Late fees, blocked credit and mismatch notices cost far more than professional help ever will. We complete GSTR-1 & GSTR-3B Monthly Filing for Tambaram businesses from Rs.749, matching every figure against portal data before anything reaches the department.
We serve businesses on and around GST Road — document pickup, in-person consultation at our Porur office, or fully online over WhatsApp.
Share your number — a senior GST consultant calls you back within 30 minutes.
Tambaram is the southern suburbs' trading hub: wholesale and retail clusters around Duraisamy Reddy Street and Gandhi Road in West Tambaram, MEPZ-SEZ exporters at Tambaram Sanatorium and institutions like Madras Christian College. Suppliers to MEPZ units must execute zero-rated supplies under LUT with proper endorsements, and wholesalers carry chronic ITC mismatch exposure from multi-supplier purchases. From a first registration to the annual return, the full range of GSTR-1 & GSTR-3B Monthly Filing is available to Tambaram businesses without stepping far from the shop or office — documents travel over WhatsApp, and our Chennai premises are open to anyone who prefers a face-to-face discussion. We serve Chromepet and Selaiyur on the same footing, applying one rule everywhere: reconcile before filing, file before the due date, and keep the client informed at every stage.
Not a bulk-filing portal. A senior consultant knows your file, your jurisdiction and your deadlines.
A registration cancelled for non-filing is not the end of the road. We bring the pending returns up to date, clear the dues and file the revocation application in REG-21 within the permitted window, restoring suspended and cancelled GSTINs to active status.
Goods sent to job workers must move on delivery challans, return within the statutory period, and be reported in ITC-04. We track every outward and return leg for manufacturing clients in Tambaram, so inputs sent out for processing never quietly convert into a deemed supply carrying tax and interest.
GST is confusing enough without a language barrier. Our team explains notices, tax positions and filing requirements in plain Tamil or English, whichever you and your staff in Tambaram are comfortable with, and keeps written communication simple and jargon-free.
Whenever the GST Council notifies a late-fee waiver or an amnesty window for pending returns or old demands, we check every client's history against it and act within the deadline. Relief that businesses in Tambaram would otherwise read about after it lapsed reaches our clients in time.
GSTR-1 requires four-digit HSN reporting for turnover up to Rs.5 crore and six digits above it, and a wrong code often means a wrong rate. We verify the classification of what you actually supply, so your invoices and returns rest on defensible codes.
The annual return and, where turnover crosses Rs.5 crore, the self-certified reconciliation statement in GSTR-9C are prepared by the same team that filed your monthly returns. Nothing about your year has to be rediscovered or explained to a stranger in December.
At month end we remind you and collect sales invoices, purchase bills and credit notes in whatever format you maintain, including Excel, Tally exports or scanned copies.
We prepare invoice-wise outward supply details, validate GSTINs of your B2B customers, summarise B2C supplies and file GSTR-1 on the portal before the 11th.
We download your auto-drafted GSTR-2B, match it against purchase records, and claim only eligible input tax credit so that mismatches do not trigger scrutiny notices later.
We compute net tax payable after ITC set-off, share the working with you for approval, and generate the payment challan for any cash liability.
After your confirmation and tax payment, we file GSTR-3B before the 20th and send you both filed acknowledgements along with a one-page summary of the month.
Send these on WhatsApp (+91 - 9600 606 444) and we take it forward the same day.
Timeline: Filed before the 11th and 20th of every month · No hidden charges · GST invoice provided
Rs.7,999/year
Practical outcomes our clients measure us by.
You know your expected GST outflow days before the 20th, not on the night of filing. That advance visibility lets you plan payments, collections and bank balances instead of scrambling for funds at the deadline.
Amounts deducted by government buyers as GST TDS and by marketplaces as TCS are accepted on the portal each period, so money withheld against your GSTIN actually reaches your cash ledger instead of lying unclaimed.
Illness, travel or a family function no longer threatens a deadline. With a standing external process holding your calendar and data trail, filings proceed on schedule whether or not you are at your desk.
