Our consultants provide GST Notice Reply to businesses across Royapuram starting at Rs.2,999. Every file is reconciled and senior-reviewed before submission, which is why our clients see far fewer departmental queries than they did while self-filing.
We serve businesses on and around ADAM STREET — document pickup, in-person consultation at our Porur office, or fully online over WhatsApp.
Share your number — a senior GST consultant calls you back within 30 minutes.
If you operate in Royapuram, GST deadlines arrive with the same force as anywhere in Chennai — GSTR-1 by the 11th, GSTR-3B by the 20th. Royapuram lives off the sea and the port: the Kasimedu fishing harbour drives seafood traders, processors and exporters, while Cochrane Basin Road and Thiruvottiyur High Road host logistics yards, cold storages and marine hardware suppliers. Seafood exporters here must keep the LUT under RFD-11 renewed every financial year and chase RFD-01 refunds within the two-year window, which is the area's biggest GST task. We provide GST Notice Reply to businesses across Royapuram and the adjoining Tondiarpet and Old Washermanpet localities, maintaining a compliance calendar for every client so due dates are met without last-minute panic, late fees or interest at 18 percent per annum.
Not a bulk-filing portal. A senior consultant knows your file, your jurisdiction and your deadlines.
Send your query on call or WhatsApp and you hear back the same working day, usually within a few hours. When a due date is close or a notice has landed, waiting two days for a reply is simply not acceptable, and we know it.
We tell you when the composition scheme stops making sense, when QRMP suits your cash flow, and when a supplier's non-compliance is quietly costing you credit. Filing is the minimum; helping you make better GST decisions is the actual job.
GSTR-1 requires four-digit HSN reporting for turnover up to Rs.5 crore and six digits above it, and a wrong code often means a wrong rate. We verify the classification of what you actually supply, so your invoices and returns rest on defensible codes.
The annual return and, where turnover crosses Rs.5 crore, the self-certified reconciliation statement in GSTR-9C are prepared by the same team that filed your monthly returns. Nothing about your year has to be rediscovered or explained to a stranger in December.
Quarterly filing still demands monthly attention — IFF uploads so your buyers see their credit on time, and tax payment through PMT-06 by the 25th for the first two months of each quarter. We run that monthly rhythm so QRMP saves you effort without creating gaps.
Your sales figures, supplier lists and login credentials are handled only by our engaged team, stored securely and never shared with any third party. Many of our clients in Royapuram compete with each other; complete confidentiality is a condition of our work.
We read the notice line by line, identify the section invoked, the periods covered, the exact information sought and the deadline for response.
The figures alleged in the notice are reconciled against your filed returns, GSTR-2B and books, so the reply is grounded in verifiable numbers rather than assertions.
We draft a professional, point-wise reply addressing every allegation, attaching reconciliations, invoices and legal support, and share the draft with you for approval.
The approved reply is filed on the portal within the deadline. Where a small genuine liability exists, we advise payment through DRC-03 to limit interest and penalty.
We monitor the portal for the officer's response, attend to any further queries or hearing dates, and pursue the matter until a closure or order is received.
Send these on WhatsApp (+91 - 9600 606 444) and we take it forward the same day.
Timeline: Draft reply in 3-5 working days · No hidden charges · GST invoice provided
Practical outcomes our clients measure us by.
New branches, new product lines and interstate sales all carry GST consequences. With standing professional support, you expand knowing registrations, invoicing and returns will keep pace with the business.
Tax positions, rate choices and credit calls are documented as they are made, so if a question arises years later, the reasoning and evidence are on file rather than in someone's fading memory.
Amounts deducted by government buyers as GST TDS and by marketplaces as TCS are accepted on the portal each period, so money withheld against your GSTIN actually reaches your cash ledger instead of lying unclaimed.
Systematic GSTR-2B matching and supplier follow-up mean input tax credit that was leaking away under self-filing is captured each month, directly reducing the cash you pay out with every GSTR-3B.
Loan applications and government tenders routinely demand GST returns and registration documents. With everything filed and archived properly, you can produce a complete compliance file within hours instead of days.
