Trusted GST Refund RFD-01 support for Palavakkam, priced from Rs.4,999 with no hidden additions. Send documents from your phone, approve the prepared draft, and we handle the portal — including the difficult due-date evenings when it slows down.
We serve businesses on and around Sandeep Avenue 1st Main road — document pickup, in-person consultation at our Porur office, or fully online over WhatsApp.
Share your number — a senior GST consultant calls you back within 30 minutes.
Palavakkam combines a working fishing hamlet around the Palavakkam Fish Market with East Coast Road retail, including seafood traders, furniture and hardware showrooms, bakeries, tuition centres and homestays along M.G.R. Road, Periyar Salai and Sea Shell Avenue. Exempt fresh-fish supply sitting alongside taxable processed and restaurant sales makes common-credit reversal under Rule 42 the standing compliance headache here. For businesses here, staying on the right side of GST is not optional — buyers check compliance, and the department's systems match every return. Our firm provides GST Refund RFD-01 to clients across Palavakkam and neighbouring Kottivakkam and Neelankarai, combining Chennai jurisdiction familiarity with disciplined deadline tracking. Whether you run a shop, a service practice or a growing trading concern, we handle the portal work so you can stay focused on the business itself.
Not a bulk-filing portal. A senior consultant knows your file, your jurisdiction and your deadlines.
GST is confusing enough without a language barrier. Our team explains notices, tax positions and filing requirements in plain Tamil or English, whichever you and your staff in Palavakkam are comfortable with, and keeps written communication simple and jargon-free.
Traders, manufacturers, contractors, e-commerce sellers, professionals and service exporters — we have handled GST for all of them. Whatever mix of goods and services your Palavakkam business supplies, the rate, classification and place-of-supply questions have almost certainly crossed our desk before.
No filing leaves our desk on a junior's judgement alone. A senior GST practitioner reviews your figures, ITC claims and tax computation before submission, so errors are caught at our table and not by the department months later through a notice.
If a query, ASMT-10 scrutiny notice or DRC-01 arrives on a return we filed, we stand behind our work and help you draft the reply. You are not left alone with a departmental letter and a thirty-day clock ticking against you.
From filing the LUT in RFD-11 at the start of each financial year to preparing RFD-01 refund claims with complete annexures, we know what makes a refund file move. Exporters and inverted-duty businesses come to us specifically for this.
We match your purchase register against GSTR-2B every period, follow up on invoices your suppliers have not uploaded, and ensure every rupee of eligible input tax credit is claimed. Clients routinely recover credit they were silently losing under self-filing.
We identify the correct refund category, confirm the two-year limitation from the relevant date, and compute the admissible amount using the formula prescribed under the rules.
Invoices, shipping bills, FIRCs, the LUT and ledger extracts are compiled into the prescribed statements, and gaps that commonly cause deficiency memos are fixed upfront.
The refund application is filed on the portal with all annexures and declarations, and the acknowledgement in RFD-02 is tracked within the statutory fifteen days.
We respond to any deficiency memo in RFD-03 or show cause notice in RFD-08, appear through written submissions, and pursue provisional refund where the category permits.
We track the sanction order in RFD-06 and payment advice in RFD-05, confirm the credit in your validated bank account, and archive the complete claim file.
Send these on WhatsApp (+91 - 9600 606 444) and we take it forward the same day.
Timeline: Application filed in 3-5 working days; sanction typically within 60 days · No hidden charges · GST invoice provided
Practical outcomes our clients measure us by.
When a business winds up, proper cancellation and a timely final return ensure the file is genuinely closed, so no demand or late-fee computation resurfaces against you long after the shutters came down.
Because monthly data is reconciled as it happens, GSTR-9 preparation before the 31 December due date becomes a review exercise rather than a painful reconstruction of twelve untidy months.
Filed returns, challans, reconciliations and working papers are archived in order from day one. If an audit or departmental verification comes, your file is ready the same week, not assembled in a panic.
Tax positions, rate choices and credit calls are documented as they are made, so if a question arises years later, the reasoning and evidence are on file rather than in someone's fading memory.
Consistent, reconciled returns give the department's matching systems nothing to flag. Clients who move to us after years of self-filing typically see scrutiny queries and mismatch notices fall away within a few filing cycles.
