Late fees, blocked credit and mismatch notices cost far more than professional help ever will. We complete GSTR-1 & GSTR-3B Monthly Filing for Little Mount businesses from Rs.749, matching every figure against portal data before anything reaches the department.
We serve businesses on and around Guindy Bridge — document pickup, in-person consultation at our Porur office, or fully online over WhatsApp.
Share your number — a senior GST consultant calls you back within 30 minutes.
Little Mount sits where Anna Salai meets Sardar Patel Road at the Maraimalai Adigal Bridge, anchored by the hilltop Little Mount Shrine, the state Highways Department campus and its metro station, with auto workshops and small traders spilling over from Saidapet. Works contractors billing government departments here face 2 per cent GST TDS and must reconcile GSTR-7 credits, while small garages battle recurring GSTR-3B late fees. We have supported businesses of exactly this profile with GSTR-1 & GSTR-3B Monthly Filing across Little Mount for years, along with clients from Saidapet and Guindy. The engagement is simple: one point of contact, a clear fee, documents over WhatsApp or in person at our Chennai office, and senior review before anything is submitted on the portal. What you get in return is clean filings, archived records and far fewer reasons for the department to write to you.
Not a bulk-filing portal. A senior consultant knows your file, your jurisdiction and your deadlines.
We are a Chennai firm with a physical office, not a faceless portal. If you prefer to sit across a table with your papers, you are welcome. Clients from Little Mount regularly visit us for registrations, notice discussions and annual return reviews.
Traders, manufacturers, contractors, e-commerce sellers, professionals and service exporters — we have handled GST for all of them. Whatever mix of goods and services your Little Mount business supplies, the rate, classification and place-of-supply questions have almost certainly crossed our desk before.
GSTR-1 by the 11th, GSTR-3B by the 20th, CMP-08 by the 18th after each quarter — we maintain a compliance calendar for every client and start chasing your data well before the due date, so late fees never enter the picture.
Composition dealers have their own rulebook — CMP-08 every quarter, GSTR-4 annually by 30 June, bills of supply instead of tax invoices, and a turnover ceiling that must be watched. We handle each of these correctly so the scheme's simplicity never turns into a violation.
You are told the full fee before we begin, in writing. No surprise additions for uploads, revisions or acknowledgements. Government fees and taxes, where applicable, are shown separately, so businesses in Little Mount always know exactly what the engagement costs them.
When an ADT-01 audit intimation or a personal hearing date arrives, we compile the records, prepare the reconciliations and draft the submissions, and coordinate closely with your authorised representative. You walk into the proceeding prepared, not improvising in front of an officer.
At month end we remind you and collect sales invoices, purchase bills and credit notes in whatever format you maintain, including Excel, Tally exports or scanned copies.
We prepare invoice-wise outward supply details, validate GSTINs of your B2B customers, summarise B2C supplies and file GSTR-1 on the portal before the 11th.
We download your auto-drafted GSTR-2B, match it against purchase records, and claim only eligible input tax credit so that mismatches do not trigger scrutiny notices later.
We compute net tax payable after ITC set-off, share the working with you for approval, and generate the payment challan for any cash liability.
After your confirmation and tax payment, we file GSTR-3B before the 20th and send you both filed acknowledgements along with a one-page summary of the month.
Send these on WhatsApp (+91 - 9600 606 444) and we take it forward the same day.

Practical outcomes our clients measure us by.
You know your expected GST outflow days before the 20th, not on the night of filing. That advance visibility lets you plan payments, collections and bank balances instead of scrambling for funds at the deadline.
Interest on delayed GST payment runs at 18 percent per annum, which is costlier than most working capital finance. Timely computation and payment through our calendar keeps that meter permanently at zero.
Complete RFD-01 applications with proper statements and annexures move through the system faster and attract fewer deficiency memos, which means export and inverted-duty refunds reach your bank account sooner.
Correct e-way bills matched to correct invoices mean your consignments clear roadside inspections cleanly, avoiding detention proceedings whose penalties can far exceed the tax on the goods being carried.
