Trusted QRMP Quarterly Filing support for Thiruvanmiyur, priced from Rs.1,499 with no hidden additions. Send documents from your phone, approve the prepared draft, and we handle the portal — including the difficult due-date evenings when it slows down.
Share your number — a senior GST consultant calls you back within 30 minutes.
Every locality in Chennai has its own commercial rhythm, and Thiruvanmiyur is no exception. Thiruvanmiyur sits at the gateway of the OMR IT corridor where East Coast Road meets Rajiv Gandhi Salai, mixing IT offices near Tidel Park with showrooms and supermarkets on Lattice Bridge Road. Independent developers and design consultants exporting services need LUT filing and zero-rated invoicing, and many who cross Rs.20 lakh in receipts delay registration until refund eligibility is already lost. Our practice has shaped its QRMP Quarterly Filing work around exactly these realities, serving clients in Thiruvanmiyur as well as Besant Nagar and Adyar. Registrations, returns, refunds and notice replies are handled by one accountable team, with fees fixed in writing before work begins and every filing reconciled against portal data before it is submitted.
Not a bulk-filing portal. A senior consultant knows your file, your jurisdiction and your deadlines.
Freight paid to transporters, advocate fees, imported services and other notified supplies attract GST under reverse charge, with self-invoicing where the supplier is unregistered. We maintain a running RCM check every period, because this is the liability self-filers most consistently miss.
Goods sent to job workers must move on delivery challans, return within the statutory period, and be reported in ITC-04. We track every outward and return leg for manufacturing clients in Thiruvanmiyur, so inputs sent out for processing never quietly convert into a deemed supply carrying tax and interest.
GSTR-3B late fees run at Rs.50 per day and interest at 18 percent per annum on unpaid tax. Our internal cut-offs sit days ahead of statutory due dates precisely so that our clients never hand the department a rupee they did not owe.
We work with Chennai GST ranges and circles every week, including the jurisdiction covering Thiruvanmiyur. We know how local proper officers examine registrations, what supporting documents they routinely call for, and how to present a file so it moves without repeated queries.
Winding up attracts its own GST obligations — the cancellation application, reversal of credit on closing stock, and the final return in GSTR-10 within three months. We close registrations properly so a business you shut in Thiruvanmiyur never writes back to you as a demand years later.
Every new client receives a review of their recent returns before we file anything — unclaimed credit, GSTR-1 versus GSTR-3B drift, and exposures worth correcting quietly. Businesses in Thiruvanmiyur often discover in this first review exactly why their previous arrangement was costing them money.
We confirm your eligibility under the Rs.5 crore limit, compare QRMP against monthly filing for your business, and select or continue the scheme on the portal.
In the first two months of the quarter we upload your B2B invoices through the Invoice Furnishing Facility by the 13th, so customers see credit in their GSTR-2B promptly.
We compute tax for each of the first two months under the fixed sum or self-assessment method and generate the PMT-06 challan for payment by the 25th.
After the quarter ends we consolidate all three months of sales and purchases, reconcile input tax credit with GSTR-2B, and prepare GSTR-1 and GSTR-3B.
With your confirmation we file quarterly GSTR-1 by the 13th and GSTR-3B by the 22nd, then share acknowledgements and a quarterly tax summary for your records.
Send these on WhatsApp (+91 - 9600 606 444) and we take it forward the same day.
Timeline: IFF by the 13th, GSTR-3B by the 22nd after each quarter · No hidden charges · GST invoice provided
Rs.4,999/year
Practical outcomes our clients measure us by.
Correct, complete tax invoices signal a well-run business to customers, vendors and banks alike, quietly strengthening your credibility in every transaction where your paperwork is seen.
The 11th and the 20th stop being days of dread. You approve a prepared draft, we file, and the acknowledgement lands on your WhatsApp — month after month, without drama.
Continuous filing protects you from the suspension and cancellation proceedings that hit chronic non-filers, so your registration, e-way bill access and ability to issue tax invoices are never suddenly cut off.
