The 11th and the 20th arrive every month whether you are ready or not. Our Chennai team keeps businesses in Vengaivasal permanently ahead of both, delivering GST Notice Reply from Rs.2,999 with reconciliation, senior review and WhatsApp acknowledgements as standard.
We serve businesses on and around Sowmya Nagar 2nd Main Road — document pickup, in-person consultation at our Porur office, or fully online over WhatsApp.
Share your number — a senior GST consultant calls you back within 30 minutes.
Vengaivasal, on the Santhosapuram - Vengaivasal - Mambakkam Road beside Madambakkam Road, is a former panchayat now filled with plotted layouts, building-material yards, borewell and earthmoving contractors, brick and ready-mix suppliers and neighbourhood retail around Sudarshan Nagar. Civil contractors billing local bodies here misapply the revised works-contract rates and overlook tax deduction under Section 51 on government and panchayat contracts. We have supported businesses of exactly this profile with GST Notice Reply across Vengaivasal for years, along with clients from Sithalapakkam and Medavakkam. The engagement is simple: one point of contact, a clear fee, documents over WhatsApp or in person at our Chennai office, and senior review before anything is submitted on the portal. What you get in return is clean filings, archived records and far fewer reasons for the department to write to you.
Not a bulk-filing portal. A senior consultant knows your file, your jurisdiction and your deadlines.
Your cash ledger, credit ledger and liability register are reviewed regularly, not just at filing time. Excess balances are flagged for use or refund, and where a genuine slip surfaces, a voluntary payment through DRC-03 settles it before it can mature into a notice.
If a query, ASMT-10 scrutiny notice or DRC-01 arrives on a return we filed, we stand behind our work and help you draft the reply. You are not left alone with a departmental letter and a thirty-day clock ticking against you.
GSTR-3B late fees run at Rs.50 per day and interest at 18 percent per annum on unpaid tax. Our internal cut-offs sit days ahead of statutory due dates precisely so that our clients never hand the department a rupee they did not owe.
No filing leaves our desk on a junior's judgement alone. A senior GST practitioner reviews your figures, ITC claims and tax computation before submission, so errors are caught at our table and not by the department months later through a notice.
We tell you when the composition scheme stops making sense, when QRMP suits your cash flow, and when a supplier's non-compliance is quietly costing you credit. Filing is the minimum; helping you make better GST decisions is the actual job.
Your sales figures, supplier lists and login credentials are handled only by our engaged team, stored securely and never shared with any third party. Many of our clients in Vengaivasal compete with each other; complete confidentiality is a condition of our work.
We read the notice line by line, identify the section invoked, the periods covered, the exact information sought and the deadline for response.
The figures alleged in the notice are reconciled against your filed returns, GSTR-2B and books, so the reply is grounded in verifiable numbers rather than assertions.
We draft a professional, point-wise reply addressing every allegation, attaching reconciliations, invoices and legal support, and share the draft with you for approval.
The approved reply is filed on the portal within the deadline. Where a small genuine liability exists, we advise payment through DRC-03 to limit interest and penalty.
We monitor the portal for the officer's response, attend to any further queries or hearing dates, and pursue the matter until a closure or order is received.
Send these on WhatsApp (+91 - 9600 606 444) and we take it forward the same day.
Timeline: Draft reply in 3-5 working days · No hidden charges · GST invoice provided
Practical outcomes our clients measure us by.
Your scheme choice — regular, composition or QRMP — is re-examined as turnover and margins change, so you are always paying under the structure that legitimately costs your business the least.
Because monthly data is reconciled as it happens, GSTR-9 preparation before the 31 December due date becomes a review exercise rather than a painful reconstruction of twelve untidy months.
Advances received for services attract GST on receipt while advances for goods generally do not; applying this distinction correctly means you neither prepay tax unnecessarily nor omit a liability that surfaces later with interest.
The 11th and the 20th stop being days of dread. You approve a prepared draft, we file, and the acknowledgement lands on your WhatsApp — month after month, without drama.
When GST knowledge lives inside a single staff member, their resignation becomes a compliance crisis. With our firm as the standing process, your filings continue uninterrupted regardless of internal staff changes.