Whether moving between composition and regular scheme, opting into QRMP, or crossing the e-invoice threshold at Rs.5 crore, transitions are planned in advance rather than discovered after a compliance breach.
Your billing staff are guided on invoice fields, rates and series discipline, so mistakes are prevented where they originate — at the counter — instead of being repaired later in the returns.
| Aspect | With ChennaiGST | DIY / Unattended |
|---|---|---|
| Due-date tracking | A maintained compliance calendar with internal cut-offs days before the 11th and the 20th; we chase you for data, not the other way around. | Deadlines remembered from memory or phone alarms; one busy week and the return slips past the due date. |
| Goods in transit | E-way bills generated correctly and matched to invoices, so consignments pass roadside inspections without detention or penalty. | A defective or missing e-way bill can mean detention at a checkpoint, with penalties that dwarf the tax on the consignment. |
| Time cost | Roughly an hour a month to send data and approve drafts; the portal work, reconciliation and follow-up are ours. | Hours every month lost to portal errors, JSON files, OTP failures and reworking figures — usually on the due date itself. |
| When a notice arrives | A professional drafts the reply in the department's format and files it within the statutory window, such as thirty days for ASMT-11. | You face departmental language alone, and a missed reply deadline can convert a simple query into a demand with penalty. |
| Portal credentials and data | Logins handled by a small engaged team under strict confidentiality, with credentials stored securely and never passed onward. | Passwords circulating on chats with freelancers and part-timers, and no accountability for who has accessed your business data. |
| Late fees and interest | Filings go in ahead of statutory dates, so the Rs.50-per-day late fee and 18 percent interest never arise. | Late fees accumulate silently every delayed day, and interest on unpaid tax runs at 18 percent per annum. |
Guindy Bridge is a primary arterial road in Little Mount, about 1.1 km south-west of the centre of Little Mount. The same consultant covers the streets immediately around it — Racecourse Road (about 200 m); Race Course Interior Road (about 400 m); U turn in Guindy (about 700 m); Abraham Bridge (about 800 m) — so a site visit on Guindy Bridge can usually be combined with other work in Little Mount on the same trip. GSTN Advisory dated 23 August 2024 — Rule 10A bank account furnishing · 2024-08-23
GSTN advised that under Rule 10A of the CGST Rules, registered taxpayers must furnish valid bank account details within 30 days of registration or before filing GSTR-1 or IFF, whichever is earlier. From 1 September 2024 the portal blocks GSTR-1 and IFF filing for taxpayers whose bank account details are not available and validated on the portal. The measure targets fraudulent registrations created without genuine banking trails.
What it means for you: Newly registered businesses should add and validate their bank account on the portal immediately after registration to avoid a filing blockage.
TVH Lumbini Square Owners Association - AAR Tamil Nadu, Order No. 25/ARA/2019, dated 21 June 2019 · 2019-06-21
A residents welfare association collected monthly maintenance contributions from its members. The Authority held that where the contribution per member exceeds Rs. 7,500 a month, GST is payable on the entire contribution and not merely on the amount above Rs. 7,500. The Madras High Court subsequently held, in Greenwood Owners Association, that only the excess over Rs. 7,500 is taxable, and associations now follow that judicial position.
How we apply it: Chennai apartment associations should apply the High Court position carefully and keep member-wise workings ready for departmental scrutiny.
Circular No. 170/02/2022-GST · 2022-07-06
The Board made it mandatory to report inter-State supplies made to unregistered persons, composition dealers and UIN holders correctly in Table 3.2 of GSTR-3B, consistent with GSTR-1. It also reset Table 4. Total credit as per GSTR-2B is taken in Table 4(A), permanent reversals such as Rules 42 and 43 and blocked credit under Section 17(5) are shown in Table 4(B)(1), temporary reversals in Table 4(B)(2), and credit reclaimed later is shown in 4(A)(5) with 4(D)(1).
What it means for you: Chennai businesses should follow this exact reporting pattern in every GSTR-3B, because scrutiny notices in ASMT-10 routinely compare Table 4 figures with GSTR-2B line by line.
