Reliable GST Notice Reply for Puzhuthivakkam businesses at a clear, fixed fee starting Rs.2,999. We handle the documentation, portal work and follow-up, you approve the draft before anything is filed, and the acknowledgement reaches you on WhatsApp the moment the filing goes through.

Share your number — a senior GST consultant calls you back within 30 minutes.
Puzhuthivakkam's commerce runs along Bazaar Road and Bazaar Main Road off Sabari Salai, where provision wholesalers, bakeries, silk shops and clinics serve the Union Carbide Colony, Hindu Colony and Vijayanagar blocks and the crowd around the Puzhuthivakkam Bus Stand. Traders stocking loose grains and pulses alongside pre-packaged and labelled goods repeatedly get the five per cent pre-packaged levy and the Rule 42 credit reversal on exempt turnover wrong. Against that backdrop, GST Notice Reply in Puzhuthivakkam demands more than data entry — it needs reconciliation before filing, correct classification and awareness of what local officers examine. Our Chennai team provides exactly that to clients in Puzhuthivakkam, Ullagaram and Madipakkam, with same-day responses on working days and WhatsApp updates at every stage. Most routine engagements complete within one to two working days once documents are in hand.
Not a bulk-filing portal. A senior consultant knows your file, your jurisdiction and your deadlines.
Most GST notices trace back to mismatches between GSTR-1, GSTR-3B and GSTR-2B. We reconcile these before filing, not after a notice arrives, so your returns are internally consistent and the most common triggers for ASMT-10 scrutiny simply never appear.
Winding up attracts its own GST obligations — the cancellation application, reversal of credit on closing stock, and the final return in GSTR-10 within three months. We close registrations properly so a business you shut in Puzhuthivakkam never writes back to you as a demand years later.
If your GSTR-1 and GSTR-3B start drifting apart, if a large supplier stops filing, or if your turnover approaches the e-invoice threshold, we flag it to you immediately. Early warnings from our side are cheaper than departmental letters later.
The annual return and, where turnover crosses Rs.5 crore, the self-certified reconciliation statement in GSTR-9C are prepared by the same team that filed your monthly returns. Nothing about your year has to be rediscovered or explained to a stranger in December.
OTP failures, DSC errors, stuck submissions on due-date evenings — we deal with the GST portal daily and know the workarounds. When the site misbehaves on the 20th, our team keeps retrying and escalating so your return still goes through.
Quarterly filing still demands monthly attention — IFF uploads so your buyers see their credit on time, and tax payment through PMT-06 by the 25th for the first two months of each quarter. We run that monthly rhythm so QRMP saves you effort without creating gaps.
We read the notice line by line, identify the section invoked, the periods covered, the exact information sought and the deadline for response.
The figures alleged in the notice are reconciled against your filed returns, GSTR-2B and books, so the reply is grounded in verifiable numbers rather than assertions.
We draft a professional, point-wise reply addressing every allegation, attaching reconciliations, invoices and legal support, and share the draft with you for approval.
The approved reply is filed on the portal within the deadline. Where a small genuine liability exists, we advise payment through DRC-03 to limit interest and penalty.
We monitor the portal for the officer's response, attend to any further queries or hearing dates, and pursue the matter until a closure or order is received.
Send these on WhatsApp (+91 - 9600 606 444) and we take it forward the same day.
Timeline: Draft reply in 3-5 working days · No hidden charges · GST invoice provided
Practical outcomes our clients measure us by.
A fixed professional fee is almost always cheaper than the combination of late fees, interest, lost credit and staff hours that informal, last-minute compliance quietly accumulates over a year.
Systematic GSTR-2B matching and supplier follow-up mean input tax credit that was leaking away under self-filing is captured each month, directly reducing the cash you pay out with every GSTR-3B.
We spot suppliers who stop uploading invoices or filing returns and alert you before their default becomes your blocked credit, letting you recover amounts or switch vendors while the exposure is still small.
Funding rounds, partnerships and business sales all begin with a compliance check. A clean, documented GST history lets you clear that scrutiny quickly instead of watching a deal stall over old filing gaps.
Correct e-way bills matched to correct invoices mean your consignments clear roadside inspections cleanly, avoiding detention proceedings whose penalties can far exceed the tax on the goods being carried.
Late-fee waivers and amnesty windows notified by the GST Council are applied to your history within their deadlines, capturing reliefs that most businesses only hear about once the window has already closed.
| Aspect | With ChennaiGST | DIY / Unattended |
|---|---|---|
| Risk of notices | GSTR-1, GSTR-3B and GSTR-2B reconciled before filing, removing the mismatches that trigger most scrutiny notices. | Inconsistent figures across returns quietly build a mismatch history that surfaces later as ASMT-10 scrutiny or a demand notice. |
| Late fees and interest | Filings go in ahead of statutory dates, so the Rs.50-per-day late fee and 18 percent interest never arise. | Late fees accumulate silently every delayed day, and interest on unpaid tax runs at 18 percent per annum. |
| Refund claims | RFD-01 filed with complete statements and annexures, tracked from ARN to bank credit, with any deficiency memo answered promptly. | Incomplete claims bounce back as deficiency memos while the refund sits unclaimed for months and working capital stays blocked. |
| Keeping up with changes | Rate changes, portal updates and new thresholds such as the Rs.5 crore e-invoice limit are tracked by us and applied to your case proactively. | Changes are discovered after the fact — often through a rejected filing, a blocked e-way bill or a departmental letter. |
| Time cost | Roughly an hour a month to send data and approve drafts; the portal work, reconciliation and follow-up are ours. | Hours every month lost to portal errors, JSON files, OTP failures and reworking figures — usually on the due date itself. |
| Record keeping | Every return, challan, acknowledgement and working paper archived in an organised folder, retrievable in minutes years later. | Documents scattered across email, downloads and old phones; assembling records for a bank or an audit takes days. |
Bazaar Main Road is a secondary arterial road in Puzhuthivakkam, about 900 m south-east of the centre of Puzhuthivakkam. The same consultant covers the streets immediately around it — Arumugam Road (about 200 m); Nakeeran Road (about 250 m); 4th main road (about 300 m); 3rd main road sivaram Street (about 350 m) — so a site visit on Bazaar Main Road can usually be combined with other work in Puzhuthivakkam on the same trip. For GST purposes an address on Bazaar Main Road falls under the Chennai South CGST Commissionerate, and the Puzhuthivakkam pincode is 600091.

