Our consultants provide GST Notice Reply to businesses across Moolakadai starting at Rs.2,999. Every file is reconciled and senior-reviewed before submission, which is why our clients see far fewer departmental queries than they did while self-filing.
We serve businesses on and around Jambulli street — document pickup, in-person consultation at our Porur office, or fully online over WhatsApp.
Share your number — a senior GST consultant calls you back within 30 minutes.
Moolakadai Junction, where Erukkancheri High Road meets Madhavaram High Road and the Madhavaram - Red Hills Road under the Moolakadai flyover, is a wholesale and haulage node feeding the Madhavaram fruit market and the MTC terminus. Vegetable and fruit commission agents, lorry operators, tyre and spare shops and cement dealers here wrestle with exempt produce alongside taxable commission, reverse charge on freight and ITC apportionment. That commercial character shapes the GST questions we see from Moolakadai every week — registrations, monthly returns, credit mismatches and departmental queries. We deliver GST Notice Reply for businesses in Moolakadai, and clients also reach us from Madhavaram and Erukkanchery nearby. Documents move over WhatsApp, drafts are approved before filing, and a senior consultant reviews every submission, so distance from our office never dilutes the quality of the work.
Not a bulk-filing portal. A senior consultant knows your file, your jurisdiction and your deadlines.
E-invoicing is mandatory once turnover crosses Rs.5 crore and e-way bills apply to goods movements above Rs.50,000. We set up, train and troubleshoot both systems, so your despatches from Moolakadai are never held up by a compliance gap at the gate.
Traders, manufacturers, contractors, e-commerce sellers, professionals and service exporters — we have handled GST for all of them. Whatever mix of goods and services your Moolakadai business supplies, the rate, classification and place-of-supply questions have almost certainly crossed our desk before.
A new GSTIN comes with obligations nobody explains at approval — the invoice series rules, displaying the registration certificate and GSTIN at your premises, and the first return cycle. We walk new registrants in Moolakadai through each of these so month one starts correctly.
The annual return and, where turnover crosses Rs.5 crore, the self-certified reconciliation statement in GSTR-9C are prepared by the same team that filed your monthly returns. Nothing about your year has to be rediscovered or explained to a stranger in December.
Freight paid to transporters, advocate fees, imported services and other notified supplies attract GST under reverse charge, with self-invoicing where the supplier is unregistered. We maintain a running RCM check every period, because this is the liability self-filers most consistently miss.
Your cash ledger, credit ledger and liability register are reviewed regularly, not just at filing time. Excess balances are flagged for use or refund, and where a genuine slip surfaces, a voluntary payment through DRC-03 settles it before it can mature into a notice.
We read the notice line by line, identify the section invoked, the periods covered, the exact information sought and the deadline for response.
The figures alleged in the notice are reconciled against your filed returns, GSTR-2B and books, so the reply is grounded in verifiable numbers rather than assertions.
We draft a professional, point-wise reply addressing every allegation, attaching reconciliations, invoices and legal support, and share the draft with you for approval.
The approved reply is filed on the portal within the deadline. Where a small genuine liability exists, we advise payment through DRC-03 to limit interest and penalty.
We monitor the portal for the officer's response, attend to any further queries or hearing dates, and pursue the matter until a closure or order is received.
Send these on WhatsApp (+91 - 9600 606 444) and we take it forward the same day.
Timeline: Draft reply in 3-5 working days · No hidden charges · GST invoice provided
Practical outcomes our clients measure us by.
The hours you or your accountant spent wrestling with the portal, JSON errors and reconciliations every month return to sales, operations and customers, while trained hands manage the compliance in the background.
Rates, reverse charge, place of supply and blocked credits are applied correctly at the preparation stage, so you neither overpay tax you do not owe nor underpay and invite demands with penalty later.
Because monthly data is reconciled as it happens, GSTR-9 preparation before the 31 December due date becomes a review exercise rather than a painful reconstruction of twelve untidy months.
Getting IGST versus CGST and SGST right at the invoice stage spares you the painful cycle of paying the correct head again and pursuing a refund of the amount paid under the wrong one.
New branches, new product lines and interstate sales all carry GST consequences. With standing professional support, you expand knowing registrations, invoicing and returns will keep pace with the business.
Continuous filing protects you from the suspension and cancellation proceedings that hit chronic non-filers, so your registration, e-way bill access and ability to issue tax invoices are never suddenly cut off.
| Aspect | With ChennaiGST | DIY / Unattended |
|---|---|---|
| Input tax credit | Purchase register matched against GSTR-2B each period, with defaulting suppliers chased so eligible credit is actually captured. | Credit claimed from books alone; mismatches with GSTR-2B mean lost credit or excess claims that invite departmental queries. |
| Record keeping | Every return, challan, acknowledgement and working paper archived in an organised folder, retrievable in minutes years later. | Documents scattered across email, downloads and old phones; assembling records for a bank or an audit takes days. |
| Late fees and interest | Filings go in ahead of statutory dates, so the Rs.50-per-day late fee and 18 percent interest never arise. | Late fees accumulate silently every delayed day, and interest on unpaid tax runs at 18 percent per annum. |
| Annual return preparation | Monthly reconciliations roll naturally into GSTR-9, filed comfortably before 31 December with figures already agreed through the year. | Twelve months of unmatched data reconstructed in December, with differences discovered too late to be corrected cleanly. |
| Time cost | Roughly an hour a month to send data and approve drafts; the portal work, reconciliation and follow-up are ours. | Hours every month lost to portal errors, JSON files, OTP failures and reworking figures — usually on the due date itself. |
| Risk of notices | GSTR-1, GSTR-3B and GSTR-2B reconciled before filing, removing the mismatches that trigger most scrutiny notices. | Inconsistent figures across returns quietly build a mismatch history that surfaces later as ASMT-10 scrutiny or a demand notice. |
Jambulli street is a residential street in Moolakadai, about 450 m south-east of the centre of Moolakadai. The same consultant covers the streets immediately around it — Kamarajar Salai (about 100 m); Association Lane (about 100 m); 4th street (about 200 m); 2nd Street (about 300 m) — so a site visit on Jambulli street can usually be combined with other work in Moolakadai on the same trip. For GST purposes an address on Jambulli street falls under the Chennai North CGST Commissionerate, and the Moolakadai pincode is 600060.