Excess balances parked in the electronic cash ledger are identified during regular ledger reviews and either utilised against upcoming liability or claimed back as a refund, instead of sitting interest-free with the government.
| Aspect | With ChennaiGST | DIY / Unattended |
|---|---|---|
| Refund claims | RFD-01 filed with complete statements and annexures, tracked from ARN to bank credit, with any deficiency memo answered promptly. | Incomplete claims bounce back as deficiency memos while the refund sits unclaimed for months and working capital stays blocked. |
| Time cost | Roughly an hour a month to send data and approve drafts; the portal work, reconciliation and follow-up are ours. | Hours every month lost to portal errors, JSON files, OTP failures and reworking figures — usually on the due date itself. |
| Goods in transit | E-way bills generated correctly and matched to invoices, so consignments pass roadside inspections without detention or penalty. | A defective or missing e-way bill can mean detention at a checkpoint, with penalties that dwarf the tax on the consignment. |
| Registration and amendments | Query-resistant applications prepared correctly the first time, with supporting documents matched to what proper officers actually verify. | Repeated clarification memos and resubmissions, with weeks lost because a rent agreement or premises photograph did not meet expectations. |
| Input tax credit | Purchase register matched against GSTR-2B each period, with defaulting suppliers chased so eligible credit is actually captured. | Credit claimed from books alone; mismatches with GSTR-2B mean lost credit or excess claims that invite departmental queries. |
| Supplier defaults | Suppliers who stop uploading invoices are identified within the period and pursued before their default becomes your blocked credit. | Missing supplier invoices surface only when credit is denied, by which time recovering the amount from the vendor is difficult. |
ADAM STREET is a residential street in Royapuram, about 250 m west of the centre of Royapuram. The same consultant covers the streets immediately around it — Venkatadri Street (about 150 m); West Kalmandapam Road (about 250 m); Patha Vigneswarar Koil Street (about 250 m); East Kalmandapam Road (about 250 m) — so a site visit on ADAM STREET can usually be combined with other work in Royapuram on the same trip. For GST purposes an address on ADAM STREET falls under the Chennai North CGST Commissionerate, and the Royapuram pincode is 600013.
Road classification and position from OpenStreetMap; distances are straight-line and approximate. Jurisdiction must be confirmed on your own registration certificate.
We track every notification, circular and judgment that changes a filing position, so your returns and replies reflect the current law.
50th GST Council Meeting, New Delhi — 11 July 2023 · 2023-07-11
The 50th GST Council meeting decided that online gaming, casinos and horse racing would be taxed at 28 per cent on the full face value of bets or chips purchased, without distinguishing games of skill from games of chance. The Council recommended amending the GST laws to include online gaming and horse racing as taxable actionable claims. The decision reshaped the economics of the online real-money gaming industry and triggered large retrospective demand notices on gaming companies.
How we apply it: Any Chennai business operating or facilitating real-money games must register, charge 28 per cent on deposits and expect close departmental scrutiny of past periods.
GSTN Advisory, January 2025 — filing of waiver applications under Section 128A · 2025-01
GSTN enabled Forms SPL-01 and SPL-02 on the portal from the first week of January 2025 for the Section 128A waiver scheme, under which taxpayers with Section 73 demands for FY 2017-18 to 2019-20 could get interest and penalty waived by paying the tax in full by 31 March 2025. Advisories explained eligibility, the need to withdraw pending appeals first, and the application deadline of 30 June 2025, with a further June 2025 advisory addressing technical glitches faced while submitting applications.
Practical effect: If you settled 2017-20 demands under the amnesty, preserve the SPL filings and payment proofs; if you missed it, factor full interest into dispute strategy.
Circular No. 238/32/2024-GST · 2024-10-15
CBIC issued comprehensive FAQs on the Section 128A scheme covering FY 2017-18 to 2019-20 Section 73 demands. Key points: the waiver covers interest and penalty but not the tax itself, payment must generally be made through Form DRC-03 or against the demand order by 31 March 2025, pending appeals or writ petitions must be withdrawn, the waiver does not extend to erroneous refund demands or amounts already paid as interest or penalty, and partial-period demands need careful bifurcation.
How we apply it: Before applying under the amnesty, withdraw related appeals and pay the full disputed tax for the covered years, as any shortfall forfeits the entire waiver.

Upload the PDF to our free GST Notice Analyser. It identifies which of 34 notice types you have, pulls out the DIN, GSTIN and tax period, reads the reply date printed on the notice and tells you plainly whether that date has already passed — along with the documents and reconciliations you will need. No payment, no account. If the notice does not state a date we can read, it says so rather than guessing one for you.

The analyser reports what your notice says and the statutory position for that form. It is not a substitute for a consultant reading your actual records, and a reply should be reviewed before you file it.
