GSTR-1 & GSTR-3B Monthly Filing in Karapakkam does not have to mean portal errors, guesswork and due-date tension. For a fixed fee starting Rs.749, an accountable Chennai practice prepares, reconciles, reviews and files — and remains answerable long after the acknowledgement arrives.
We serve businesses on and around Indira Gandhi Main Road — document pickup, in-person consultation at our Porur office, or fully online over WhatsApp.

Karapakkam runs along Rajiv Gandhi Salai past the ELCOT SEZ, with IT and BPO units, facility-management and catering contractors, logistics operators, and hardware and fit-out firms clustered around Fourrts Avenue and the Riverview streets. SEZ-facing supplies demand endorsed invoices and correct zero-rating, while contractors face reverse charge on security and manpower services and frequent GSTR-2B mismatches on input credit. Against that backdrop, GSTR-1 & GSTR-3B Monthly Filing in Karapakkam demands more than data entry — it needs reconciliation before filing, correct classification and awareness of what local officers examine. Our Chennai team provides exactly that to clients in Karapakkam, Thoraipakkam and Sholinganallur, with same-day responses on working days and WhatsApp updates at every stage. Most routine engagements complete within one to two working days once documents are in hand.
Not a bulk-filing portal. A senior consultant knows your file, your jurisdiction and your deadlines.
Sellers on Amazon, Flipkart and other marketplaces face a three-way match between marketplace reports, GSTR-1 and the TCS the operator deposits against your GSTIN. We reconcile all three every period and accept the TCS credit, so sellers in Karapakkam never leave marketplace deductions unclaimed.
In the days before the 11th and the 20th, our team runs extended hours and a strict internal queue, so a client who sends data late in the window is still filed on time. Peak-season crush at our end never becomes a late fee at yours.
GSTR-1 by the 11th, GSTR-3B by the 20th, CMP-08 by the 18th after each quarter — we maintain a compliance calendar for every client and start chasing your data well before the due date, so late fees never enter the picture.
Every acknowledgement, challan, computation sheet and filed return is saved and shared with you in an organised folder. When a bank, buyer or GST officer asks for a document from two years ago, it reaches you the same day without any scrambling.
We tell you when the composition scheme stops making sense, when QRMP suits your cash flow, and when a supplier's non-compliance is quietly costing you credit. Filing is the minimum; helping you make better GST decisions is the actual job.
New GSTIN applications, core field amendments through REG-14, additional places of business — we prepare complete, query-resistant applications the first time. Clean paperwork is the difference between smooth approval and weeks lost answering clarification memos from the department.
At month end we remind you and collect sales invoices, purchase bills and credit notes in whatever format you maintain, including Excel, Tally exports or scanned copies.
We prepare invoice-wise outward supply details, validate GSTINs of your B2B customers, summarise B2C supplies and file GSTR-1 on the portal before the 11th.
We download your auto-drafted GSTR-2B, match it against purchase records, and claim only eligible input tax credit so that mismatches do not trigger scrutiny notices later.
We compute net tax payable after ITC set-off, share the working with you for approval, and generate the payment challan for any cash liability.
After your confirmation and tax payment, we file GSTR-3B before the 20th and send you both filed acknowledgements along with a one-page summary of the month.
Send these on WhatsApp (+91 - 9600 606 444) and we take it forward the same day.

