Most of it happens without you leaving your shop counter. Share your documents on WhatsApp, approve the prepared draft, and your GSTR-1 & GSTR-3B Monthly Filing is completed on the portal from Rs.749 — by a Chennai team that businesses across Peravallur have relied on for years.
We serve businesses on and around 1st circular road — document pickup, in-person consultation at our Porur office, or fully online over WhatsApp.
Share your number — a senior GST consultant calls you back within 30 minutes.
Businesses in Peravallur looking for GSTR-1 & GSTR-3B Monthly Filing want two things: work done correctly and someone answerable when questions come. Peravallur runs between Paper Mills Road, Constable Road and the 70 Feet Road, a belt of job work machine shops, welding and powder coating units, timber and hardware yards and lorry booking offices feeding Perambur Loco Works. GKM Colony, SRP Colony and Periyar Nagar add provision stores and rented godowns off Venkatesan Road and Karthikeyan Road. Job work challans under ITC-04, unregistered labour on reverse charge and e-way bills for short hauls are the recurring headaches. We serve this belt — including Perambur and Kolathur — with fixed fees quoted upfront, a written document checklist, and filings completed ahead of statutory due dates. Every acknowledgement is shared the day it is generated, and our support continues if the department raises any query on work we have filed.
Not a bulk-filing portal. A senior consultant knows your file, your jurisdiction and your deadlines.
You deal with one accountable person who knows your business, your turnover pattern and your filing history. No repeating your story to a new voice every month, and no file falling between two desks when a deadline is approaching.
Goods sent to job workers must move on delivery challans, return within the statutory period, and be reported in ITC-04. We track every outward and return leg for manufacturing clients in Peravallur, so inputs sent out for processing never quietly convert into a deemed supply carrying tax and interest.
No filing leaves our desk on a junior's judgement alone. A senior GST practitioner reviews your figures, ITC claims and tax computation before submission, so errors are caught at our table and not by the department months later through a notice.
Send your query on call or WhatsApp and you hear back the same working day, usually within a few hours. When a due date is close or a notice has landed, waiting two days for a reply is simply not acceptable, and we know it.
Your cash ledger, credit ledger and liability register are reviewed regularly, not just at filing time. Excess balances are flagged for use or refund, and where a genuine slip surfaces, a voluntary payment through DRC-03 settles it before it can mature into a notice.
Quarterly filing still demands monthly attention — IFF uploads so your buyers see their credit on time, and tax payment through PMT-06 by the 25th for the first two months of each quarter. We run that monthly rhythm so QRMP saves you effort without creating gaps.
At month end we remind you and collect sales invoices, purchase bills and credit notes in whatever format you maintain, including Excel, Tally exports or scanned copies.
We prepare invoice-wise outward supply details, validate GSTINs of your B2B customers, summarise B2C supplies and file GSTR-1 on the portal before the 11th.
We download your auto-drafted GSTR-2B, match it against purchase records, and claim only eligible input tax credit so that mismatches do not trigger scrutiny notices later.
We compute net tax payable after ITC set-off, share the working with you for approval, and generate the payment challan for any cash liability.
After your confirmation and tax payment, we file GSTR-3B before the 20th and send you both filed acknowledgements along with a one-page summary of the month.
Send these on WhatsApp (+91 - 9600 606 444) and we take it forward the same day.
Timeline: Filed before the 11th and 20th of every month · No hidden charges · GST invoice provided
Rs.7,999/year
Practical outcomes our clients measure us by.
The hours you or your accountant spent wrestling with the portal, JSON errors and reconciliations every month return to sales, operations and customers, while trained hands manage the compliance in the background.
Interest on delayed GST payment runs at 18 percent per annum, which is costlier than most working capital finance. Timely computation and payment through our calendar keeps that meter permanently at zero.
Tax positions, rate choices and credit calls are documented as they are made, so if a question arises years later, the reasoning and evidence are on file rather than in someone's fading memory.
Systematic GSTR-2B matching and supplier follow-up mean input tax credit that was leaking away under self-filing is captured each month, directly reducing the cash you pay out with every GSTR-3B.
Your billing staff are guided on invoice fields, rates and series discipline, so mistakes are prevented where they originate — at the counter — instead of being repaired later in the returns.
