One WhatsApp message is how most of our client relationships began. Send yours today and have GSTR-1 & GSTR-3B Monthly Filing in Royapettah handled end to end from Rs.749 — fee confirmed in writing first, documents straight from your phone, acknowledgement the day we file.
We serve businesses on and around Dr. Natesan Road — document pickup, in-person consultation at our Porur office, or fully online over WhatsApp.
Share your number — a senior GST consultant calls you back within 30 minutes.
Royapettah's trade centres on Express Avenue mall on Whites Road, the Zam Bazaar cluster and electronics and textile shops along Royapettah High Road. Landlords letting commercial space must charge 18 per cent GST on rent, while high-footfall B2C retailers struggle to reconcile POS turnover with GSTR-1 and GSTR-3B before the 11th and 20th deadlines each month. Years of working in and around Royapettah have shown us where GST trouble actually begins here — supplier defaults, classification doubts and deadlines lost in busy trading weeks. Our GSTR-1 & GSTR-3B Monthly Filing is built to close precisely those gaps, and the same team supports businesses in Triplicane and Teynampet, each with one point of contact and a compliance calendar maintained on their behalf.
Not a bulk-filing portal. A senior consultant knows your file, your jurisdiction and your deadlines.
Composition dealers have their own rulebook — CMP-08 every quarter, GSTR-4 annually by 30 June, bills of supply instead of tax invoices, and a turnover ceiling that must be watched. We handle each of these correctly so the scheme's simplicity never turns into a violation.
Sellers on Amazon, Flipkart and other marketplaces face a three-way match between marketplace reports, GSTR-1 and the TCS the operator deposits against your GSTIN. We reconcile all three every period and accept the TCS credit, so sellers in Royapettah never leave marketplace deductions unclaimed.
Quarterly filing still demands monthly attention — IFF uploads so your buyers see their credit on time, and tax payment through PMT-06 by the 25th for the first two months of each quarter. We run that monthly rhythm so QRMP saves you effort without creating gaps.
We are a Chennai firm with a physical office, not a faceless portal. If you prefer to sit across a table with your papers, you are welcome. Clients from Royapettah regularly visit us for registrations, notice discussions and annual return reviews.
GSTR-1 requires four-digit HSN reporting for turnover up to Rs.5 crore and six digits above it, and a wrong code often means a wrong rate. We verify the classification of what you actually supply, so your invoices and returns rest on defensible codes.
We tell you when the composition scheme stops making sense, when QRMP suits your cash flow, and when a supplier's non-compliance is quietly costing you credit. Filing is the minimum; helping you make better GST decisions is the actual job.
At month end we remind you and collect sales invoices, purchase bills and credit notes in whatever format you maintain, including Excel, Tally exports or scanned copies.
We prepare invoice-wise outward supply details, validate GSTINs of your B2B customers, summarise B2C supplies and file GSTR-1 on the portal before the 11th.
We download your auto-drafted GSTR-2B, match it against purchase records, and claim only eligible input tax credit so that mismatches do not trigger scrutiny notices later.
We compute net tax payable after ITC set-off, share the working with you for approval, and generate the payment challan for any cash liability.
After your confirmation and tax payment, we file GSTR-3B before the 20th and send you both filed acknowledgements along with a one-page summary of the month.
Send these on WhatsApp (+91 - 9600 606 444) and we take it forward the same day.

Practical outcomes our clients measure us by.
When a business winds up, proper cancellation and a timely final return ensure the file is genuinely closed, so no demand or late-fee computation resurfaces against you long after the shutters came down.
Sales returns, discounts and price revisions are adjusted through properly reported credit notes within the statutory window, so you never keep paying tax on turnover you have already reversed.
Whether moving between composition and regular scheme, opting into QRMP, or crossing the e-invoice threshold at Rs.5 crore, transitions are planned in advance rather than discovered after a compliance breach.
Late-fee waivers and amnesty windows notified by the GST Council are applied to your history within their deadlines, capturing reliefs that most businesses only hear about once the window has already closed.
Your billing staff are guided on invoice fields, rates and series discipline, so mistakes are prevented where they originate — at the counter — instead of being repaired later in the returns.
