From Rs.9,999, our team delivers GSTR-9C Reconciliation for shops, service providers and manufacturers across Siruseri. Local jurisdiction knowledge, deadline tracking and honest, upfront fees — the way GST compliance in Chennai should actually work.
Share your number — a senior GST consultant calls you back within 30 minutes.
Siruseri on Rajiv Gandhi Salai hosts the SIPCOT IT Park, among Asia's largest, with the TCS Siruseri campus and a service economy of caterers, employee transport fleets, facility management firms and service apartments built around it. IT exporters need a fresh LUT under RFD-11 each financial year for zero-rated billing, while transport and canteen contractors wrestle with rate slabs and input credit restrictions on their services. Years of working in and around Siruseri have shown us where GST trouble actually begins here — supplier defaults, classification doubts and deadlines lost in busy trading weeks. Our GSTR-9C Reconciliation is built to close precisely those gaps, and the same team supports businesses in Navalur and Kelambakkam, each with one point of contact and a compliance calendar maintained on their behalf.
Not a bulk-filing portal. A senior consultant knows your file, your jurisdiction and your deadlines.
Send your query on call or WhatsApp and you hear back the same working day, usually within a few hours. When a due date is close or a notice has landed, waiting two days for a reply is simply not acceptable, and we know it.
Whenever the GST Council notifies a late-fee waiver or an amnesty window for pending returns or old demands, we check every client's history against it and act within the deadline. Relief that businesses in Siruseri would otherwise read about after it lapsed reaches our clients in time.
Your sales figures, supplier lists and login credentials are handled only by our engaged team, stored securely and never shared with any third party. Many of our clients in Siruseri compete with each other; complete confidentiality is a condition of our work.
Goods sent to job workers must move on delivery challans, return within the statutory period, and be reported in ITC-04. We track every outward and return leg for manufacturing clients in Siruseri, so inputs sent out for processing never quietly convert into a deemed supply carrying tax and interest.
New GSTIN applications, core field amendments through REG-14, additional places of business — we prepare complete, query-resistant applications the first time. Clean paperwork is the difference between smooth approval and weeks lost answering clarification memos from the department.
OTP failures, DSC errors, stuck submissions on due-date evenings — we deal with the GST portal daily and know the workarounds. When the site misbehaves on the 20th, our team keeps retrying and escalating so your return still goes through.
We collect audited financial statements, trial balance, filed returns and the ITC register, and confirm the GSTIN-wise turnover where the entity has multiple registrations.
Book turnover is adjusted for unbilled revenue, advances, credit notes and non-GST income to derive turnover as per GST, matching it against GSTR-9 declarations.
We reconcile rate-wise tax paid with the liability per financials, and map input tax credit claimed to expense heads in the books as GSTR-9C requires.
Each unreconciled amount is investigated, documented with reasons in the statement, and any genuine shortfall is quantified with interest for payment through DRC-03.
The final statement is walked through with you, self-certified, and filed on the portal along with GSTR-9 before 31 December, with working papers handed over.
Send these on WhatsApp (+91 - 9600 606 444) and we take it forward the same day.
Timeline: 7-10 working days; statutory due date 31 December · No hidden charges · GST invoice provided
Practical outcomes our clients measure us by.
Late-fee waivers and amnesty windows notified by the GST Council are applied to your history within their deadlines, capturing reliefs that most businesses only hear about once the window has already closed.
Excess balances parked in the electronic cash ledger are identified during regular ledger reviews and either utilised against upcoming liability or claimed back as a refund, instead of sitting interest-free with the government.
Getting IGST versus CGST and SGST right at the invoice stage spares you the painful cycle of paying the correct head again and pursuing a refund of the amount paid under the wrong one.
Your billing staff are guided on invoice fields, rates and series discipline, so mistakes are prevented where they originate — at the counter — instead of being repaired later in the returns.
