Trusted GST Notice Reply support for Pozhichalur, priced from Rs.2,999 with no hidden additions. Send documents from your phone, approve the prepared draft, and we handle the portal — including the difficult due-date evenings when it slows down.
We serve businesses on and around Pammal Main Road — document pickup, in-person consultation at our Porur office, or fully online over WhatsApp.
Share your number — a senior GST consultant calls you back within 30 minutes.
Pozhichalur sits behind Pammal on the Cowl Bazaar road network, a temple-and-workshop pocket where provision stores, hardware shops, tailoring and leather job-work units, flat promoters and paying-guest hostels for airport staff share space along Dr. Ambedkar Road, Kalaignar Road and the Anna Nagar - Pozhichalur Link Road. Small traders drift in and out of the forty lakh threshold, and job workers face persistent classification and input tax credit reversal queries. That commercial character shapes the GST questions we see from Pozhichalur every week — registrations, monthly returns, credit mismatches and departmental queries. We deliver GST Notice Reply for businesses in Pozhichalur, and clients also reach us from Pammal and Anakaputhur nearby. Documents move over WhatsApp, drafts are approved before filing, and a senior consultant reviews every submission, so distance from our office never dilutes the quality of the work.
Not a bulk-filing portal. A senior consultant knows your file, your jurisdiction and your deadlines.
You deal with one accountable person who knows your business, your turnover pattern and your filing history. No repeating your story to a new voice every month, and no file falling between two desks when a deadline is approaching.
Send your query on call or WhatsApp and you hear back the same working day, usually within a few hours. When a due date is close or a notice has landed, waiting two days for a reply is simply not acceptable, and we know it.
Traders, manufacturers, contractors, e-commerce sellers, professionals and service exporters — we have handled GST for all of them. Whatever mix of goods and services your Pozhichalur business supplies, the rate, classification and place-of-supply questions have almost certainly crossed our desk before.
Your cash ledger, credit ledger and liability register are reviewed regularly, not just at filing time. Excess balances are flagged for use or refund, and where a genuine slip surfaces, a voluntary payment through DRC-03 settles it before it can mature into a notice.
Your sales figures, supplier lists and login credentials are handled only by our engaged team, stored securely and never shared with any third party. Many of our clients in Pozhichalur compete with each other; complete confidentiality is a condition of our work.
Every new client receives a review of their recent returns before we file anything — unclaimed credit, GSTR-1 versus GSTR-3B drift, and exposures worth correcting quietly. Businesses in Pozhichalur often discover in this first review exactly why their previous arrangement was costing them money.
We read the notice line by line, identify the section invoked, the periods covered, the exact information sought and the deadline for response.
The figures alleged in the notice are reconciled against your filed returns, GSTR-2B and books, so the reply is grounded in verifiable numbers rather than assertions.
We draft a professional, point-wise reply addressing every allegation, attaching reconciliations, invoices and legal support, and share the draft with you for approval.
The approved reply is filed on the portal within the deadline. Where a small genuine liability exists, we advise payment through DRC-03 to limit interest and penalty.
We monitor the portal for the officer's response, attend to any further queries or hearing dates, and pursue the matter until a closure or order is received.
Send these on WhatsApp (+91 - 9600 606 444) and we take it forward the same day.
Timeline: Draft reply in 3-5 working days · No hidden charges · GST invoice provided
Practical outcomes our clients measure us by.
Large buyers check vendor GST compliance before releasing payments and renewing contracts. A clean filing record with timely GSTR-1 uploads keeps your invoices reflecting in their GSTR-2B and your payments unblocked.
With returns filed ahead of the statutory due dates every period, the Rs.50-per-day GSTR-3B late fee simply stops appearing in your life, and the money stays in your business where it belongs.
Statutory windows such as thirty days for an ASMT-11 reply are tracked from the day a notice arrives, so responses go in on time, complete, and with your best case properly presented.
When a business winds up, proper cancellation and a timely final return ensure the file is genuinely closed, so no demand or late-fee computation resurfaces against you long after the shutters came down.
Correct, complete tax invoices signal a well-run business to customers, vendors and banks alike, quietly strengthening your credibility in every transaction where your paperwork is seen.
When GST knowledge lives inside a single staff member, their resignation becomes a compliance crisis. With our firm as the standing process, your filings continue uninterrupted regardless of internal staff changes.
| Aspect | With ChennaiGST | DIY / Unattended |
|---|---|---|
| Late fees and interest | Filings go in ahead of statutory dates, so the Rs.50-per-day late fee and 18 percent interest never arise. | Late fees accumulate silently every delayed day, and interest on unpaid tax runs at 18 percent per annum. |
| Risk of notices | GSTR-1, GSTR-3B and GSTR-2B reconciled before filing, removing the mismatches that trigger most scrutiny notices. | Inconsistent figures across returns quietly build a mismatch history that surfaces later as ASMT-10 scrutiny or a demand notice. |
| Input tax credit | Purchase register matched against GSTR-2B each period, with defaulting suppliers chased so eligible credit is actually captured. | Credit claimed from books alone; mismatches with GSTR-2B mean lost credit or excess claims that invite departmental queries. |
| Registration and amendments | Query-resistant applications prepared correctly the first time, with supporting documents matched to what proper officers actually verify. | Repeated clarification memos and resubmissions, with weeks lost because a rent agreement or premises photograph did not meet expectations. |
| Refund claims | RFD-01 filed with complete statements and annexures, tracked from ARN to bank credit, with any deficiency memo answered promptly. | Incomplete claims bounce back as deficiency memos while the refund sits unclaimed for months and working capital stays blocked. |
| Supplier defaults | Suppliers who stop uploading invoices are identified within the period and pursued before their default becomes your blocked credit. | Missing supplier invoices surface only when credit is denied, by which time recovering the amount from the vendor is difficult. |
Pammal Main Road is a primary arterial road in Pozhichalur, about 1.4 km south-east of the centre of Pozhichalur. The same consultant covers the streets immediately around it — Bazaar Road (about 150 m); Acharya Tulsi Road (about 150 m); Abdul Faruk Sahip Main Road (about 500 m); Deivasigamani Street (about 650 m) — so a site visit on Pammal Main Road can usually be combined with other work in Pozhichalur on the same trip. For GST purposes an address on Pammal Main Road falls under the Chennai Outer CGST Commissionerate, and the Pozhichalur pincode is 600074.
Road classification and position from OpenStreetMap; distances are straight-line and approximate. Jurisdiction must be confirmed on your own registration certificate.