Practical outcomes our clients measure us by.
Illness, travel or a family function no longer threatens a deadline. With a standing external process holding your calendar and data trail, filings proceed on schedule whether or not you are at your desk.
Complete RFD-01 applications with proper statements and annexures move through the system faster and attract fewer deficiency memos, which means export and inverted-duty refunds reach your bank account sooner.
Interest on delayed GST payment runs at 18 percent per annum, which is costlier than most working capital finance. Timely computation and payment through our calendar keeps that meter permanently at zero.
Your billing staff are guided on invoice fields, rates and series discipline, so mistakes are prevented where they originate — at the counter — instead of being repaired later in the returns.
Correct, complete tax invoices signal a well-run business to customers, vendors and banks alike, quietly strengthening your credibility in every transaction where your paperwork is seen.
Your scheme choice — regular, composition or QRMP — is re-examined as turnover and margins change, so you are always paying under the structure that legitimately costs your business the least.
| Aspect | With ChennaiGST | DIY / Unattended |
|---|---|---|
| Refund claims | RFD-01 filed with complete statements and annexures, tracked from ARN to bank credit, with any deficiency memo answered promptly. | Incomplete claims bounce back as deficiency memos while the refund sits unclaimed for months and working capital stays blocked. |
| Portal credentials and data | Logins handled by a small engaged team under strict confidentiality, with credentials stored securely and never passed onward. | Passwords circulating on chats with freelancers and part-timers, and no accountability for who has accessed your business data. |
| Registration and amendments | Query-resistant applications prepared correctly the first time, with supporting documents matched to what proper officers actually verify. | Repeated clarification memos and resubmissions, with weeks lost because a rent agreement or premises photograph did not meet expectations. |
| When a notice arrives | A professional drafts the reply in the department's format and files it within the statutory window, such as thirty days for ASMT-11. | You face departmental language alone, and a missed reply deadline can convert a simple query into a demand with penalty. |
| Supplier defaults | Suppliers who stop uploading invoices are identified within the period and pursued before their default becomes your blocked credit. | Missing supplier invoices surface only when credit is denied, by which time recovering the amount from the vendor is difficult. |
| Input tax credit | Purchase register matched against GSTR-2B each period, with defaulting suppliers chased so eligible credit is actually captured. | Credit claimed from books alone; mismatches with GSTR-2B mean lost credit or excess claims that invite departmental queries. |
Indira Gandhi Main Road is a residential street in Karapakkam, about 1.1 km south-east of the centre of Karapakkam. The same consultant covers the streets immediately around it — Velunayakkar Street (about 150 m); Nadu Street (about 150 m); Gangaiamman Koil Street (about 200 m); Vembuli Nayakkar Street (about 300 m) — so a site visit on Indira Gandhi Main Road can usually be combined with other work in Karapakkam on the same trip. For GST purposes an address on Indira Gandhi Main Road falls under the Chennai South CGST Commissionerate, and the Karapakkam pincode is 600097.

GSTN Advisory, January 2024 — introduction of Tables 14 and 15 in GSTR-1 and the Invoice Furnishing Facility · 2024-01
From the January 2024 tax period, GSTR-1 and the Invoice Furnishing Facility carry two additional tables. Table 14 is filed by the seller and splits supplies made through an e-commerce operator between those on which the operator collects tax at source under Section 52 and those on which the operator itself pays tax under Section 9(5). Table 15 is filed by the e-commerce operator for supplies on which it discharges the tax under Section 9(5).
Why this matters: Sellers on marketplaces must map each order to the correct table, because mismatches here drive notices on tax collected at source credit.
Notification No. 06/2023-Central Tax · 2023-03-31
Where an officer had passed a best-judgment assessment order under Section 62(1) on or before 28 February 2023 because a taxpayer failed to file returns, the order was deemed withdrawn if the taxpayer furnished the valid return by 30 June 2023 (extended to 31 August 2023) along with interest under Section 50 and late fee under Section 47. The relief applied even where the 30-day statutory period to file the return had lapsed and no appeal had been filed against the assessment order.
What to do about it: An ASMT-13 best-judgment order is not the end of the road; filing the actual return within any notified window can wipe out the estimated demand entirely.
Greenwood Owners Association v. Union of India — Madras High Court, 2021 · 2021-07-01
Resident welfare associations challenged the CBIC circular and AAR view that once monthly maintenance exceeds Rs 7,500 per member, GST applies on the entire amount. The Madras High Court held that the exemption operates up to Rs 7,500, and only the amount in excess of that threshold is taxable — the term 'up to' marks a clear slab. The circular's contrary interpretation was quashed as contrary to the exemption notification.
Practical effect: Chennai apartment associations collecting over Rs 7,500 per month per flat should charge GST only on the excess over Rs 7,500, relying on this jurisdictional ruling.
