Whether you are a first-time registrant or an established trader, GSTR-1 & GSTR-3B Monthly Filing in Pozhichalur deserves a specialist rather than a side job. From Rs.749, our GST-focused Chennai practice runs the entire process on written checklists and senior-reviewed submissions.
We serve businesses on and around Deivasigamani Street — document pickup, in-person consultation at our Porur office, or fully online over WhatsApp.
Share your number — a senior GST consultant calls you back within 30 minutes.
GST does not distinguish between a large showroom and a small service unit — the due dates and matching systems apply equally to both. Pozhichalur sits behind Pammal on the Cowl Bazaar road network, a temple-and-workshop pocket where provision stores, hardware shops, tailoring and leather job-work units, flat promoters and paying-guest hostels for airport staff share space along Dr. Ambedkar Road, Kalaignar Road and the Anna Nagar - Pozhichalur Link Road. Small traders drift in and out of the forty lakh threshold, and job workers face persistent classification and input tax credit reversal queries. That is why our GSTR-1 & GSTR-3B Monthly Filing engagements in Pozhichalur follow the same discipline whatever the client's size: written checklists, reconciliation before filing and every acknowledgement archived. Businesses from Pammal and Anakaputhur run on the same process, entirely over WhatsApp if they prefer.
Not a bulk-filing portal. A senior consultant knows your file, your jurisdiction and your deadlines.
If a query, ASMT-10 scrutiny notice or DRC-01 arrives on a return we filed, we stand behind our work and help you draft the reply. You are not left alone with a departmental letter and a thirty-day clock ticking against you.
The annual return and, where turnover crosses Rs.5 crore, the self-certified reconciliation statement in GSTR-9C are prepared by the same team that filed your monthly returns. Nothing about your year has to be rediscovered or explained to a stranger in December.
Quarterly filing still demands monthly attention — IFF uploads so your buyers see their credit on time, and tax payment through PMT-06 by the 25th for the first two months of each quarter. We run that monthly rhythm so QRMP saves you effort without creating gaps.
Composition dealers have their own rulebook — CMP-08 every quarter, GSTR-4 annually by 30 June, bills of supply instead of tax invoices, and a turnover ceiling that must be watched. We handle each of these correctly so the scheme's simplicity never turns into a violation.
Freight paid to transporters, advocate fees, imported services and other notified supplies attract GST under reverse charge, with self-invoicing where the supplier is unregistered. We maintain a running RCM check every period, because this is the liability self-filers most consistently miss.
If your GSTR-1 and GSTR-3B start drifting apart, if a large supplier stops filing, or if your turnover approaches the e-invoice threshold, we flag it to you immediately. Early warnings from our side are cheaper than departmental letters later.
At month end we remind you and collect sales invoices, purchase bills and credit notes in whatever format you maintain, including Excel, Tally exports or scanned copies.
We prepare invoice-wise outward supply details, validate GSTINs of your B2B customers, summarise B2C supplies and file GSTR-1 on the portal before the 11th.
We download your auto-drafted GSTR-2B, match it against purchase records, and claim only eligible input tax credit so that mismatches do not trigger scrutiny notices later.
We compute net tax payable after ITC set-off, share the working with you for approval, and generate the payment challan for any cash liability.
After your confirmation and tax payment, we file GSTR-3B before the 20th and send you both filed acknowledgements along with a one-page summary of the month.
Send these on WhatsApp (+91 - 9600 606 444) and we take it forward the same day.
Timeline: Filed before the 11th and 20th of every month · No hidden charges · GST invoice provided

Practical outcomes our clients measure us by.
Funding rounds, partnerships and business sales all begin with a compliance check. A clean, documented GST history lets you clear that scrutiny quickly instead of watching a deal stall over old filing gaps.
Amounts deducted by government buyers as GST TDS and by marketplaces as TCS are accepted on the portal each period, so money withheld against your GSTIN actually reaches your cash ledger instead of lying unclaimed.
Systematic GSTR-2B matching and supplier follow-up mean input tax credit that was leaking away under self-filing is captured each month, directly reducing the cash you pay out with every GSTR-3B.
Getting IGST versus CGST and SGST right at the invoice stage spares you the painful cycle of paying the correct head again and pursuing a refund of the amount paid under the wrong one.
With the LUT filed at the start of each financial year and refund claims tracked to credit, exporters supply without blocking funds in IGST and recover accumulated credit on schedule.
