Late fees, blocked credit and mismatch notices cost far more than professional help ever will. We complete GST Notice Reply for Korukkupet businesses from Rs.2,999, matching every figure against portal data before anything reaches the department.
We serve businesses on and around Alagammal Street — document pickup, in-person consultation at our Porur office, or fully online over WhatsApp.
Share your number — a senior GST consultant calls you back within 30 minutes.
Korukkupet is defined by the oil marketing company terminals off Thiruvottiyur High Road and Ennore High Road, the Korukkupet goods shed and the Cochrane Basin Road level crossing. Tanker fleet owners, terminal contractors, clearing agents and the Kalmandapam Road trading rows work around petroleum products staying outside GST, blocked input credit on such supplies, and reverse charge on inward goods transport. From a first registration to the annual return, the full range of GST Notice Reply is available to Korukkupet businesses without stepping far from the shop or office — documents travel over WhatsApp, and our Chennai premises are open to anyone who prefers a face-to-face discussion. We serve Old Washermanpet and Tondiarpet on the same footing, applying one rule everywhere: reconcile before filing, file before the due date, and keep the client informed at every stage.
Not a bulk-filing portal. A senior consultant knows your file, your jurisdiction and your deadlines.
The annual return and, where turnover crosses Rs.5 crore, the self-certified reconciliation statement in GSTR-9C are prepared by the same team that filed your monthly returns. Nothing about your year has to be rediscovered or explained to a stranger in December.
New GSTIN applications, core field amendments through REG-14, additional places of business — we prepare complete, query-resistant applications the first time. Clean paperwork is the difference between smooth approval and weeks lost answering clarification memos from the department.
Winding up attracts its own GST obligations — the cancellation application, reversal of credit on closing stock, and the final return in GSTR-10 within three months. We close registrations properly so a business you shut in Korukkupet never writes back to you as a demand years later.
Businesses with registrations in more than one State, or multiple branches under one PAN, face cross-charge, stock transfer and input service distribution questions that single-GSTIN firms never see. We keep all your registrations consistent with each other, not just compliant individually.
GST is confusing enough without a language barrier. Our team explains notices, tax positions and filing requirements in plain Tamil or English, whichever you and your staff in Korukkupet are comfortable with, and keeps written communication simple and jargon-free.
Tally, Zoho Books, Busy, marketplace reports, plain Excel or even a handwritten bill book — we take your data in whatever form your Korukkupet business already maintains it. You are never forced to buy new software or retrain staff just to become our client.
We read the notice line by line, identify the section invoked, the periods covered, the exact information sought and the deadline for response.
The figures alleged in the notice are reconciled against your filed returns, GSTR-2B and books, so the reply is grounded in verifiable numbers rather than assertions.
We draft a professional, point-wise reply addressing every allegation, attaching reconciliations, invoices and legal support, and share the draft with you for approval.
The approved reply is filed on the portal within the deadline. Where a small genuine liability exists, we advise payment through DRC-03 to limit interest and penalty.
We monitor the portal for the officer's response, attend to any further queries or hearing dates, and pursue the matter until a closure or order is received.
Send these on WhatsApp (+91 - 9600 606 444) and we take it forward the same day.
Timeline: Draft reply in 3-5 working days · No hidden charges · GST invoice provided
Practical outcomes our clients measure us by.
Loan applications and government tenders routinely demand GST returns and registration documents. With everything filed and archived properly, you can produce a complete compliance file within hours instead of days.
Each period you receive a simple computation showing output tax, credit utilised and net cash payable, so GST becomes a number you understand and question rather than a figure you accept blindly.
Amounts deducted by government buyers as GST TDS and by marketplaces as TCS are accepted on the portal each period, so money withheld against your GSTIN actually reaches your cash ledger instead of lying unclaimed.
When GST knowledge lives inside a single staff member, their resignation becomes a compliance crisis. With our firm as the standing process, your filings continue uninterrupted regardless of internal staff changes.
Advances received for services attract GST on receipt while advances for goods generally do not; applying this distinction correctly means you neither prepay tax unnecessarily nor omit a liability that surfaces later with interest.
