Late fees, blocked credit and mismatch notices cost far more than professional help ever will. We complete New GST Registration for Park Town businesses from Rs.1,499, matching every figure against portal data before anything reaches the department.
We serve businesses on and around Ekambara Kumaraguru Road — document pickup, in-person consultation at our Porur office, or fully online over WhatsApp.
Share your number — a senior GST consultant calls you back within 30 minutes.
Park Town wraps around Chennai Central station, Ripon Building and the Rajiv Gandhi Government General Hospital, so its trade runs to lodges, pharmacies and surgical suppliers on General Hospital Road, stationery and luggage shops near the old Moore Market complex, and parcel agencies along Wall Tax Road. Lodges must apply the correct GST slab on room tariffs, and suppliers to railway establishments reconcile 2 per cent TDS credits monthly. That commercial character shapes the GST questions we see from Park Town every week — registrations, monthly returns, credit mismatches and departmental queries. We deliver New GST Registration for businesses in Park Town, and clients also reach us from Parrys (George Town) and Broadway nearby. Documents move over WhatsApp, drafts are approved before filing, and a senior consultant reviews every submission, so distance from our office never dilutes the quality of the work.
Not a bulk-filing portal. A senior consultant knows your file, your jurisdiction and your deadlines.
GST is confusing enough without a language barrier. Our team explains notices, tax positions and filing requirements in plain Tamil or English, whichever you and your staff in Park Town are comfortable with, and keeps written communication simple and jargon-free.
We tell you when the composition scheme stops making sense, when QRMP suits your cash flow, and when a supplier's non-compliance is quietly costing you credit. Filing is the minimum; helping you make better GST decisions is the actual job.
When an ADT-01 audit intimation or a personal hearing date arrives, we compile the records, prepare the reconciliations and draft the submissions, and coordinate closely with your authorised representative. You walk into the proceeding prepared, not improvising in front of an officer.
GSTR-3B late fees run at Rs.50 per day and interest at 18 percent per annum on unpaid tax. Our internal cut-offs sit days ahead of statutory due dates precisely so that our clients never hand the department a rupee they did not owe.
Tally, Zoho Books, Busy, marketplace reports, plain Excel or even a handwritten bill book — we take your data in whatever form your Park Town business already maintains it. You are never forced to buy new software or retrain staff just to become our client.
Goods sent to job workers must move on delivery challans, return within the statutory period, and be reported in ITC-04. We track every outward and return leg for manufacturing clients in Park Town, so inputs sent out for processing never quietly convert into a deemed supply carrying tax and interest.
You share PAN, Aadhaar, photographs, address proof and bank details over WhatsApp or email. We review each document against portal requirements and flag anything that could trigger an officer query.
We draft Form GST REG-01 with the correct business constitution, principal place of business, HSN or SAC codes and authorised signatory details, then share a summary for your confirmation.
The application is filed on the GST portal and we guide the authorised signatory through Aadhaar OTP authentication, which speeds up approval and usually avoids physical verification of premises.
We track the ARN daily. If the officer issues a notice in Form REG-03 seeking clarification, we draft and file the reply in Form REG-04 within the permitted time.
Once approved, we download your registration certificate in Form REG-06, help set up portal login credentials, and brief you on invoice format, return due dates and e-way bill obligations.
Send these on WhatsApp (+91 - 9600 606 444) and we take it forward the same day.
Timeline: 3-7 working days · No hidden charges · GST invoice provided
Practical outcomes our clients measure us by.
Sales returns, discounts and price revisions are adjusted through properly reported credit notes within the statutory window, so you never keep paying tax on turnover you have already reversed.
Because turnover in your GST returns is kept aligned with your accounts through the year, income tax filing and statutory audit proceed without the GST-versus-books mismatch queries that now surface routinely through data matching.
With returns filed ahead of the statutory due dates every period, the Rs.50-per-day GSTR-3B late fee simply stops appearing in your life, and the money stays in your business where it belongs.
Large buyers check vendor GST compliance before releasing payments and renewing contracts. A clean filing record with timely GSTR-1 uploads keeps your invoices reflecting in their GSTR-2B and your payments unblocked.