M/s. New PSP Traders v. Deputy State Tax Officer — Madras High Court (Madurai Bench), W.P.(MD) No. 17026 of 2025, decided 25 June 2025 (C. Saravanan J.) · 2025-06-25
The assessment orders had denied input tax credit purely because the returns were filed after the Section 16(4) cut-off. The Court held that the challenge was squarely covered by newly inserted Section 16(5), which permits credit on invoices relating to the financial years 2017-18 to 2020-21 if taken in any return filed up to 30 November 2021, notwithstanding Section 16(4). The impugned orders were quashed and the matter remitted for fresh orders consistent with the amendment.
Why this matters: A Chennai dealer whose ITC for 2017-18 to 2020-21 was disallowed only for late filing should apply for rectification or move the High Court, since Section 16(5) now protects that credit.
54th GST Council Meeting, New Delhi — 9 September 2024 · 2024-09-09
The Council reduced GST on three cancer drugs — Trastuzumab Deruxtecan, Osimertinib and Durvalumab — from 12 per cent to 5 per cent. Extruded or expanded savoury snacks and namkeens were cut from 18 per cent to 12 per cent prospectively, aligning them with similar ready-to-eat namkeens, while un-fried snack pellets stayed at 5 per cent. The Council also brought roof-mounted package unit (RMPU) air conditioning machines for railways under 28 per cent and moved car seats from 18 per cent to 28 per cent.
Practical effect: Snack manufacturers and distributors in Chennai should apply 12 per cent prospectively from the notification date, keeping evidence of the cut-off for past-period disputes.
Notification No. 16/2021-Central Tax · 2021-06-01
This notification brought into force Section 112 of the Finance Act, 2021, which substituted the proviso to Section 50(1) of the CGST Act with retrospective effect from 1 July 2017. The result is that interest on late payment of tax through a delayed GSTR-3B is chargeable only on the portion discharged in cash, for all periods from the inception of GST, and not merely from September 2020. This ended the large body of litigation over gross-liability interest demands.
Why this matters: Every interest demand computed on gross liability for any period since July 2017 is unsustainable, and this is one of the most useful notifications to cite in a Chennai interest dispute.

Upload the PDF to our free GST Notice Analyser. It identifies which of 34 notice types you have, pulls out the DIN, GSTIN and tax period, reads the reply date printed on the notice and tells you plainly whether that date has already passed — along with the documents and reconciliations you will need. No payment, no account. If the notice does not state a date we can read, it says so rather than guessing one for you.