48th GST Council Meeting (video conferencing) — 17 December 2022 · 2022-12-17
The Council recommended decriminalising parts of the GST regime. The minimum threshold of tax for launching prosecution under Section 132 was raised from Rs 1 crore to Rs 2 crore, except for the offence of issuing invoices without any supply. The compounding amount was reduced from the range of 50 to 150 per cent of tax to 25 to 100 per cent. Three offences were decriminalised altogether: obstructing or preventing an officer in the discharge of duties, deliberate tampering with material evidence, and failure to supply information.
Practical effect: Ordinary compliance failures below Rs 2 crore of tax no longer expose a Chennai proprietor to criminal prosecution, though fake invoicing remains prosecutable at any value.
Notification No. 12/2017-Central Tax dated 28.06.2017 · 2017-06-28
This notification prescribed the number of digits of the Harmonised System of Nomenclature code to be shown on a tax invoice, keyed to the turnover in the preceding financial year. Businesses up to Rs 1.5 crore were not required to show any HSN code, those between Rs 1.5 crore and Rs 5 crore had to show two digits, and those above Rs 5 crore had to show four digits. The requirements were tightened in later years.
Why this matters: This is the historical benchmark for testing whether an old Chennai invoice was defective, and it explains why HSN reporting obligations have progressively become stricter.
Circular No. 132/2/2020-GST dated 18 March 2020 · 2020-03-18
Several appellate authorities were refusing to decide appeals on the ground that the GST Appellate Tribunal did not exist. CBIC clarified that this is not a valid reason to defer disposal, and that under the Removal of Difficulty Order the three-month period for filing an appeal to the Tribunal starts only from the date on which the President of the Tribunal enters office. Appellate authorities were directed to record this position in their orders so that appellants are not prejudiced.
What to do about it: A Chennai taxpayer who loses at first appeal does not lose the right to go to the Tribunal, because limitation only begins once the Tribunal is functional.

Upload the PDF to our free GST Notice Analyser. It identifies which of 34 notice types you have, pulls out the DIN, GSTIN and tax period, reads the reply date printed on the notice and tells you plainly whether that date has already passed — along with the documents and reconciliations you will need. No payment, no account. If the notice does not state a date we can read, it says so rather than guessing one for you.

The analyser reports what your notice says and the statutory position for that form. It is not a substitute for a consultant reading your actual records, and a reply should be reviewed before you file it.
