Late fees, blocked credit and mismatch notices cost far more than professional help ever will. We complete Nil GST Return for Perambur businesses from Rs.299, matching every figure against portal data before anything reaches the department.
Share your number — a senior GST consultant calls you back within 30 minutes.
Finding dependable Nil GST Return in Perambur usually means choosing between a distant online portal and an overloaded local accountant. Perambur grew around the Integral Coach Factory and the railway workshops, and today Perambur High Road and Paper Mills Road carry a thick strip of textile showrooms, jewellers, restaurants and auto ancillary units. Vendors supplying ICF and other rail establishments face 2 per cent GST TDS on contracts, so accepting TDS credits from GSTR-7 filings and tender-linked billing are routine compliance work. We offer a third option: a professional Chennai GST practice that treats Perambur, Kolathur and Villivakkam as home ground, responds the same working day, files ahead of deadlines, and stands behind its work if a notice ever arrives on a return we prepared.
Not a bulk-filing portal. A senior consultant knows your file, your jurisdiction and your deadlines.
Businesses with registrations in more than one State, or multiple branches under one PAN, face cross-charge, stock transfer and input service distribution questions that single-GSTIN firms never see. We keep all your registrations consistent with each other, not just compliant individually.
Sellers on Amazon, Flipkart and other marketplaces face a three-way match between marketplace reports, GSTR-1 and the TCS the operator deposits against your GSTIN. We reconcile all three every period and accept the TCS credit, so sellers in Perambur never leave marketplace deductions unclaimed.
We are a Chennai firm with a physical office, not a faceless portal. If you prefer to sit across a table with your papers, you are welcome. Clients from Perambur regularly visit us for registrations, notice discussions and annual return reviews.
If your GSTR-1 and GSTR-3B start drifting apart, if a large supplier stops filing, or if your turnover approaches the e-invoice threshold, we flag it to you immediately. Early warnings from our side are cheaper than departmental letters later.
Tally, Zoho Books, Busy, marketplace reports, plain Excel or even a handwritten bill book — we take your data in whatever form your Perambur business already maintains it. You are never forced to buy new software or retrain staff just to become our client.
In the days before the 11th and the 20th, our team runs extended hours and a strict internal queue, so a client who sends data late in the window is still filed on time. Peak-season crush at our end never becomes a late fee at yours.
Before each due date we message you to confirm there were no sales, no purchases and no reverse charge expenses during the tax period.
We log in to the GST portal, check GSTR-2B for any auto-populated credits and verify no supplier has reported invoices against your GSTIN that need attention.
We file nil GSTR-1 before the 11th of the month, or through the quarterly cycle if you are under QRMP, and capture the acknowledgement reference.
We file nil GSTR-3B before the 20th, using portal or SMS-based nil filing as appropriate, ensuring no period is ever left pending on your account.
Both filed acknowledgements are sent to you on WhatsApp and email the same day, along with confirmation that your compliance status shows no pending returns.
Send these on WhatsApp (+91 - 9600 606 444) and we take it forward the same day.
Timeline: Filed within 1 working day of confirmation · No hidden charges · GST invoice provided
Rs.2,999/year
Practical outcomes our clients measure us by.
Your billing staff are guided on invoice fields, rates and series discipline, so mistakes are prevented where they originate — at the counter — instead of being repaired later in the returns.
The hours you or your accountant spent wrestling with the portal, JSON errors and reconciliations every month return to sales, operations and customers, while trained hands manage the compliance in the background.
The 11th and the 20th stop being days of dread. You approve a prepared draft, we file, and the acknowledgement lands on your WhatsApp — month after month, without drama.
Large buyers check vendor GST compliance before releasing payments and renewing contracts. A clean filing record with timely GSTR-1 uploads keeps your invoices reflecting in their GSTR-2B and your payments unblocked.
Rates, reverse charge, place of supply and blocked credits are applied correctly at the preparation stage, so you neither overpay tax you do not owe nor underpay and invite demands with penalty later.
New branches, new product lines and interstate sales all carry GST consequences. With standing professional support, you expand knowing registrations, invoicing and returns will keep pace with the business.
| Aspect | With ChennaiGST | DIY / Unattended |
|---|---|---|
| Refund claims | RFD-01 filed with complete statements and annexures, tracked from ARN to bank credit, with any deficiency memo answered promptly. | Incomplete claims bounce back as deficiency memos while the refund sits unclaimed for months and working capital stays blocked. |
| Record keeping | Every return, challan, acknowledgement and working paper archived in an organised folder, retrievable in minutes years later. | Documents scattered across email, downloads and old phones; assembling records for a bank or an audit takes days. |
| Goods in transit | E-way bills generated correctly and matched to invoices, so consignments pass roadside inspections without detention or penalty. | A defective or missing e-way bill can mean detention at a checkpoint, with penalties that dwarf the tax on the consignment. |
| Due-date tracking | A maintained compliance calendar with internal cut-offs days before the 11th and the 20th; we chase you for data, not the other way around. | Deadlines remembered from memory or phone alarms; one busy week and the return slips past the due date. |
| Annual return preparation | Monthly reconciliations roll naturally into GSTR-9, filed comfortably before 31 December with figures already agreed through the year. | Twelve months of unmatched data reconstructed in December, with differences discovered too late to be corrected cleanly. |
| Late fees and interest | Filings go in ahead of statutory dates, so the Rs.50-per-day late fee and 18 percent interest never arise. | Late fees accumulate silently every delayed day, and interest on unpaid tax runs at 18 percent per annum. |

Mineral Area Development Authority v. Steel Authority of India — Supreme Court, nine-judge Bench, (2024) 10 SCC 1, judgment dated 25-07-2024 · 2024-07-25
The Supreme Court held by majority that royalty payable under the mining law is a contractual consideration and not a tax. States retain legislative competence to impose taxes on mineral rights and on mineral-bearing land, and this power is not taken away by the central mining legislation. The Court overruled the contrary view taken in the earlier India Cement case, altering the fiscal position of mining and quarrying operations.
Why this matters: Chennai businesses in mining, quarrying or aggregates should factor State levies on mineral rights into costing alongside GST on the supply.
Circular No. 200/12/2023-GST, dated 1 August 2023 · 2023-08-01
Giving effect to the 50th GST Council decisions, CBIC clarified that un-fried and uncooked snack pellets manufactured by extrusion are classifiable under tariff item 1905 90 30 and attract five per cent with effect from 27 July 2023, and that fish soluble paste moved from eighteen to five per cent from the same date. Imitation zari thread or yarn made from metallised polyester or plastic film was placed at five per cent, and past periods were regularised on an as-is basis.
How we apply it: Snack and zari manufacturers in and around Chennai got both a lower rate and protection for past periods, so old demands on these items should be contested with this circular.
17th GST Council Meeting, New Delhi — 18 June 2017 (PIB Release ID 1493128) · 2017-06-18
Responding to trade concerns about return readiness, the Council decided that for the first two months of GST, tax would be payable on a simple summary return, Form GSTR-3B, filed by the 20th of the following month. Invoice-wise details in GSTR-1 for July 2017 were to be filed between 1 and 5 September and for August between 16 and 20 September, with GSTR-2 auto-populated thereafter. This is the origin of the summary return that has governed monthly GST compliance ever since.
What it means for you: GSTR-3B was designed as a two-month stopgap and is still the return every Chennai business files monthly, which is why its legal status has been litigated repeatedly.