Late-fee waivers and amnesty windows notified by the GST Council are applied to your history within their deadlines, capturing reliefs that most businesses only hear about once the window has already closed.
| Aspect | With ChennaiGST | DIY / Unattended |
|---|---|---|
| Due-date tracking | A maintained compliance calendar with internal cut-offs days before the 11th and the 20th; we chase you for data, not the other way around. | Deadlines remembered from memory or phone alarms; one busy week and the return slips past the due date. |
| Late fees and interest | Filings go in ahead of statutory dates, so the Rs.50-per-day late fee and 18 percent interest never arise. | Late fees accumulate silently every delayed day, and interest on unpaid tax runs at 18 percent per annum. |
| When a notice arrives | A professional drafts the reply in the department's format and files it within the statutory window, such as thirty days for ASMT-11. | You face departmental language alone, and a missed reply deadline can convert a simple query into a demand with penalty. |
| Goods in transit | E-way bills generated correctly and matched to invoices, so consignments pass roadside inspections without detention or penalty. | A defective or missing e-way bill can mean detention at a checkpoint, with penalties that dwarf the tax on the consignment. |
| Registration and amendments | Query-resistant applications prepared correctly the first time, with supporting documents matched to what proper officers actually verify. | Repeated clarification memos and resubmissions, with weeks lost because a rent agreement or premises photograph did not meet expectations. |
| Keeping up with changes | Rate changes, portal updates and new thresholds such as the Rs.5 crore e-invoice limit are tracked by us and applied to your case proactively. | Changes are discovered after the fact — often through a rejected filing, a blocked e-way bill or a departmental letter. |
Sowmya Nagar 2nd Main Road is a residential street in Vengaivasal, about 2.5 km north-east of the centre of Vengaivasal. The same consultant covers the streets immediately around it — Sowmiya Nagar 1st Street (about 200 m); Sahadevan Salai (about 1.1 km); Loganathan Street (about 1.2 km); Medavakkam - Mambakkam - Sembakkam Road (about 1.7 km) — so a site visit on Sowmya Nagar 2nd Main Road can usually be combined with other work in Vengaivasal on the same trip. For GST purposes an address on Sowmya Nagar 2nd Main Road falls under the Chennai Outer CGST Commissionerate, and the Vengaivasal pincode is 600126.

Notification No. 4/2025-Central Tax (Rate), dated 16 January 2025 (G.S.R. 59(E)) · 2025-01-16
The 55th GST Council recommended a single rate for the second-hand vehicle trade, and this notification raised the concessional rate on old and used motor vehicles, including electric vehicles, from twelve per cent to eighteen per cent. The tax continues to be charged only on the supplier's margin, and the levy still applies only where the seller is registered and is dealing in such vehicles; a sale by one individual to another remains outside GST altogether.
What to do about it: Used-car dealerships in Chennai charge eighteen per cent on the margin from 16 January 2025, while private person-to-person sales attract no GST.
Shree Dipesh Anilkumar Naik — AAR Gujarat, Advance Ruling No. GUJ/GAAR/R/2020/11, dated 19 May 2020; position subsequently clarified by CBIC Circular No. 177/09/2022-TRU, dated 3 August 2022 · 2020-05-19
A landowner obtained approval to develop agricultural land into residential plots and proposed to sell the plots after laying roads, drainage, water lines and other common facilities required by the plan sanction. The Gujarat Authority for Advance Ruling held that the sale price includes the value of development works, so the transaction is a taxable supply of construction service and not a bare sale of land. CBIC later clarified that sale of land after levelling, laying drainage lines and similar works is still sale of land under Schedule III and outside GST.
Why this matters: Plot developers should read the 2022 CBIC clarification alongside older adverse rulings before conceding GST on plot sales or on development charges.
Circular No. 76/50/2018-GST dated 31 December 2018 · 2018-12-31
This circular answered a set of unrelated questions. The most important is that the penalty under section 73(11) does not apply where self-assessed tax shown in the return is paid late; only interest under section 50 and, where warranted, general penalty under section 125 arise. It also dealt with the rate applicable to notes issued under section 142(2) and who is the owner of goods in transit. A corrigendum of 7 March 2019 clarified that tax collected at source under the Income-tax Act is not included in the taxable value.
How we apply it: If a demand adds a heavy penalty simply because GSTR-3B tax was paid late, this circular is the answer.

Upload the PDF to our free GST Notice Analyser. It identifies which of 34 notice types you have, pulls out the DIN, GSTIN and tax period, reads the reply date printed on the notice and tells you plainly whether that date has already passed — along with the documents and reconciliations you will need. No payment, no account. If the notice does not state a date we can read, it says so rather than guessing one for you.