With the LUT filed at the start of each financial year and refund claims tracked to credit, exporters supply without blocking funds in IGST and recover accumulated credit on schedule.
When a query or verification comes, you respond through a professional who deals with the department regularly, in the department's own language and format, instead of facing an officer's letter alone.
Your scheme choice — regular, composition or QRMP — is re-examined as turnover and margins change, so you are always paying under the structure that legitimately costs your business the least.
| Aspect | With ChennaiGST | DIY / Unattended |
|---|---|---|
| Keeping up with changes | Rate changes, portal updates and new thresholds such as the Rs.5 crore e-invoice limit are tracked by us and applied to your case proactively. | Changes are discovered after the fact — often through a rejected filing, a blocked e-way bill or a departmental letter. |
| Annual return preparation | Monthly reconciliations roll naturally into GSTR-9, filed comfortably before 31 December with figures already agreed through the year. | Twelve months of unmatched data reconstructed in December, with differences discovered too late to be corrected cleanly. |
| Supplier defaults | Suppliers who stop uploading invoices are identified within the period and pursued before their default becomes your blocked credit. | Missing supplier invoices surface only when credit is denied, by which time recovering the amount from the vendor is difficult. |
| Refund claims | RFD-01 filed with complete statements and annexures, tracked from ARN to bank credit, with any deficiency memo answered promptly. | Incomplete claims bounce back as deficiency memos while the refund sits unclaimed for months and working capital stays blocked. |
| Time cost | Roughly an hour a month to send data and approve drafts; the portal work, reconciliation and follow-up are ours. | Hours every month lost to portal errors, JSON files, OTP failures and reworking figures — usually on the due date itself. |
| Record keeping | Every return, challan, acknowledgement and working paper archived in an organised folder, retrievable in minutes years later. | Documents scattered across email, downloads and old phones; assembling records for a bank or an audit takes days. |
We track every notification, circular and judgment that changes a filing position, so your returns and replies reflect the current law.
Circular No. 157/13/2021-GST dated 20 July 2021 · 2021-07-20
CBIC explained the effect of the Supreme Court's order of 27 April 2021 extending limitation. The extension applies where an appeal has to be filed against a quasi-judicial order before the Joint or Additional Commissioner (Appeals), the Commissioner (Appeals), the Appellate Authority for Advance Ruling, the Tribunal or the courts, or where a revision or rectification of an order has to be sought. It does not apply to proceedings a taxpayer has to initiate or compliances he has to make, which remain governed only by the statute and by the notifications issued under section 168A of the CGST Act, nor to the quasi-judicial work of officers such as deciding refund claims, revocation applications and demand adjudications, which may continue.
Practical effect: A Chennai taxpayer who missed an appeal deadline during the pandemic waves can rely on this relief, but return filing dates were never covered by it.
Sundaresh Bhatt, Liquidator of ABG Shipyard v. Central Board of Indirect Taxes and Customs — Supreme Court, (2023) 1 SCC 472, judgment dated 26-08-2022 · 2022-08-26
The Supreme Court held that once a moratorium is declared under the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code, the customs authorities can only assess and quantify their dues; they cannot initiate recovery, sell goods or enforce any lien over the debtor's assets. The Code prevails over the Customs Act to this extent. The authorities must submit their claim to the resolution professional or liquidator like any other creditor.
Practical effect: If a Chennai company is under moratorium, indirect tax officers may quantify dues but cannot attach property or auction goods to recover them.
GSTN Advisory dated 14 November 2023 — Form GST DRC-01C under Rule 88D of the CGST Rules · 2023-11-14
Where the input tax credit availed in GSTR-3B exceeds the credit available in GSTR-2B by more than the prescribed limit, the portal issues an intimation in Form GST DRC-01C. The taxpayer must reverse the excess with interest through DRC-03 or file a reply in Part B giving reasons, within seven days. If neither is done, the filing of the next GSTR-1 or Invoice Furnishing Facility statement is blocked.
Practical effect: Match your credit register against GSTR-2B before filing GSTR-3B, since an unexplained excess now stops your outward return.