Because monthly data is reconciled as it happens, GSTR-9 preparation before the 31 December due date becomes a review exercise rather than a painful reconstruction of twelve untidy months.
| Aspect | With ChennaiGST | DIY / Unattended |
|---|---|---|
| Input tax credit | Purchase register matched against GSTR-2B each period, with defaulting suppliers chased so eligible credit is actually captured. | Credit claimed from books alone; mismatches with GSTR-2B mean lost credit or excess claims that invite departmental queries. |
| Supplier defaults | Suppliers who stop uploading invoices are identified within the period and pursued before their default becomes your blocked credit. | Missing supplier invoices surface only when credit is denied, by which time recovering the amount from the vendor is difficult. |
| Risk of notices | GSTR-1, GSTR-3B and GSTR-2B reconciled before filing, removing the mismatches that trigger most scrutiny notices. | Inconsistent figures across returns quietly build a mismatch history that surfaces later as ASMT-10 scrutiny or a demand notice. |
| Late fees and interest | Filings go in ahead of statutory dates, so the Rs.50-per-day late fee and 18 percent interest never arise. | Late fees accumulate silently every delayed day, and interest on unpaid tax runs at 18 percent per annum. |
| Due-date tracking | A maintained compliance calendar with internal cut-offs days before the 11th and the 20th; we chase you for data, not the other way around. | Deadlines remembered from memory or phone alarms; one busy week and the return slips past the due date. |
| Annual return preparation | Monthly reconciliations roll naturally into GSTR-9, filed comfortably before 31 December with figures already agreed through the year. | Twelve months of unmatched data reconstructed in December, with differences discovered too late to be corrected cleanly. |
Deivasigamani Street is a residential street in Pozhichalur, about 850 m south of the centre of Pozhichalur. The same consultant covers the streets immediately around it — Poonamallee - Kundrathur - Pallavaram Road (about 150 m); Aranganathan Nagar 3rd Street (about 200 m); 1st Street (about 250 m); Anandan Street (about 350 m) — so a site visit on Deivasigamani Street can usually be combined with other work in Pozhichalur on the same trip. For GST purposes an address on Deivasigamani Street falls under the Chennai Outer CGST Commissionerate, and the Pozhichalur pincode is 600074.

GST law moves through notifications, circulars and court decisions. These are the ones changing how filings are prepared right now.
Notification No. 33/2020-Central Tax · 2020-04-03
CBIC waived the late fee for furnishing the outward supply statement in Form GSTR-1 for the months of March, April and May 2020 and for the quarter ending 31 March 2020, provided the statement was filed on or before 30 June 2020. The relief covered both monthly and quarterly filers. Because GSTR-1 late fee is separate from GSTR-3B late fee, this notification had to be issued in addition to the GSTR-3B waiver of the same date.
What it means for you: A Chennai supplier who filed the March to May 2020 GSTR-1 by 30 June 2020 owes nothing by way of late fee, whatever the portal ledger may currently show.
GSTN rollout of Form GSTR-1A pursuant to Notification No. 12/2024-Central Tax, dated 10 July 2024 · 2024-07
Through Notification No. 12/2024-Central Tax and subsequent portal rollout, Form GSTR-1A was reintroduced. It lets a taxpayer amend or add records of the same tax period after filing GSTR-1 but before filing that period's GSTR-3B, so the corrected liability auto-populates into GSTR-3B. Amendments flow to the buyer's GSTR-2B of the next period, and the recipient GSTIN itself cannot be changed through GSTR-1A.
What to do about it: Use GSTR-1A to fix invoice errors in the same month instead of carrying mistakes forward, especially now that GSTR-3B figures are hard-locked.
55th GST Council Meeting, Jaisalmer — 21 December 2024 · 2024-12-21
The 55th meeting reduced GST on fortified rice kernel (FRK) to 5 per cent regardless of end use, supporting public distribution fortification programmes. Gene therapy was fully exempted from GST, a major relief for patients of ultra-expensive treatments. Autoclaved aerated concrete (ACC) blocks containing more than 50 per cent fly ash content were classified under HS 6815 at 12 per cent. The Council also reduced the rate of compensation cess to 0.1 per cent on supplies to merchant exporters, bringing it on par with the concessional 0.1 per cent GST rate on such supplies.
What it means for you: Construction suppliers dealing in fly-ash-based AAC blocks should bill at 12 per cent and revisit classification disputes on past supplies.
