Most of it happens without you leaving your shop counter. Share your documents on WhatsApp, approve the prepared draft, and your GST Refund RFD-01 is completed on the portal from Rs.4,999 — by a Chennai team that businesses across Tambaram have relied on for years.
We serve businesses on and around Darkas Road (Kishkinta Road) — document pickup, in-person consultation at our Porur office, or fully online over WhatsApp.
Share your number — a senior GST consultant calls you back within 30 minutes.
Tambaram is the southern suburbs' trading hub: wholesale and retail clusters around Duraisamy Reddy Street and Gandhi Road in West Tambaram, MEPZ-SEZ exporters at Tambaram Sanatorium and institutions like Madras Christian College. Suppliers to MEPZ units must execute zero-rated supplies under LUT with proper endorsements, and wholesalers carry chronic ITC mismatch exposure from multi-supplier purchases. Years of working in and around Tambaram have shown us where GST trouble actually begins here — supplier defaults, classification doubts and deadlines lost in busy trading weeks. Our GST Refund RFD-01 is built to close precisely those gaps, and the same team supports businesses in Chromepet and Selaiyur, each with one point of contact and a compliance calendar maintained on their behalf.
Not a bulk-filing portal. A senior consultant knows your file, your jurisdiction and your deadlines.
In the days before the 11th and the 20th, our team runs extended hours and a strict internal queue, so a client who sends data late in the window is still filed on time. Peak-season crush at our end never becomes a late fee at yours.
Traders, manufacturers, contractors, e-commerce sellers, professionals and service exporters — we have handled GST for all of them. Whatever mix of goods and services your Tambaram business supplies, the rate, classification and place-of-supply questions have almost certainly crossed our desk before.
You deal with one accountable person who knows your business, your turnover pattern and your filing history. No repeating your story to a new voice every month, and no file falling between two desks when a deadline is approaching.
GSTR-1 by the 11th, GSTR-3B by the 20th, CMP-08 by the 18th after each quarter — we maintain a compliance calendar for every client and start chasing your data well before the due date, so late fees never enter the picture.
Your work is executed by trained GST staff working under direct senior supervision, not passed to interns learning on your file. The person preparing your return understands reverse charge, blocked credits and place of supply, because getting these wrong costs you money.
OTP failures, DSC errors, stuck submissions on due-date evenings — we deal with the GST portal daily and know the workarounds. When the site misbehaves on the 20th, our team keeps retrying and escalating so your return still goes through.
We identify the correct refund category, confirm the two-year limitation from the relevant date, and compute the admissible amount using the formula prescribed under the rules.
Invoices, shipping bills, FIRCs, the LUT and ledger extracts are compiled into the prescribed statements, and gaps that commonly cause deficiency memos are fixed upfront.
The refund application is filed on the portal with all annexures and declarations, and the acknowledgement in RFD-02 is tracked within the statutory fifteen days.
We respond to any deficiency memo in RFD-03 or show cause notice in RFD-08, appear through written submissions, and pursue provisional refund where the category permits.
We track the sanction order in RFD-06 and payment advice in RFD-05, confirm the credit in your validated bank account, and archive the complete claim file.
Send these on WhatsApp (+91 - 9600 606 444) and we take it forward the same day.
Timeline: Application filed in 3-5 working days; sanction typically within 60 days · No hidden charges · GST invoice provided
Practical outcomes our clients measure us by.
When GST knowledge lives inside a single staff member, their resignation becomes a compliance crisis. With our firm as the standing process, your filings continue uninterrupted regardless of internal staff changes.
Systematic GSTR-2B matching and supplier follow-up mean input tax credit that was leaking away under self-filing is captured each month, directly reducing the cash you pay out with every GSTR-3B.
When a business winds up, proper cancellation and a timely final return ensure the file is genuinely closed, so no demand or late-fee computation resurfaces against you long after the shutters came down.
Funding rounds, partnerships and business sales all begin with a compliance check. A clean, documented GST history lets you clear that scrutiny quickly instead of watching a deal stall over old filing gaps.
Interest on delayed GST payment runs at 18 percent per annum, which is costlier than most working capital finance. Timely computation and payment through our calendar keeps that meter permanently at zero.
