone; mismatches with GSTR-2B mean lost credit or excess claims that invite departmental queries. |
| Due-date tracking | A maintained compliance calendar with internal cut-offs days before the 11th and the 20th; we chase you for data, not the other way around. | Deadlines remembered from memory or phone alarms; one busy week and the return slips past the due date. |
Sterling Avenue is a secondary arterial road in Choolaimedu, about 650 m south-east of the centre of Choolaimedu. The same consultant covers the streets immediately around it — 4th Cross Street (about 150 m); Nelson Manickam Road (about 200 m); Nungambakkam Subway (about 300 m); Kothari Road (about 300 m) — so a site visit on Sterling Avenue can usually be combined with other work in Choolaimedu on the same trip. For GST purposes an address on Sterling Avenue falls under the Chennai North CGST Commissionerate, and the Choolaimedu pincode is 600094.

GSTN Advisories No. 624 dated 27 September 2025 and No. 631 dated 17 October 2025 — IMS enhancements from the October 2025 tax period · 2025-10
GSTN enhanced the Invoice Management System from the October 2025 tax period. Recipients can now keep credit notes and specified records pending for one tax period instead of being forced to accept or reject them immediately, can declare the actual amount of input tax credit to be reduced when accepting a credit note where the credit was never availed or was already reversed, and can save remarks when rejecting or keeping a document pending. GSTR-2B can be recomputed after corrective action is taken.
Why this matters: Train your accounts team on the new pending and partial-reversal options so supplier credit notes do not strip more ITC than legally required.
Nithiyashree Ladies Hostel - AAR Tamil Nadu, Advance Ruling No. 77/AAR/2023, dated 4 September 2023 · 2023-09-04
The applicant ran a ladies hostel in premises it had itself taken on rent and supplied accommodation together with food and related services. It sought exemption on the footing that this was renting of residential accommodation. The Authority held the supply classifiable under heading 9963 and taxable at 9 percent central tax and 9 percent State tax, treating hostel accommodation with attached services as a taxable service and not as renting of a residential dwelling for use as a residence.
Practical effect: Chennai hostel and paying guest operators should not assume exemption; the outcome turns on the exact facts and on later High Court rulings.
Circular No. 177/09/2022-TRU · 2022-08-03
The Board answered a set of service classification and exemption questions arising from the 47th GST Council meeting. Most importantly for property transactions, it confirmed that the sale of land after levelling and after laying drainage, water and electricity lines remains a sale of land under Schedule III and is outside GST, while development services such as levelling and laying of drainage lines that the developer itself receives from contractors attract GST at the applicable rate. Several other exemption and rate questions on specified services were also settled.
Practical effect: Chennai plot developers can rely on this circular for the position that a plot sale price is not taxable, but must still bear GST on the development works they buy in from contractors.
