Nanmangalam, ringed by the Nanmangalam Reserve Forest and its worked-out quarries, hosts blue-metal crushers, M-sand and ready-mix depots, lorry fleets and building-material yards along Dr. Ambedkar Main Road, Vadakkupattu Road and S.I.V.E.T. College Road towards Medavakkam Koot Road. Reverse charge on mining royalty and seigniorage, and e-way bills for short-haul aggregate lorries, are the recurring disputes here. When businesses of this kind evaluate GST Notice Reply, the real question is not price alone but who answers when something goes wrong. We serve Nanmangalam, Kovilambakkam and Medavakkam on a standing commitment: responses within the same working day, senior scrutiny before every submission, and continued support if the department ever writes back on work carrying our preparation.
Not a bulk-filing portal. A senior consultant knows your file, your jurisdiction and your deadlines.
If your GSTR-1 and GSTR-3B start drifting apart, if a large supplier stops filing, or if your turnover approaches the e-invoice threshold, we flag it to you immediately. Early warnings from our side are cheaper than departmental letters later.
GST is confusing enough without a language barrier. Our team explains notices, tax positions and filing requirements in plain Tamil or English, whichever you and your staff in Nanmangalam are comfortable with, and keeps written communication simple and jargon-free.
E-invoicing is mandatory once turnover crosses Rs.5 crore and e-way bills apply to goods movements above Rs.50,000. We set up, train and troubleshoot both systems, so your despatches from Nanmangalam are never held up by a compliance gap at the gate.
Sellers on Amazon, Flipkart and other marketplaces face a three-way match between marketplace reports, GSTR-1 and the TCS the operator deposits against your GSTIN. We reconcile all three every period and accept the TCS credit, so sellers in Nanmangalam never leave marketplace deductions unclaimed.
We work with Chennai GST ranges and circles every week, including the jurisdiction covering Nanmangalam. We know how local proper officers examine registrations, what supporting documents they routinely call for, and how to present a file so it moves without repeated queries.
Your sales figures, supplier lists and login credentials are handled only by our engaged team, stored securely and never shared with any third party. Many of our clients in Nanmangalam compete with each other; complete confidentiality is a condition of our work.
We read the notice line by line, identify the section invoked, the periods covered, the exact information sought and the deadline for response.
The figures alleged in the notice are reconciled against your filed returns, GSTR-2B and books, so the reply is grounded in verifiable numbers rather than assertions.
We draft a professional, point-wise reply addressing every allegation, attaching reconciliations, invoices and legal support, and share the draft with you for approval.
The approved reply is filed on the portal within the deadline. Where a small genuine liability exists, we advise payment through DRC-03 to limit interest and penalty.
We monitor the portal for the officer's response, attend to any further queries or hearing dates, and pursue the matter until a closure or order is received.
Send these on WhatsApp (+91 - 9600 606 444) and we take it forward the same day.
Timeline: Draft reply in 3-5 working days · No hidden charges · GST invoice provided
Practical outcomes our clients measure us by.
Funding rounds, partnerships and business sales all begin with a compliance check. A clean, documented GST history lets you clear that scrutiny quickly instead of watching a deal stall over old filing gaps.
Loan applications and government tenders routinely demand GST returns and registration documents. With everything filed and archived properly, you can produce a complete compliance file within hours instead of days.
A fixed professional fee is almost always cheaper than the combination of late fees, interest, lost credit and staff hours that informal, last-minute compliance quietly accumulates over a year.
Interest on delayed GST payment runs at 18 percent per annum, which is costlier than most working capital finance. Timely computation and payment through our calendar keeps that meter permanently at zero.
We spot suppliers who stop uploading invoices or filing returns and alert you before their default becomes your blocked credit, letting you recover amounts or switch vendors while the exposure is still small.