Interest on delayed GST payment runs at 18 percent per annum, which is costlier than most working capital finance. Timely computation and payment through our calendar keeps that meter permanently at zero.
Sales returns, discounts and price revisions are adjusted through properly reported credit notes within the statutory window, so you never keep paying tax on turnover you have already reversed.
With returns filed ahead of the statutory due dates every period, the Rs.50-per-day GSTR-3B late fee simply stops appearing in your life, and the money stays in your business where it belongs.
| Aspect | With ChennaiGST | DIY / Unattended |
|---|---|---|
| Portal credentials and data | Logins handled by a small engaged team under strict confidentiality, with credentials stored securely and never passed onward. | Passwords circulating on chats with freelancers and part-timers, and no accountability for who has accessed your business data. |
| Keeping up with changes | Rate changes, portal updates and new thresholds such as the Rs.5 crore e-invoice limit are tracked by us and applied to your case proactively. | Changes are discovered after the fact — often through a rejected filing, a blocked e-way bill or a departmental letter. |
| Time cost | Roughly an hour a month to send data and approve drafts; the portal work, reconciliation and follow-up are ours. | Hours every month lost to portal errors, JSON files, OTP failures and reworking figures — usually on the due date itself. |
| Risk of notices | GSTR-1, GSTR-3B and GSTR-2B reconciled before filing, removing the mismatches that trigger most scrutiny notices. | Inconsistent figures across returns quietly build a mismatch history that surfaces later as ASMT-10 scrutiny or a demand notice. |
| Record keeping | Every return, challan, acknowledgement and working paper archived in an organised folder, retrievable in minutes years later. | Documents scattered across email, downloads and old phones; assembling records for a bank or an audit takes days. |
| Late fees and interest | Filings go in ahead of statutory dates, so the Rs.50-per-day late fee and 18 percent interest never arise. | Late fees accumulate silently every delayed day, and interest on unpaid tax runs at 18 percent per annum. |
A working knowledge of recent instruments and judgments is what separates a defensible filing from a risky one.
GSTN Advisory, January 2025 — non-generation of GSTR-2B for the first two months of a quarter under the QRMP scheme · 2025-01
GSTN clarified that for taxpayers under the Quarterly Return Monthly Payment scheme, GSTR-2B is generated only for the last month of each quarter, and inward supplies of all three months appear in that single quarterly statement. GSTN also explained that GSTR-2B is not generated for a period where the previous period's GSTR-3B remains unfiled, and that the statement becomes available once the pending return is filed.
How we apply it: QRMP businesses should plan input tax credit reconciliation quarterly and clear any pending GSTR-3B, since an unfiled return stops the next GSTR-2B from being generated.
Circular No. 179/11/2022-GST, dated 3 August 2022 · 2022-08-03
Implementing the 47th GST Council recommendations, CBIC clarified that an electrically operated vehicle attracts the concessional five per cent rate whether or not it is fitted with a battery pack at the time of supply, ending a dispute that had hurt manufacturers using battery-swapping models. The circular also addressed the classification of fly ash bricks and blocks, by-products of milling of pulses and dal such as chilka and khanda, treated sewage water, and nicotine polacrilex gum.
Practical effect: Electric vehicle sellers should not be forced into eighteen per cent merely because the battery is billed or leased separately, and this circular is the answer to such a notice.
Navbharat Imports - AAR Tamil Nadu, Advance Ruling No. 35/AAR/2021, dated 30 September 2021 · 2021-09-30
The importer sold a range of children's toys, some containing electronic circuits and some working purely mechanically. It asked for the correct rate on each. The Authority held that toys containing electronic components attract 18 percent under the residual entry for electronic toys, irrespective of how those components are used, so children's scooters and smart tricycles with lights and music are taxed at 18 percent, while toys that work without electronics remain at 12 percent.
What to do about it: Chennai toy traders must classify item by item, because a single electronic component moves a product from 12 to 18 percent.