Getting IGST versus CGST and SGST right at the invoice stage spares you the painful cycle of paying the correct head again and pursuing a refund of the amount paid under the wrong one.
| Aspect | With ChennaiGST | DIY / Unattended |
|---|---|---|
| Portal credentials and data | Logins handled by a small engaged team under strict confidentiality, with credentials stored securely and never passed onward. | Passwords circulating on chats with freelancers and part-timers, and no accountability for who has accessed your business data. |
| Record keeping | Every return, challan, acknowledgement and working paper archived in an organised folder, retrievable in minutes years later. | Documents scattered across email, downloads and old phones; assembling records for a bank or an audit takes days. |
| Due-date tracking | A maintained compliance calendar with internal cut-offs days before the 11th and the 20th; we chase you for data, not the other way around. | Deadlines remembered from memory or phone alarms; one busy week and the return slips past the due date. |
| Goods in transit | E-way bills generated correctly and matched to invoices, so consignments pass roadside inspections without detention or penalty. | A defective or missing e-way bill can mean detention at a checkpoint, with penalties that dwarf the tax on the consignment. |
| When a notice arrives | A professional drafts the reply in the department's format and files it within the statutory window, such as thirty days for ASMT-11. | You face departmental language alone, and a missed reply deadline can convert a simple query into a demand with penalty. |
| Input tax credit | Purchase register matched against GSTR-2B each period, with defaulting suppliers chased so eligible credit is actually captured. | Credit claimed from books alone; mismatches with GSTR-2B mean lost credit or excess claims that invite departmental queries. |
Alagammal Street is a secondary arterial road in Korukkupet, about 1.5 km south-east of the centre of Korukkupet. The same consultant covers the streets immediately around it — N N Garden (about 300 m); East Cemetery Road (about 450 m); West Cemetery Road (about 650 m); Vijayaraghavelu Road (about 800 m) — so a site visit on Alagammal Street can usually be combined with other work in Korukkupet on the same trip. For GST purposes an address on Alagammal Street falls under the Chennai North CGST Commissionerate, and the Korukkupet pincode is 600021.
Road classification and position from OpenStreetMap; distances are straight-line and approximate. Jurisdiction must be confirmed on your own registration certificate.
A working knowledge of recent instruments and judgments is what separates a defensible filing from a risky one.
Agarwal Foundries (P) Ltd v. Union of India — Telangana High Court, judgment dated 6 November 2020 · 2020-11-06
The petitioners alleged assault during a GST enquiry, supported by a hospital record of a blunt injury. The High Court held that tax officers, conducting what are administrative and not criminal proceedings, have no authority to use violence, and that freedom from torture is part of Article 21. It restrained any use of force, confined questioning to weekdays between 10.30 a.m. and 5.00 p.m., permitted counsel to be present within visible but not audible distance, and moved the enquiry away from the officer concerned.
How we apply it: During a summons or search you are entitled to civil treatment, reasonable hours and the presence of your advisor within sight — insist on it and record any breach at once.
Notification No. 31/2020-Central Tax · 2020-04-03
For the February, March and April 2020 tax periods CBIC lowered the interest rate on late GSTR-3B payment. Taxpayers with aggregate turnover above Rs 5 crore paid no interest for the first fifteen days after the due date and nine per cent thereafter, provided the return was filed by 24 June 2020. Taxpayers with turnover up to Rs 5 crore paid no interest at all if they filed within the extended dates specified for their turnover slab.
What to do about it: Interest demands for February to April 2020 must be recomputed under this concessional table, and many DRC-01 interest computations for that period are simply wrong.
CBIC Frequently Asked Questions on GST on pre-packaged and labelled goods, dated 17 July 2022 · 2022-07-17
A day before the change took effect, the Tax Research Unit issued FAQs explaining that the expression takes its meaning from the Legal Metrology Act, 2009 and covers commodities intended for retail sale in packs of up to twenty-five kilograms or twenty-five litres that must bear statutory declarations. A single package above that limit is not covered, nor are packs supplied to an industrial or institutional consumer. Loose sale from a large pack by a retailer does not attract the levy.
How we apply it: A fifty-kilogram rice bag sold as one package stays outside the levy, but the moment it is repacked into labelled retail bags of twenty-five kilograms or less, five per cent applies.

Upload the PDF to our free GST Notice Analyser. It identifies which of 34 notice types you have, pulls out the DIN, GSTIN and tax period, reads the reply date printed on the notice and tells you plainly whether that date has already passed — along with the documents and reconciliations you will need. No payment, no account. If the notice does not state a date we can read, it says so rather than guessing one for you.

The analyser reports what your notice says and the statutory position for that form. It is not a substitute for a consultant reading your actual records, and a reply should be reviewed before you file it.
