Our consultants provide GST Refund RFD-01 to businesses across Koyambedu starting at Rs.4,999. Every file is reconciled and senior-reviewed before submission, which is why our clients see far fewer departmental queries than they did while self-filing.
We serve businesses on and around 2nd Main Road — document pickup, in-person consultation at our Porur office, or fully online over WhatsApp.
Share your number — a senior GST consultant calls you back within 30 minutes.
Koyambedu hosts one of Asia's largest perishables markets, the Koyambedu Wholesale Market Complex, and the CMBT bus terminus, driving trade by vegetable and fruit wholesalers, flower merchants, commission agents and transporters. Fresh produce is largely exempt while packaged and labelled goods are taxable, so mixed supplies, commission income, GTA reverse charge and e-way bills for outstation consignments dominate compliance here. That commercial character shapes the GST questions we see from Koyambedu every week — registrations, monthly returns, credit mismatches and departmental queries. We deliver GST Refund RFD-01 for businesses in Koyambedu, and clients also reach us from Arumbakkam and Anna Nagar nearby. Documents move over WhatsApp, drafts are approved before filing, and a senior consultant reviews every submission, so distance from our office never dilutes the quality of the work.
Not a bulk-filing portal. A senior consultant knows your file, your jurisdiction and your deadlines.
If your GSTR-1 and GSTR-3B start drifting apart, if a large supplier stops filing, or if your turnover approaches the e-invoice threshold, we flag it to you immediately. Early warnings from our side are cheaper than departmental letters later.
We tell you when the composition scheme stops making sense, when QRMP suits your cash flow, and when a supplier's non-compliance is quietly costing you credit. Filing is the minimum; helping you make better GST decisions is the actual job.
A new GSTIN comes with obligations nobody explains at approval — the invoice series rules, displaying the registration certificate and GSTIN at your premises, and the first return cycle. We walk new registrants in Koyambedu through each of these so month one starts correctly.
Your work is executed by trained GST staff working under direct senior supervision, not passed to interns learning on your file. The person preparing your return understands reverse charge, blocked credits and place of supply, because getting these wrong costs you money.
From filing the LUT in RFD-11 at the start of each financial year to preparing RFD-01 refund claims with complete annexures, we know what makes a refund file move. Exporters and inverted-duty businesses come to us specifically for this.
GST is confusing enough without a language barrier. Our team explains notices, tax positions and filing requirements in plain Tamil or English, whichever you and your staff in Koyambedu are comfortable with, and keeps written communication simple and jargon-free.
We identify the correct refund category, confirm the two-year limitation from the relevant date, and compute the admissible amount using the formula prescribed under the rules.
Invoices, shipping bills, FIRCs, the LUT and ledger extracts are compiled into the prescribed statements, and gaps that commonly cause deficiency memos are fixed upfront.
The refund application is filed on the portal with all annexures and declarations, and the acknowledgement in RFD-02 is tracked within the statutory fifteen days.
We respond to any deficiency memo in RFD-03 or show cause notice in RFD-08, appear through written submissions, and pursue provisional refund where the category permits.
We track the sanction order in RFD-06 and payment advice in RFD-05, confirm the credit in your validated bank account, and archive the complete claim file.
Send these on WhatsApp (+91 - 9600 606 444) and we take it forward the same day.
Timeline: Application filed in 3-5 working days; sanction typically within 60 days · No hidden charges · GST invoice provided
Practical outcomes our clients measure us by.
Whether moving between composition and regular scheme, opting into QRMP, or crossing the e-invoice threshold at Rs.5 crore, transitions are planned in advance rather than discovered after a compliance breach.
When GST knowledge lives inside a single staff member, their resignation becomes a compliance crisis. With our firm as the standing process, your filings continue uninterrupted regardless of internal staff changes.
Interest on delayed GST payment runs at 18 percent per annum, which is costlier than most working capital finance. Timely computation and payment through our calendar keeps that meter permanently at zero.
New branches, new product lines and interstate sales all carry GST consequences. With standing professional support, you expand knowing registrations, invoicing and returns will keep pace with the business.
Because turnover in your GST returns is kept aligned with your accounts through the year, income tax filing and statutory audit proceed without the GST-versus-books mismatch queries that now surface routinely through data matching.