Consistent, reconciled returns give the department's matching systems nothing to flag. Clients who move to us after years of self-filing typically see scrutiny queries and mismatch notices fall away within a few filing cycles.
| Aspect | With ChennaiGST | DIY / Unattended |
|---|---|---|
| Registration and amendments | Query-resistant applications prepared correctly the first time, with supporting documents matched to what proper officers actually verify. | Repeated clarification memos and resubmissions, with weeks lost because a rent agreement or premises photograph did not meet expectations. |
| Keeping up with changes | Rate changes, portal updates and new thresholds such as the Rs.5 crore e-invoice limit are tracked by us and applied to your case proactively. | Changes are discovered after the fact — often through a rejected filing, a blocked e-way bill or a departmental letter. |
| Refund claims | RFD-01 filed with complete statements and annexures, tracked from ARN to bank credit, with any deficiency memo answered promptly. | Incomplete claims bounce back as deficiency memos while the refund sits unclaimed for months and working capital stays blocked. |
| Late fees and interest | Filings go in ahead of statutory dates, so the Rs.50-per-day late fee and 18 percent interest never arise. | Late fees accumulate silently every delayed day, and interest on unpaid tax runs at 18 percent per annum. |
| Due-date tracking | A maintained compliance calendar with internal cut-offs days before the 11th and the 20th; we chase you for data, not the other way around. | Deadlines remembered from memory or phone alarms; one busy week and the return slips past the due date. |
| Goods in transit | E-way bills generated correctly and matched to invoices, so consignments pass roadside inspections without detention or penalty. | A defective or missing e-way bill can mean detention at a checkpoint, with penalties that dwarf the tax on the consignment. |
Darkas Road (Kishkinta Road) is a secondary arterial road in Tambaram, about 2.8 km west of the centre of Tambaram. The same consultant covers the streets immediately around it — Tambaram - Somangalam Road (about 1.1 km); Tambaram - Mudichur - Sriperumbudur Road (about 1.2 km); Old State Bank Road (Forest Road) (about 1.2 km); Bajanai Koil Street (about 1.2 km) — so a site visit on Darkas Road (Kishkinta Road) can usually be combined with other work in Tambaram on the same trip. For GST purposes an address on Darkas Road (Kishkinta Road) falls under the Chennai Outer CGST Commissionerate, and the Tambaram pincode is 600045.

Circular No. 164/20/2021-GST dated 06.10.2021 · 2021-10-06
This circular settled several long-running food service disputes. It clarified that service by cloud kitchens and central kitchens is restaurant service attracting 5 per cent without input tax credit, while ice cream parlours that sell already manufactured ice cream without any element of cooking supply goods and attract the applicable goods rate with credit. It also clarified the treatment of coaching services supplied under a government scholarship scheme, overloading charges recovered at toll plazas, and services in relation to admission to amusement parks.
Why this matters: A Chennai cloud kitchen bills at 5 per cent without credit, but an ice cream parlour selling tubs and cones must charge the goods rate and can keep its credits.
Vallabh Textiles v. Senior Intelligence Officer — Delhi High Court, 2022 · 2022-12-20
During a search that continued into the early hours, the taxpayer deposited substantial amounts through DRC-03, later claiming coercion. The Delhi High Court held that the deposits did not bear the hallmark of voluntary self-ascertainment under Section 74(5), noted the department's non-compliance with CBIC instructions barring recovery during search, and directed refund of the amounts with interest at 6 percent. The ruling strengthens the line of authority against collection of tax during investigation without adjudication.
Practical effect: Never let officers pressure you into on-the-spot DRC-03 payments during a search — payments made under coercion can be recovered back with interest through the courts.
Coronation Arts Crafts - AAR Tamil Nadu, Advance Ruling No. 19/ARA/2022, dated 31 May 2022 · 2022-05-31
A printing house printed leaflets and similar material using content supplied by the customer but paper, ink and other physical inputs of its own. It asked for the correct classification and rate. The Authority held that this is a composite supply in which the printing service is the principal supply, and the supply is therefore taxable at 18 percent. The customer supplying only the content or artwork did not alter the classification.
Practical effect: A Chennai printer supplying its own paper should charge 18 percent on job printed leaflets instead of assuming a lower book rate.