Rates, reverse charge, place of supply and blocked credits are applied correctly at the preparation stage, so you neither overpay tax you do not owe nor underpay and invite demands with penalty later.
| Aspect | With ChennaiGST | DIY / Unattended |
|---|---|---|
| Input tax credit | Purchase register matched against GSTR-2B each period, with defaulting suppliers chased so eligible credit is actually captured. | Credit claimed from books alone; mismatches with GSTR-2B mean lost credit or excess claims that invite departmental queries. |
| Refund claims | RFD-01 filed with complete statements and annexures, tracked from ARN to bank credit, with any deficiency memo answered promptly. | Incomplete claims bounce back as deficiency memos while the refund sits unclaimed for months and working capital stays blocked. |
| Time cost | Roughly an hour a month to send data and approve drafts; the portal work, reconciliation and follow-up are ours. | Hours every month lost to portal errors, JSON files, OTP failures and reworking figures — usually on the due date itself. |
| Registration and amendments | Query-resistant applications prepared correctly the first time, with supporting documents matched to what proper officers actually verify. | Repeated clarification memos and resubmissions, with weeks lost because a rent agreement or premises photograph did not meet expectations. |
| Goods in transit | E-way bills generated correctly and matched to invoices, so consignments pass roadside inspections without detention or penalty. | A defective or missing e-way bill can mean detention at a checkpoint, with penalties that dwarf the tax on the consignment. |
| Late fees and interest | Filings go in ahead of statutory dates, so the Rs.50-per-day late fee and 18 percent interest never arise. | Late fees accumulate silently every delayed day, and interest on unpaid tax runs at 18 percent per annum. |

Shree Dipesh Anilkumar Naik — AAR Gujarat, Advance Ruling No. GUJ/GAAR/R/2020/11, dated 19 May 2020; position subsequently clarified by CBIC Circular No. 177/09/2022-TRU, dated 3 August 2022 · 2020-05-19
A landowner obtained approval to develop agricultural land into residential plots and proposed to sell the plots after laying roads, drainage, water lines and other common facilities required by the plan sanction. The Gujarat Authority for Advance Ruling held that the sale price includes the value of development works, so the transaction is a taxable supply of construction service and not a bare sale of land. CBIC later clarified that sale of land after levelling, laying drainage lines and similar works is still sale of land under Schedule III and outside GST.
Practical effect: Plot developers should read the 2022 CBIC clarification alongside older adverse rulings before conceding GST on plot sales or on development charges.
Circular No. 195/07/2023-GST · 2023-07-17
CBIC clarified that where a manufacturer replaces parts or provides repair services free of cost during the warranty period, no further GST is payable because the value of the warranty was already included in the price of the original supply on which tax was paid. Consequently the manufacturer need not reverse input tax credit on such replacement parts. Where a distributor replaces parts from his own stock and is reimbursed through a credit note, the position was explained separately.
Why this matters: Manufacturers and dealers should not pay GST again on warranty replacements, and should resist ITC reversal demands raised on free-of-cost warranty issues.
Notification No. 1/2025-Central Tax (Rate), dated 16 January 2025 · 2025-01-16
Following the 55th GST Council meeting, fortified rice kernel classifiable under heading 1904 was placed at five per cent irrespective of end use, removing the earlier distinction based on whether it was supplied for public distribution. The same notification recast the definition of pre-packaged and labelled so that it clearly covers commodities intended for retail sale in packs of not more than twenty-five kilograms or twenty-five litres that must bear declarations under the Legal Metrology Act, 2009.
Practical effect: Rice millers and food processors supplying fortified rice kernel charge five per cent from 16 January 2025 whoever the buyer is.

Upload the PDF to our free GST Notice Analyser. It identifies which of 34 notice types you have, pulls out the DIN, GSTIN and tax period, reads the reply date printed on the notice and tells you plainly whether that date has already passed — along with the documents and reconciliations you will need. No payment, no account. If the notice does not state a date we can read, it says so rather than guessing one for you.