You know your expected GST outflow days before the 20th, not on the night of filing. That advance visibility lets you plan payments, collections and bank balances instead of scrambling for funds at the deadline.
Statutory windows such as thirty days for an ASMT-11 reply are tracked from the day a notice arrives, so responses go in on time, complete, and with your best case properly presented.
| Aspect | With ChennaiGST | DIY / Unattended |
|---|---|---|
| Input tax credit | Purchase register matched against GSTR-2B each period, with defaulting suppliers chased so eligible credit is actually captured. | Credit claimed from books alone; mismatches with GSTR-2B mean lost credit or excess claims that invite departmental queries. |
| Risk of notices | GSTR-1, GSTR-3B and GSTR-2B reconciled before filing, removing the mismatches that trigger most scrutiny notices. | Inconsistent figures across returns quietly build a mismatch history that surfaces later as ASMT-10 scrutiny or a demand notice. |
| Late fees and interest | Filings go in ahead of statutory dates, so the Rs.50-per-day late fee and 18 percent interest never arise. | Late fees accumulate silently every delayed day, and interest on unpaid tax runs at 18 percent per annum. |
| Record keeping | Every return, challan, acknowledgement and working paper archived in an organised folder, retrievable in minutes years later. | Documents scattered across email, downloads and old phones; assembling records for a bank or an audit takes days. |
| Refund claims | RFD-01 filed with complete statements and annexures, tracked from ARN to bank credit, with any deficiency memo answered promptly. | Incomplete claims bounce back as deficiency memos while the refund sits unclaimed for months and working capital stays blocked. |
| Goods in transit | E-way bills generated correctly and matched to invoices, so consignments pass roadside inspections without detention or penalty. | A defective or missing e-way bill can mean detention at a checkpoint, with penalties that dwarf the tax on the consignment. |
A working knowledge of recent instruments and judgments is what separates a defensible filing from a risky one.
Nithiyashree Ladies Hostel - AAR Tamil Nadu, Advance Ruling No. 77/AAR/2023, dated 4 September 2023 · 2023-09-04
The applicant ran a ladies hostel in premises it had itself taken on rent and supplied accommodation together with food and related services. It sought exemption on the footing that this was renting of residential accommodation. The Authority held the supply classifiable under heading 9963 and taxable at 9 percent central tax and 9 percent State tax, treating hostel accommodation with attached services as a taxable service and not as renting of a residential dwelling for use as a residence.
What to do about it: Chennai hostel and paying guest operators should not assume exemption; the outcome turns on the exact facts and on later High Court rulings.
Notification No. 8/2021-Central Tax (Rate), dated 30 September 2021 · 2021-09-30
Acting on the 45th GST Council recommendation, the Government raised the rate on solar power based devices, solar generators, photovoltaic cells and modules, wind operated electricity generators, biogas plants and waste-to-energy devices from five per cent to twelve per cent with effect from 1 October 2021. Combined with the 70:30 deeming rule, this pushed up the delivered cost of rooftop and utility scale solar projects and prompted a wave of contract repricing and change-of-rate disputes under Section 14.
How we apply it: Projects straddling 1 October 2021 must fix the rate using the time-of-supply rules in Section 14, since invoice date, payment date and supply date can point to different rates.
GSTN Advisory dated 9 December 2024 — GSTR-9/9C for FY 2023-24 · 2024-12-09
For FY 2023-24 onwards, Table 8A of the annual return GSTR-9 is auto-populated from GSTR-2B instead of GSTR-2A, following Notification No. 12/2024 and 20/2024-Central Tax. GSTN's advisory explains scenario-wise how invoices of one year appearing in the next year's GSTR-2B should be reported, why differences between Table 8A and manually entered Table 8C can legitimately arise, and how to reconcile ITC across Tables 8, 12 and 13.
Practical effect: Prepare a GSTR-2B based ITC reconciliation before filing GSTR-9, and document genuine 8A versus 8C timing differences to answer later scrutiny.
