Reliable GSTR-1 & GSTR-3B Monthly Filing for Puzhal businesses at a clear, fixed fee starting Rs.749. We handle the documentation, portal work and follow-up, you approve the draft before anything is filed, and the acknowledgement reaches you on WhatsApp the moment the filing goes through.
We serve businesses on and around Senthil Nagar Main Road — document pickup, in-person consultation at our Porur office, or fully online over WhatsApp.
Share your number — a senior GST consultant calls you back within 30 minutes.
Puzhal sits between the Red Hills reservoir bund and the Chennai Bypass, so Grand Northern Trunk Road, Paper Mills Road and the Madhavaram-Red Hills Road carry godowns, lorry booking offices, timber depots and poultry traders serving Kathirvedu, Kavangarai and the Central Prison township. Transporters here face constant e-way bill and Part-B extension queries, while godown keepers get pulled up for not adding the premises as an additional place of business. For businesses here, staying on the right side of GST is not optional — buyers check compliance, and the department's systems match every return. Our firm provides GSTR-1 & GSTR-3B Monthly Filing to clients across Puzhal and neighbouring Red Hills and Madhavaram, combining Chennai jurisdiction familiarity with disciplined deadline tracking. Whether you run a shop, a service practice or a growing trading concern, we handle the portal work so you can stay focused on the business itself.
Not a bulk-filing portal. A senior consultant knows your file, your jurisdiction and your deadlines.
E-invoicing is mandatory once turnover crosses Rs.5 crore and e-way bills apply to goods movements above Rs.50,000. We set up, train and troubleshoot both systems, so your despatches from Puzhal are never held up by a compliance gap at the gate.
OTP failures, DSC errors, stuck submissions on due-date evenings — we deal with the GST portal daily and know the workarounds. When the site misbehaves on the 20th, our team keeps retrying and escalating so your return still goes through.
Businesses with registrations in more than one State, or multiple branches under one PAN, face cross-charge, stock transfer and input service distribution questions that single-GSTIN firms never see. We keep all your registrations consistent with each other, not just compliant individually.
No filing leaves our desk on a junior's judgement alone. A senior GST practitioner reviews your figures, ITC claims and tax computation before submission, so errors are caught at our table and not by the department months later through a notice.
Goods sent to job workers must move on delivery challans, return within the statutory period, and be reported in ITC-04. We track every outward and return leg for manufacturing clients in Puzhal, so inputs sent out for processing never quietly convert into a deemed supply carrying tax and interest.
Send your query on call or WhatsApp and you hear back the same working day, usually within a few hours. When a due date is close or a notice has landed, waiting two days for a reply is simply not acceptable, and we know it.
At month end we remind you and collect sales invoices, purchase bills and credit notes in whatever format you maintain, including Excel, Tally exports or scanned copies.
We prepare invoice-wise outward supply details, validate GSTINs of your B2B customers, summarise B2C supplies and file GSTR-1 on the portal before the 11th.
We download your auto-drafted GSTR-2B, match it against purchase records, and claim only eligible input tax credit so that mismatches do not trigger scrutiny notices later.
We compute net tax payable after ITC set-off, share the working with you for approval, and generate the payment challan for any cash liability.
After your confirmation and tax payment, we file GSTR-3B before the 20th and send you both filed acknowledgements along with a one-page summary of the month.
Send these on WhatsApp (+91 - 9600 606 444) and we take it forward the same day.

Practical outcomes our clients measure us by.
New branches, new product lines and interstate sales all carry GST consequences. With standing professional support, you expand knowing registrations, invoicing and returns will keep pace with the business.
A fixed professional fee is almost always cheaper than the combination of late fees, interest, lost credit and staff hours that informal, last-minute compliance quietly accumulates over a year.
Continuous filing protects you from the suspension and cancellation proceedings that hit chronic non-filers, so your registration, e-way bill access and ability to issue tax invoices are never suddenly cut off.
Your billing staff are guided on invoice fields, rates and series discipline, so mistakes are prevented where they originate — at the counter — instead of being repaired later in the returns.
Where a genuine error is found in a past period, voluntary payment through DRC-03 before any notice issues closes the matter at minimal cost, instead of letting it ripen into a demand with penalty.