When GST knowledge lives inside a single staff member, their resignation becomes a compliance crisis. With our firm as the standing process, your filings continue uninterrupted regardless of internal staff changes.
The hours you or your accountant spent wrestling with the portal, JSON errors and reconciliations every month return to sales, operations and customers, while trained hands manage the compliance in the background.
| Aspect | With ChennaiGST | DIY / Unattended |
|---|---|---|
| Late fees and interest | Filings go in ahead of statutory dates, so the Rs.50-per-day late fee and 18 percent interest never arise. | Late fees accumulate silently every delayed day, and interest on unpaid tax runs at 18 percent per annum. |
| Record keeping | Every return, challan, acknowledgement and working paper archived in an organised folder, retrievable in minutes years later. | Documents scattered across email, downloads and old phones; assembling records for a bank or an audit takes days. |
| When a notice arrives | A professional drafts the reply in the department's format and files it within the statutory window, such as thirty days for ASMT-11. | You face departmental language alone, and a missed reply deadline can convert a simple query into a demand with penalty. |
| Registration and amendments | Query-resistant applications prepared correctly the first time, with supporting documents matched to what proper officers actually verify. | Repeated clarification memos and resubmissions, with weeks lost because a rent agreement or premises photograph did not meet expectations. |
| Due-date tracking | A maintained compliance calendar with internal cut-offs days before the 11th and the 20th; we chase you for data, not the other way around. | Deadlines remembered from memory or phone alarms; one busy week and the return slips past the due date. |
| Portal credentials and data | Logins handled by a small engaged team under strict confidentiality, with credentials stored securely and never passed onward. | Passwords circulating on chats with freelancers and part-timers, and no accountability for who has accessed your business data. |
Ekambara Kumaraguru Road is a residential street in Park Town, about 850 m north-west of the centre of Park Town. The same consultant covers the streets immediately around it — Kumarappa Chetty Street (about 150 m); Vepery High Road (about 150 m); Nabikhan Street (about 150 m); Rama Pillai Street (about 200 m) — so a site visit on Ekambara Kumaraguru Road can usually be combined with other work in Park Town on the same trip. For GST purposes an address on Ekambara Kumaraguru Road falls under the Chennai North CGST Commissionerate, and the Park Town pincode is 600003.

M/s. Prime Gold International Ltd v. Additional Director General — Madras High Court, W.P. No. 8203 of 2022, decided 2 August 2023 (C. Saravanan J.) · 2023-08-02
The petitioner challenged a provisional attachment of its bank account. By the time the matter was heard, one year had elapsed from the date of the order. The Court observed that orders of attachment under Section 83 are self-limiting and remain in force for one year only, after which nothing survives for adjudication. The writ petition was accordingly closed, the attachment having ceased to operate by force of the statute itself.
What to do about it: A Chennai business should diarise the date of any Section 83 attachment — after twelve months the bank must release the account, and a fresh order is required if the department wants to continue.
Circular No. 167/23/2021-GST dated 17 December 2021 · 2021-12-17
Following the 45th GST Council meeting, restaurant service supplied through an e-commerce operator was notified under section 9(5) with effect from 1 January 2022. CBIC clarified that the operator, and not the restaurant, is liable to pay the tax on such supplies, must discharge it in cash without using input tax credit, and issues the invoice for the service. The restaurant continues to pay tax on its own dine-in and direct sales, and the aggregate turnover of the restaurant still includes the supplies made through the platform.
What to do about it: Chennai restaurants listed on delivery platforms must separate platform sales from direct sales in their records, because the tax on the former is paid by the platform.
18th GST Council Meeting, New Delhi — 30 June 2017 (Signed Minutes, Agenda Item 3) · 2017-06-30
Meeting on the day GST was launched, the Council revisited the rate on fertilisers. Officers calculated the pre-GST incidence at about 9.75 per cent, placing fertilisers between the five and twelve per cent slabs. After almost every State supported relief for farmers, the Chairperson recorded a consensus and the Council agreed to tax fertilisers at five per cent instead of twelve, notwithstanding the inverted duty refund burden this would create for manufacturers whose inputs were taxed at eighteen per cent.
What to do about it: The Council reopened a rate it had already fixed only weeks earlier, and the cut created the inverted duty structure that fertiliser dealers still claim refunds under.