Where a genuine error is found in a past period, voluntary payment through DRC-03 before any notice issues closes the matter at minimal cost, instead of letting it ripen into a demand with penalty.
| Aspect | With ChennaiGST | DIY / Unattended |
|---|---|---|
| Keeping up with changes | Rate changes, portal updates and new thresholds such as the Rs.5 crore e-invoice limit are tracked by us and applied to your case proactively. | Changes are discovered after the fact — often through a rejected filing, a blocked e-way bill or a departmental letter. |
| Refund claims | RFD-01 filed with complete statements and annexures, tracked from ARN to bank credit, with any deficiency memo answered promptly. | Incomplete claims bounce back as deficiency memos while the refund sits unclaimed for months and working capital stays blocked. |
| Time cost | Roughly an hour a month to send data and approve drafts; the portal work, reconciliation and follow-up are ours. | Hours every month lost to portal errors, JSON files, OTP failures and reworking figures — usually on the due date itself. |
| Registration and amendments | Query-resistant applications prepared correctly the first time, with supporting documents matched to what proper officers actually verify. | Repeated clarification memos and resubmissions, with weeks lost because a rent agreement or premises photograph did not meet expectations. |
| Goods in transit | E-way bills generated correctly and matched to invoices, so consignments pass roadside inspections without detention or penalty. | A defective or missing e-way bill can mean detention at a checkpoint, with penalties that dwarf the tax on the consignment. |
| When a notice arrives | A professional drafts the reply in the department's format and files it within the statutory window, such as thirty days for ASMT-11. | You face departmental language alone, and a missed reply deadline can convert a simple query into a demand with penalty. |
Dr. Natesan Road is a secondary arterial road in Royapettah, about 1.3 km south-east of the centre of Royapettah. The same consultant covers the streets immediately around it — Chandra Bagh Avenue (about 400 m); Judge Jambulingam Street (about 450 m); Jagddambal Colony 1st Street (about 500 m); Jagddambal Colony 2nd Street (about 600 m) — so a site visit on Dr. Natesan Road can usually be combined with other work in Royapettah on the same trip. For GST purposes an address on Dr. Natesan Road falls under the Chennai North CGST Commissionerate, and the Royapettah pincode is 600014.

Notification No. 1/2017-Central Tax (Rate), dated 28 June 2017 (G.S.R. 673(E)) · 2017-06-28
This was the founding rate notification for goods. It listed every taxable item against its Customs Tariff heading in six schedules, prescribing central tax of 2.5, 6, 9, 14, 1.5 and 0.125 per cent, which with the matching State tax gave the familiar 5, 12, 18, 28, 3 and 0.25 per cent rates. Anything not listed in a schedule or exempted separately fell to the residual 18 per cent rate. It was amended dozens of times before being superseded on 22 September 2025.
Practical effect: For any dispute about a supply made up to 21 September 2025, the rate must be traced to the schedule entry of this notification as it stood on the date of supply, not to today's rate.
India Yamaha Motor (P) Ltd v. Assistant Commissioner — Madras High Court, W.P. No. 19044 of 2019, decided 29 August 2022 (Anita Sumanth J.) · 2022-08-29
The taxpayer argued that because credit was sitting in its electronic credit ledger, no interest should arise on delayed returns. The Madras High Court largely rejected this, confirming an interest demand of about Rs. 1.19 crore and holding that credit is set off against output tax only when it is actually debited at the time the return is filed. Availability of a credit balance, without an accompanying return, does not amount to discharge of tax.
Why this matters: Sitting on an unused credit balance is no defence to interest — the return must actually be filed and the credit debited for the liability to be treated as discharged.
WABCO India Ltd - AAR Tamil Nadu, Order No. TN/10/AAR/2018, dated 27 September 2018 · 2018-09-27
The manufacturer supplied electrical wiring harness, essentially electrical wire with connectors at both ends, used in motor vehicles, and asked whether it should be classified as a motor vehicle part or as insulated electrical conductors. The Authority classified the product under heading 8544, which covers insulated wire and cable fitted with connectors, taxable at 9 percent central tax and 9 percent State tax following Notification No. 41/2017-Central Tax (Rate) dated 14 November 2017, the earlier rate having been higher.
How we apply it: Chennai auto component makers should classify by the tariff description of the article itself, not by the vehicle it eventually goes into.