Advances received for services attract GST on receipt while advances for goods generally do not; applying this distinction correctly means you neither prepay tax unnecessarily nor omit a liability that surfaces later with interest.
| Aspect | With ChennaiGST | DIY / Unattended |
|---|---|---|
| When a notice arrives | A professional drafts the reply in the department's format and files it within the statutory window, such as thirty days for ASMT-11. | You face departmental language alone, and a missed reply deadline can convert a simple query into a demand with penalty. |
| Input tax credit | Purchase register matched against GSTR-2B each period, with defaulting suppliers chased so eligible credit is actually captured. | Credit claimed from books alone; mismatches with GSTR-2B mean lost credit or excess claims that invite departmental queries. |
| Supplier defaults | Suppliers who stop uploading invoices are identified within the period and pursued before their default becomes your blocked credit. | Missing supplier invoices surface only when credit is denied, by which time recovering the amount from the vendor is difficult. |
| Keeping up with changes | Rate changes, portal updates and new thresholds such as the Rs.5 crore e-invoice limit are tracked by us and applied to your case proactively. | Changes are discovered after the fact — often through a rejected filing, a blocked e-way bill or a departmental letter. |
| Late fees and interest | Filings go in ahead of statutory dates, so the Rs.50-per-day late fee and 18 percent interest never arise. | Late fees accumulate silently every delayed day, and interest on unpaid tax runs at 18 percent per annum. |
| Goods in transit | E-way bills generated correctly and matched to invoices, so consignments pass roadside inspections without detention or penalty. | A defective or missing e-way bill can mean detention at a checkpoint, with penalties that dwarf the tax on the consignment. |
Senthil Nagar Main Road is a residential street in Puzhal, about 1.0 km south-west of the centre of Puzhal. The same consultant covers the streets immediately around it — 2nd Cross Street (about 400 m); 6th main road (about 550 m); Kannagi Street (about 650 m); Gandhi Street (about 650 m) — so a site visit on Senthil Nagar Main Road can usually be combined with other work in Puzhal on the same trip. For GST purposes an address on Senthil Nagar Main Road falls under the Chennai North CGST Commissionerate, and the Puzhal pincode is 600066.

21st GST Council Meeting, Hyderabad — 9 September 2017 (PIB Release ID 1502268) · 2017-09-09
Faced with widespread filing difficulties, the Council approved a revised schedule for the first tax period: GSTR-1 for July 2017 to 10 October (3 October for taxpayers above Rs 100 crore turnover), GSTR-2 to 31 October, GSTR-3 to 10 November and GSTR-6 to 13 October. Table 4 of GSTR-4 was not to be filled for the July-September quarter and GSTR-4A was dispensed with. GSTR-3B was to continue for August to December 2017.
What it means for you: The invoice-matching return cycle of GSTR-1, 2 and 3 collapsed almost immediately, and GSTR-3B became the permanent monthly filing every Chennai business now does.
M/s. Ajay Agency v. State Tax Officer — Madras High Court, W.P. No. 8507 of 2023, decided 30 March 2023 (Anita Sumanth J.) · 2023-03-30
A consignment of power weeders was intercepted on 6 March 2023 at about 10.30 a.m., the e-way bill having expired at 11.59 p.m. the previous night. The taxpayer pleaded a vehicle breakdown. The Court declined to interfere, noting that the validity could have been extended within the permitted window and had not been, and that the officer's decision to detain and penalise under Section 129(1) was not unreasonable. The writ petition was dismissed with liberty to file a statutory appeal.
How we apply it: Chennai transporters must extend e-way bill validity within the permitted window when a vehicle breaks down; the High Court will not excuse an expired bill merely because of a breakdown.
Notification No. 2/2025-Compensation Cess (Rate), dated 17 September 2025 · 2025-09-17
Alongside the new rate schedules, this notification amends the 2017 compensation cess rate notification to bring the cess down to nil on nearly every entry with effect from 22 September 2025, because the goods that had carried cess were absorbed into the new eighteen and forty per cent rates. Only pan masala, tobacco and related products continued to carry cess after that date, pending discharge of the compensation loan obligations.
What it means for you: Car and aerated drink dealers stopped charging compensation cess from 22 September 2025 and should have cleared the balance in their separate cess credit ledger.