Correct, complete tax invoices signal a well-run business to customers, vendors and banks alike, quietly strengthening your credibility in every transaction where your paperwork is seen.
| Aspect | With ChennaiGST | DIY / Unattended |
|---|---|---|
| Risk of notices | GSTR-1, GSTR-3B and GSTR-2B reconciled before filing, removing the mismatches that trigger most scrutiny notices. | Inconsistent figures across returns quietly build a mismatch history that surfaces later as ASMT-10 scrutiny or a demand notice. |
| Annual return preparation | Monthly reconciliations roll naturally into GSTR-9, filed comfortably before 31 December with figures already agreed through the year. | Twelve months of unmatched data reconstructed in December, with differences discovered too late to be corrected cleanly. |
| Late fees and interest | Filings go in ahead of statutory dates, so the Rs.50-per-day late fee and 18 percent interest never arise. | Late fees accumulate silently every delayed day, and interest on unpaid tax runs at 18 percent per annum. |
| Portal credentials and data | Logins handled by a small engaged team under strict confidentiality, with credentials stored securely and never passed onward. | Passwords circulating on chats with freelancers and part-timers, and no accountability for who has accessed your business data. |
| Goods in transit | E-way bills generated correctly and matched to invoices, so consignments pass roadside inspections without detention or penalty. | A defective or missing e-way bill can mean detention at a checkpoint, with penalties that dwarf the tax on the consignment. |
| Time cost | Roughly an hour a month to send data and approve drafts; the portal work, reconciliation and follow-up are ours. | Hours every month lost to portal errors, JSON files, OTP failures and reworking figures — usually on the due date itself. |
1st circular road is a residential street in Peravallur, about 300 m north-east of the centre of Peravallur. The same consultant covers the streets immediately around it — 9th Street (about 200 m); 1st Cross Street (about 300 m); 11th Street (about 400 m); Jambulingam Main Road (about 450 m) — so a site visit on 1st circular road can usually be combined with other work in Peravallur on the same trip. For GST purposes an address on 1st circular road falls under the Chennai North CGST Commissionerate, and the Peravallur pincode is 600082.
Road classification and position from OpenStreetMap; distances are straight-line and approximate. Jurisdiction must be confirmed on your own registration certificate.
We track every notification, circular and judgment that changes a filing position, so your returns and replies reflect the current law.
M/s. Caterpillar India (P) Ltd v. State Tax Officer — Madras High Court, W.P. Nos. 5075, 5076, 5078, 5081, 5128, 5185 and 5189 of 2019, decided 26 February 2019 (Anita Sumanth J.) · 2019-02-26
Consignments were detained because the e-way bills accompanying them had expired. The Court directed immediate release on furnishing a bank guarantee and, importantly, directed the assessing officer to consider whether the lapse was a substantive violation or only a technical breach, having regard to Sections 122, 125 and 126 of the CGST Act. Adjudication was to be completed within four weeks, with amounts already remitted by the transporter adjusted against the final determination.
Practical effect: A Chennai consignor whose goods are held for a stale e-way bill can seek release against security while pressing that Section 126 requires leniency for minor procedural lapses.
Notification No. 01/2017-Central Tax dated 19.06.2017 · 2017-06-19
This was the first notification issued under the CGST Act. It appointed 22 June 2017 as the date on which the preliminary and registration provisions came into force, including sections 1 to 5, section 10 (composition levy) and sections 22 to 30, which deal with who must register, compulsory registration, the procedure for registration, amendment of registration and cancellation. It opened the GST registration window before the tax itself became payable.
What to do about it: Every Chennai registration granted on or after 22 June 2017 traces its legal authority to this notification, so registration certificates dated from that day are validly issued.
13th GST Council Meeting, New Delhi — 31 March 2017 (Signed Minutes, Agenda Items 2 and 3) · 2017-03-31
The Council approved in principle four draft GST Rules covering Input Tax Credit, Valuation, Transitional Provisions and Composition, and approved the amended versions of five rules already cleared earlier, namely Registration, Return, Payment, Refund, and Invoice and Debit or Credit Note. The rules were to be circulated to the States and placed in the public domain for comment before final approval, which is how the CGST Rules, 2017 took the shape businesses work with today.
What to do about it: The invoicing, credit and refund procedures a Chennai business follows are governed by rules whose architecture was settled at this single meeting.
