Our consultants provide GST Notice Reply to businesses across Gerugambakkam starting at Rs.2,999. Every file is reconciled and senior-reviewed before submission, which is why our clients see far fewer departmental queries than they did while self-filing.
We serve businesses on and around Surya Gandhi Street — document pickup, in-person consultation at our Porur office, or fully online over WhatsApp.
Share your number — a senior GST consultant calls you back within 30 minutes.
Gerugambakkam straddles the Chennai Bypass and Kodambakkam-Sriperumbudur Road west of Moulivakkam, where farmland along T. Ponnambalam Salai, Sankaralinganar Street and Pallavaram Road has been broken into plotted layouts feeding Maxworth Nagar and Madha Nagar. Land promoters, civil contractors, hollow-block and ready-mix units, hardware shops and lorry operators bill from here. Land-versus-construction valuation, works-contract rates, reverse charge on goods transport agency freight and belated GSTR-3B filing are the recurring pain points. When businesses of this kind evaluate GST Notice Reply, the real question is not price alone but who answers when something goes wrong. We serve Gerugambakkam, Moulivakkam and Kovur on a standing commitment: responses within the same working day, senior scrutiny before every submission, and continued support if the department ever writes back on work carrying our preparation.
Not a bulk-filing portal. A senior consultant knows your file, your jurisdiction and your deadlines.
In the days before the 11th and the 20th, our team runs extended hours and a strict internal queue, so a client who sends data late in the window is still filed on time. Peak-season crush at our end never becomes a late fee at yours.
Composition dealers have their own rulebook — CMP-08 every quarter, GSTR-4 annually by 30 June, bills of supply instead of tax invoices, and a turnover ceiling that must be watched. We handle each of these correctly so the scheme's simplicity never turns into a violation.
OTP failures, DSC errors, stuck submissions on due-date evenings — we deal with the GST portal daily and know the workarounds. When the site misbehaves on the 20th, our team keeps retrying and escalating so your return still goes through.
GSTR-1 by the 11th, GSTR-3B by the 20th, CMP-08 by the 18th after each quarter — we maintain a compliance calendar for every client and start chasing your data well before the due date, so late fees never enter the picture.
You are told the full fee before we begin, in writing. No surprise additions for uploads, revisions or acknowledgements. Government fees and taxes, where applicable, are shown separately, so businesses in Gerugambakkam always know exactly what the engagement costs them.
A new GSTIN comes with obligations nobody explains at approval — the invoice series rules, displaying the registration certificate and GSTIN at your premises, and the first return cycle. We walk new registrants in Gerugambakkam through each of these so month one starts correctly.
We read the notice line by line, identify the section invoked, the periods covered, the exact information sought and the deadline for response.
The figures alleged in the notice are reconciled against your filed returns, GSTR-2B and books, so the reply is grounded in verifiable numbers rather than assertions.
We draft a professional, point-wise reply addressing every allegation, attaching reconciliations, invoices and legal support, and share the draft with you for approval.
The approved reply is filed on the portal within the deadline. Where a small genuine liability exists, we advise payment through DRC-03 to limit interest and penalty.
We monitor the portal for the officer's response, attend to any further queries or hearing dates, and pursue the matter until a closure or order is received.
Send these on WhatsApp (+91 - 9600 606 444) and we take it forward the same day.
Timeline: Draft reply in 3-5 working days · No hidden charges · GST invoice provided
Practical outcomes our clients measure us by.
Getting IGST versus CGST and SGST right at the invoice stage spares you the painful cycle of paying the correct head again and pursuing a refund of the amount paid under the wrong one.
Late-fee waivers and amnesty windows notified by the GST Council are applied to your history within their deadlines, capturing reliefs that most businesses only hear about once the window has already closed.
When a business winds up, proper cancellation and a timely final return ensure the file is genuinely closed, so no demand or late-fee computation resurfaces against you long after the shutters came down.
With the LUT filed at the start of each financial year and refund claims tracked to credit, exporters supply without blocking funds in IGST and recover accumulated credit on schedule.
Correct, complete tax invoices signal a well-run business to customers, vendors and banks alike, quietly strengthening your credibility in every transaction where your paperwork is seen.