Notification No. 11/2025-Central Tax · 2025-03-27
CBIC amended Rule 164 to resolve a practical roadblock in the Section 128A scheme. Where a single notice or order spans FY 2017-18 to 2019-20 as well as periods outside the scheme, the taxpayer may pay the tax attributable only to the covered period and need not withdraw the whole appeal, a new proviso permitting partial withdrawal limited to the covered period while the appeal continues for the balance. The amendment also confirms that no refund arises for tax, interest or penalty already discharged for the entire period.
Why this matters: A demand order mixing amnesty-eligible and other years no longer forces an all-or-nothing choice; the waiver can be taken for 2017-20 while litigating the rest.
Mineral Area Development Authority v. Steel Authority of India — Supreme Court, nine-judge Bench, (2024) 10 SCC 1, judgment dated 25-07-2024 · 2024-07-25
The Supreme Court held by majority that royalty payable under the mining law is a contractual consideration and not a tax. States retain legislative competence to impose taxes on mineral rights and on mineral-bearing land, and this power is not taken away by the central mining legislation. The Court overruled the contrary view taken in the earlier India Cement case, altering the fiscal position of mining and quarrying operations.
What it means for you: Chennai businesses in mining, quarrying or aggregates should factor State levies on mineral rights into costing alongside GST on the supply.
GSTAT E-Filing Portal advisories, portal operational from 24 September 2025 · 2025-09-24
The GST Appellate Tribunal's e-filing portal at efiling.gstat.gov.in became operational on 24 September 2025, finally giving taxpayers a forum for second appeals against orders of appellate and revisional authorities. Filing of appeals is mandatorily electronic, and advisories prescribe a phased, staggered schedule so that the backlog does not congest the system, with backlog appeals against pre-existing orders permitted to be filed up to 30 June 2026.
What to do about it: List every unfavourable appellate order your business holds and calendar the GSTAT filing windows now, since the backlog window closes on 30 June 2026 and missed tribunal deadlines forfeit the appeal remedy.

Upload the PDF to our free GST Notice Analyser. It identifies which of 34 notice types you have, pulls out the DIN, GSTIN and tax period, reads the reply date printed on the notice and tells you plainly whether that date has already passed — along with the documents and reconciliations you will need. No payment, no account. If the notice does not state a date we can read, it says so rather than guessing one for you.

The analyser reports what your notice says and the statutory position for that form. It is not a substitute for a consultant reading your actual records, and a reply should be reviewed before you file it.
