Businesses in Choolaimedu looking for GSTR-1 & GSTR-3B Monthly Filing want two things: work done correctly and someone answerable when questions come. Choolaimedu's commerce runs along Choolaimedu High Road and Nelson Manickam Road, where automobile spare-parts dealers, service garages, textile and mobile showrooms, bakeries and caterers sit shoulder to shoulder. Sterling Road, Kothari Road and Harrington Road carry IT offices, clinics and serviced-apartment operators, while Gill Nagar and the lanes off Vada Agaram Road hold printing units and hostels. Landlords letting out portions, spares dealers reversing credit on discount notes and hostel operators face recurring GSTR-3B and e-invoicing queries. We serve this belt — including Aminjikarai and Nungambakkam — with fixed fees quoted upfront, a written document checklist, and filings completed ahead of statutory due dates. Every acknowledgement is shared the day it is generated, and our support continues if the department raises any query on work we have filed.
Not a bulk-filing portal. A senior consultant knows your file, your jurisdiction and your deadlines.
OTP failures, DSC errors, stuck submissions on due-date evenings — we deal with the GST portal daily and know the workarounds. When the site misbehaves on the 20th, our team keeps retrying and escalating so your return still goes through.
Your cash ledger, credit ledger and liability register are reviewed regularly, not just at filing time. Excess balances are flagged for use or refund, and where a genuine slip surfaces, a voluntary payment through DRC-03 settles it before it can mature into a notice.
In the days before the 11th and the 20th, our team runs extended hours and a strict internal queue, so a client who sends data late in the window is still filed on time. Peak-season crush at our end never becomes a late fee at yours.
Your sales figures, supplier lists and login credentials are handled only by our engaged team, stored securely and never shared with any third party. Many of our clients in Choolaimedu compete with each other; complete confidentiality is a condition of our work.
Traders, manufacturers, contractors, e-commerce sellers, professionals and service exporters — we have handled GST for all of them. Whatever mix of goods and services your Choolaimedu business supplies, the rate, classification and place-of-supply questions have almost certainly crossed our desk before.
E-invoicing is mandatory once turnover crosses Rs.5 crore and e-way bills apply to goods movements above Rs.50,000. We set up, train and troubleshoot both systems, so your despatches from Choolaimedu are never held up by a compliance gap at the gate.
At month end we remind you and collect sales invoices, purchase bills and credit notes in whatever format you maintain, including Excel, Tally exports or scanned copies.
We prepare invoice-wise outward supply details, validate GSTINs of your B2B customers, summarise B2C supplies and file GSTR-1 on the portal before the 11th.
We download your auto-drafted GSTR-2B, match it against purchase records, and claim only eligible input tax credit so that mismatches do not trigger scrutiny notices later.
We compute net tax payable after ITC set-off, share the working with you for approval, and generate the payment challan for any cash liability.
After your confirmation and tax payment, we file GSTR-3B before the 20th and send you both filed acknowledgements along with a one-page summary of the month.
Send these on WhatsApp (+91 - 9600 606 444) and we take it forward the same day.

Practical outcomes our clients measure us by.
The hours you or your accountant spent wrestling with the portal, JSON errors and reconciliations every month return to sales, operations and customers, while trained hands manage the compliance in the background.
Funding rounds, partnerships and business sales all begin with a compliance check. A clean, documented GST history lets you clear that scrutiny quickly instead of watching a deal stall over old filing gaps.
Loan applications and government tenders routinely demand GST returns and registration documents. With everything filed and archived properly, you can produce a complete compliance file within hours instead of days.
New branches, new product lines and interstate sales all carry GST consequences. With standing professional support, you expand knowing registrations, invoicing and returns will keep pace with the business.
With the LUT filed at the start of each financial year and refund claims tracked to credit, exporters supply without blocking funds in IGST and recover accumulated credit on schedule.