Statutory windows such as thirty days for an ASMT-11 reply are tracked from the day a notice arrives, so responses go in on time, complete, and with your best case properly presented.
| Aspect | With ChennaiGST | DIY / Unattended |
|---|---|---|
| Time cost | Roughly an hour a month to send data and approve drafts; the portal work, reconciliation and follow-up are ours. | Hours every month lost to portal errors, JSON files, OTP failures and reworking figures — usually on the due date itself. |
| Keeping up with changes | Rate changes, portal updates and new thresholds such as the Rs.5 crore e-invoice limit are tracked by us and applied to your case proactively. | Changes are discovered after the fact — often through a rejected filing, a blocked e-way bill or a departmental letter. |
| Record keeping | Every return, challan, acknowledgement and working paper archived in an organised folder, retrievable in minutes years later. | Documents scattered across email, downloads and old phones; assembling records for a bank or an audit takes days. |
| Late fees and interest | Filings go in ahead of statutory dates, so the Rs.50-per-day late fee and 18 percent interest never arise. | Late fees accumulate silently every delayed day, and interest on unpaid tax runs at 18 percent per annum. |
| Registration and amendments | Query-resistant applications prepared correctly the first time, with supporting documents matched to what proper officers actually verify. | Repeated clarification memos and resubmissions, with weeks lost because a rent agreement or premises photograph did not meet expectations. |
| Supplier defaults | Suppliers who stop uploading invoices are identified within the period and pursued before their default becomes your blocked credit. | Missing supplier invoices surface only when credit is denied, by which time recovering the amount from the vendor is difficult. |
Sandeep Avenue 1st Main road is a residential street in Palavakkam, about 300 m south of the centre of Palavakkam. The same consultant covers the streets immediately around it — Sandeep Avenu 2nd Main road (about 50 m); HABEEBA STREET (about 250 m); Singaravelar Salai (about 250 m); ground road (about 350 m) — so a site visit on Sandeep Avenue 1st Main road can usually be combined with other work in Palavakkam on the same trip. For GST purposes an address on Sandeep Avenue 1st Main road falls under the Chennai South CGST Commissionerate, and the Palavakkam pincode is 600041.
Road classification and position from OpenStreetMap; distances are straight-line and approximate. Jurisdiction must be confirmed on your own registration certificate.

CBIC Frequently Asked Questions on GST on pre-packaged and labelled goods, dated 17 July 2022 · 2022-07-17
A day before the change took effect, the Tax Research Unit issued FAQs explaining that the expression takes its meaning from the Legal Metrology Act, 2009 and covers commodities intended for retail sale in packs of up to twenty-five kilograms or twenty-five litres that must bear statutory declarations. A single package above that limit is not covered, nor are packs supplied to an industrial or institutional consumer. Loose sale from a large pack by a retailer does not attract the levy.
Practical effect: A fifty-kilogram rice bag sold as one package stays outside the levy, but the moment it is repacked into labelled retail bags of twenty-five kilograms or less, five per cent applies.
Circular No. 147/03/2021-GST dated 12 March 2021 · 2021-03-12
CBIC modified paragraph 41 of the master refund circular so that the recipient of deemed export supplies is no longer barred from availing input tax credit on the invoices for which he claims refund, since the portal in any case requires him to debit an equal amount from the credit ledger. It also extended the relaxation for exporters who wrongly declared zero-rated supplies in Table 3.1(a) of GSTR-3B instead of Table 3.1(b), and clarified that the cap introduced by Notification No. 16/2020-Central Tax, which limits the turnover of zero-rated supply of goods to 1.5 times the value of like goods supplied domestically, applies equally when computing adjusted total turnover in the denominator of the rule 89(4) refund formula.
Why this matters: Buyers from EOUs and advance-authorisation holders in Chennai can now claim both credit and refund, and the same capped export value must be used in the numerator and the denominator of the refund formula.
Numinous Impex (I) (P) Ltd v. Commissioner of Customs — Madras High Court, 2022 · 2022-04-08
An exporter's refund of IGST paid on exported goods was withheld on the ground that it had claimed duty drawback at the higher rate. Following the Gujarat High Court's Amit Cotton Industries ruling, the Madras High Court held that claiming drawback does not disentitle the exporter to refund of IGST paid on exports, and directed the customs authorities to process the refund along with applicable interest, since the circular relied upon by the department could not override the statutory refund right.
How we apply it: Exporters from Chennai whose IGST refunds are stuck over drawback objections should press this jurisdictional precedent for release of refunds with interest.