Your billing staff are guided on invoice fields, rates and series discipline, so mistakes are prevented where they originate — at the counter — instead of being repaired later in the returns.
| Aspect | With ChennaiGST | DIY / Unattended |
|---|---|---|
| Goods in transit | E-way bills generated correctly and matched to invoices, so consignments pass roadside inspections without detention or penalty. | A defective or missing e-way bill can mean detention at a checkpoint, with penalties that dwarf the tax on the consignment. |
| Late fees and interest | Filings go in ahead of statutory dates, so the Rs.50-per-day late fee and 18 percent interest never arise. | Late fees accumulate silently every delayed day, and interest on unpaid tax runs at 18 percent per annum. |
| Due-date tracking | A maintained compliance calendar with internal cut-offs days before the 11th and the 20th; we chase you for data, not the other way around. | Deadlines remembered from memory or phone alarms; one busy week and the return slips past the due date. |
| Risk of notices | GSTR-1, GSTR-3B and GSTR-2B reconciled before filing, removing the mismatches that trigger most scrutiny notices. | Inconsistent figures across returns quietly build a mismatch history that surfaces later as ASMT-10 scrutiny or a demand notice. |
| Refund claims | RFD-01 filed with complete statements and annexures, tracked from ARN to bank credit, with any deficiency memo answered promptly. | Incomplete claims bounce back as deficiency memos while the refund sits unclaimed for months and working capital stays blocked. |
| Keeping up with changes | Rate changes, portal updates and new thresholds such as the Rs.5 crore e-invoice limit are tracked by us and applied to your case proactively. | Changes are discovered after the fact — often through a rejected filing, a blocked e-way bill or a departmental letter. |
2nd Main Road is a residential street in Koyambedu, about 700 m south of the centre of Koyambedu. The same consultant covers the streets immediately around it — 1st Street (about 150 m); Vallavan Nagar Main Road (about 150 m); 3rd Cross Street (about 150 m); Avvai Thiru Nagar 1st Main Road (about 150 m) — so a site visit on 2nd Main Road can usually be combined with other work in Koyambedu on the same trip. For GST purposes an address on 2nd Main Road falls under the Chennai North CGST Commissionerate, and the Koyambedu pincode is 600107.

GST law moves through notifications, circulars and court decisions. These are the ones changing how filings are prepared right now.
The Bank of Nova Scotia - AAR Tamil Nadu, Order No. TN/23/AAR/2018, dated 31 December 2018 · 2018-12-31
The bank imported goods and stored them in a Free Trade Warehousing Zone before they were cleared. It asked whether integrated tax was payable again when the goods were removed from the zone to the domestic tariff area, over and above the tax collected at the time of customs clearance. The Authority, following Circular No. 3/1/2018-IGST dated 25 May 2018, held that the applicant is not liable to pay IGST at the time of removal, the levy arising once at clearance for home consumption.
What it means for you: Chennai importers using FTWZ facilities pay IGST once at clearance and should resist any demand for a second levy on removal.
Taghar Vasudeva Ambrish v. Appellate Authority for Advance Ruling, Karnataka, W.P. No. 14891 of 2020, Karnataka High Court, judgment dated 7 February 2022, affirmed in State of Karnataka v. Taghar Vasudeva Ambrish, Civil Appeal Nos. 7846-7847 of 2023, 2025 INSC 1380, judgment dated 4 December 2025 · 2022-02-07
Co-owners had let a residential building to a company that ran it as a hostel for students and working professionals. The advance ruling authorities denied exemption on the view that the lessee was using the property commercially. The High Court disagreed and held that leasing residential premises used as a hostel falls within Entry 13 of the IGST services exemption notification, since that entry does not require the lessee itself to occupy the premises as a residence. The Supreme Court dismissed the State's appeals on 4 December 2025 and confirmed that the end use as a residence, not the intermediate commercial layer, decides the question.
What it means for you: Chennai property owners letting buildings to hostel operators now have Supreme Court backing for periods before 18 July 2022, though later periods must also account for the registered-tenant reverse charge.
Notification No. 9/2025-Central Tax (Rate), dated 17 September 2025, Schedule I, Chapters 4 to 21 · 2025-09-17
Schedule I places butter, ghee and other dairy fats, cheese, condensed and concentrated milk, yoghurt, pre-packaged and labelled curd, lassi and buttermilk, natural honey, roasted coffee, pasta and seviyan, namkeens, bhujia and mixture, ice cream and other edible ice, biscuits, sauces and most processed foods at five per cent. Chena and paneer, ultra-high temperature milk and Indian breads are fully exempt under the companion exemption notification, so the food chain now runs at either nil or five per cent.
How we apply it: Supermarkets and food distributors in Chennai should be charging five per cent or nil on almost their entire grocery range from 22 September 2025.