Consistent, reconciled returns give the department's matching systems nothing to flag. Clients who move to us after years of self-filing typically see scrutiny queries and mismatch notices fall away within a few filing cycles.
| Aspect | With ChennaiGST | DIY / Unattended |
|---|---|---|
| Record keeping | Every return, challan, acknowledgement and working paper archived in an organised folder, retrievable in minutes years later. | Documents scattered across email, downloads and old phones; assembling records for a bank or an audit takes days. |
| Supplier defaults | Suppliers who stop uploading invoices are identified within the period and pursued before their default becomes your blocked credit. | Missing supplier invoices surface only when credit is denied, by which time recovering the amount from the vendor is difficult. |
| Due-date tracking | A maintained compliance calendar with internal cut-offs days before the 11th and the 20th; we chase you for data, not the other way around. | Deadlines remembered from memory or phone alarms; one busy week and the return slips past the due date. |
| Annual return preparation | Monthly reconciliations roll naturally into GSTR-9, filed comfortably before 31 December with figures already agreed through the year. | Twelve months of unmatched data reconstructed in December, with differences discovered too late to be corrected cleanly. |
| Refund claims | RFD-01 filed with complete statements and annexures, tracked from ARN to bank credit, with any deficiency memo answered promptly. | Incomplete claims bounce back as deficiency memos while the refund sits unclaimed for months and working capital stays blocked. |
| Keeping up with changes | Rate changes, portal updates and new thresholds such as the Rs.5 crore e-invoice limit are tracked by us and applied to your case proactively. | Changes are discovered after the fact — often through a rejected filing, a blocked e-way bill or a departmental letter. |
Railway Border Road is a residential street in Choolaimedu, about 300 m south-east of the centre of Choolaimedu. The same consultant covers the streets immediately around it — Nungambakkam Subway (about 200 m); East Namasivayapuram (about 300 m); Abdullah Street (about 350 m); Ameerjaan Street (about 400 m) — so a site visit on Railway Border Road can usually be combined with other work in Choolaimedu on the same trip. For GST purposes an address on Railway Border Road falls under the Chennai North CGST Commissionerate, and the Choolaimedu pincode is 600094.
Road classification and position from OpenStreetMap; distances are straight-line and approximate. Jurisdiction must be confirmed on your own registration certificate.

GSTN Advisories dated 11 April 2025 and 16 May 2025 — Table 3.2 of GSTR-3B · 2025-04-11
GSTN first advised that from the April 2025 period, auto-populated values in Table 3.2 of GSTR-3B, covering inter-state supplies to unregistered persons, composition taxpayers and UIN holders, would become non-editable, with corrections routed through GSTR-1A. After taxpayer representations, a 16 May 2025 advisory kept Table 3.2 editable for the time being. The locking was later subsumed in the broader hard-locking of GSTR-3B liability during 2025.
Why this matters: Report place-of-supply details correctly in GSTR-1 itself, since state-wise B2C figures in GSTR-3B are moving beyond manual correction.
35th GST Council Meeting, New Delhi — 21 June 2019 · 2019-06-21
At the first meeting chaired by Finance Minister Nirmala Sitharaman, the Council decided to introduce an electronic invoicing system in a phase-wise manner for business-to-business transactions. The press release recorded that e-invoicing would help taxpayers with backward integration and automation of tax-relevant processes and would help authorities combat evasion, with Phase 1 proposed to be voluntary and rolled out from January 2020. This decision is the origin of the Invoice Registration Portal, the IRN and the QR code now mandatory for most mid-sized and large businesses.
How we apply it: Every later e-invoicing threshold reduction, down to the Rs 5 crore limit now applicable, traces back to this decision, so businesses crossing a threshold must set up e-invoicing from the first day of the next financial year.
Thirumalakonda Plywoods v. Assistant Commissioner (ST) — Andhra Pradesh High Court, 2023 · 2023-07-18
The Andhra Pradesh High Court upheld the constitutional validity of Section 16(4) CGST Act, which bars availment of input tax credit after the prescribed deadline, holding that ITC is a conditional concession and the time limit is neither violative of Articles 14, 19 or 300A nor overridden by the non-obstante acceptance of a belated return with late fee. Parliament subsequently granted relief through Section 16(5), retrospectively extending the deadline for FY 2017-18 to 2020-21 up to 30 November 2021.
What it means for you: Claim every invoice's ITC well before the annual cut-off; for old years, check whether the retrospective Section 16(5) window and its amnesty procedures cure your late claims.