Because turnover in your GST returns is kept aligned with your accounts through the year, income tax filing and statutory audit proceed without the GST-versus-books mismatch queries that now surface routinely through data matching.
| Aspect | With ChennaiGST | DIY / Unattended |
|---|---|---|
| Refund claims | RFD-01 filed with complete statements and annexures, tracked from ARN to bank credit, with any deficiency memo answered promptly. | Incomplete claims bounce back as deficiency memos while the refund sits unclaimed for months and working capital stays blocked. |
| Registration and amendments | Query-resistant applications prepared correctly the first time, with supporting documents matched to what proper officers actually verify. | Repeated clarification memos and resubmissions, with weeks lost because a rent agreement or premises photograph did not meet expectations. |
| Annual return preparation | Monthly reconciliations roll naturally into GSTR-9, filed comfortably before 31 December with figures already agreed through the year. | Twelve months of unmatched data reconstructed in December, with differences discovered too late to be corrected cleanly. |
| Late fees and interest | Filings go in ahead of statutory dates, so the Rs.50-per-day late fee and 18 percent interest never arise. | Late fees accumulate silently every delayed day, and interest on unpaid tax runs at 18 percent per annum. |
| Due-date tracking | A maintained compliance calendar with internal cut-offs days before the 11th and the 20th; we chase you for data, not the other way around. | Deadlines remembered from memory or phone alarms; one busy week and the return slips past the due date. |
| Record keeping | Every return, challan, acknowledgement and working paper archived in an organised folder, retrievable in minutes years later. | Documents scattered across email, downloads and old phones; assembling records for a bank or an audit takes days. |
Surya Gandhi Street is a residential street in Gerugambakkam, about 800 m east of the centre of Gerugambakkam. The same consultant covers the streets immediately around it — T. Ponnambalam Salai (about 300 m); 2nd Main Road (about 500 m); 2nd Cross Street (about 500 m); Venugopal Street (about 550 m) — so a site visit on Surya Gandhi Street can usually be combined with other work in Gerugambakkam on the same trip. For GST purposes an address on Surya Gandhi Street falls under the Chennai Outer CGST Commissionerate, and the Gerugambakkam pincode is 600122.
Road classification and position from OpenStreetMap; distances are straight-line and approximate. Jurisdiction must be confirmed on your own registration certificate.
A working knowledge of recent instruments and judgments is what separates a defensible filing from a risky one.
CBIC Instruction No. 03/2025-GST · 2025-04-17
Responding to widespread complaints about arbitrary queries, CBIC directed registration officers to seek only the documents listed in Form GST REG-01. For rented premises a valid rent agreement with the owner's ownership proof suffices; for owned premises any one ownership document is enough; no-objection certificates suffice for consent premises. Officers must not demand physical originals, question the applicant's residential address or business activity, or raise presumptive queries, and any query must be specific and approved by the Deputy or Assistant Commissioner.
How we apply it: If a registration query asks for documents outside the prescribed list, cite this instruction in your REG-04 reply and escalate to the jurisdictional Commissioner if it persists.
Notification No. 9/2025-Central Tax (Rate), dated 17 September 2025, Schedule I, S. Nos. 388 to 392 (Chapters 61 to 64) · 2025-09-17
From 22 September 2025 articles of apparel and clothing accessories of Chapters 61 and 62, other made-up textile articles of Chapter 63 and footwear of Chapter 64 attract five per cent where the sale value does not exceed Rs 2,500 per piece or per pair, and eighteen per cent where it exceeds that figure. The old thresholds of Rs 1,000 for garments and the flat twelve per cent on all footwear are gone, and the test is sale value, not maximum retail price.
Why this matters: A T. Nagar garment or footwear retailer must map every stock keeping unit against Rs 2,500 of actual sale value, because that single figure determines whether five or eighteen per cent applies.
Circular No. 130/49/2019-GST dated 31.12.2019 · 2019-12-31
CBIC explained the scope of the reverse charge entry on renting of motor vehicles. It clarified that the entry applies where the supplier is any person other than a body corporate who pays tax at 5 per cent, supplies the service to a body corporate, and does not issue an invoice charging tax at 12 per cent with full input tax credit. Where the supplier is itself a body corporate, or charges 12 per cent, the recipient has no reverse charge liability.
How we apply it: Chennai companies should obtain a written confirmation of the rate and constitution of their cab operator, since that single fact decides who pays the tax.

Upload the PDF to our free GST Notice Analyser. It identifies which of 34 notice types you have, pulls out the DIN, GSTIN and tax period, reads the reply date printed on the notice and tells you plainly whether that date has already passed — along with the documents and reconciliations you will need. No payment, no account. If the notice does not state a date we can read, it says so rather than guessing one for you.
