Most of it happens without you leaving your shop counter. Share your documents on WhatsApp, approve the prepared draft, and your GSTR-1 & GSTR-3B Monthly Filing is completed on the portal from Rs.749 — by a Chennai team that businesses across Teynampet have relied on for years.
We serve businesses on and around Ellaiamman Colony — document pickup, in-person consultation at our Porur office, or fully online over WhatsApp.
Share your number — a senior GST consultant calls you back within 30 minutes.
Teynampet's Anna Salai corridor houses corporate headquarters, media and advertising agencies, car dealerships and star hotels between Cenotaph Road and Cathedral Road. Multi-state companies here wrestle with ISD registration and cross-charge between branches, hotels handle rate slabs on rooms and banquets, and agencies routinely see GSTR-2B mismatches on high-volume vendor invoices that block input tax credit. Against that backdrop, GSTR-1 & GSTR-3B Monthly Filing in Teynampet demands more than data entry — it needs reconciliation before filing, correct classification and awareness of what local officers examine. Our Chennai team provides exactly that to clients in Teynampet, Alwarpet and Nandanam, with same-day responses on working days and WhatsApp updates at every stage. Most routine engagements complete within one to two working days once documents are in hand.
Not a bulk-filing portal. A senior consultant knows your file, your jurisdiction and your deadlines.
OTP failures, DSC errors, stuck submissions on due-date evenings — we deal with the GST portal daily and know the workarounds. When the site misbehaves on the 20th, our team keeps retrying and escalating so your return still goes through.
Businesses with registrations in more than one State, or multiple branches under one PAN, face cross-charge, stock transfer and input service distribution questions that single-GSTIN firms never see. We keep all your registrations consistent with each other, not just compliant individually.
Traders, manufacturers, contractors, e-commerce sellers, professionals and service exporters — we have handled GST for all of them. Whatever mix of goods and services your Teynampet business supplies, the rate, classification and place-of-supply questions have almost certainly crossed our desk before.
E-invoicing is mandatory once turnover crosses Rs.5 crore and e-way bills apply to goods movements above Rs.50,000. We set up, train and troubleshoot both systems, so your despatches from Teynampet are never held up by a compliance gap at the gate.
No filing leaves our desk on a junior's judgement alone. A senior GST practitioner reviews your figures, ITC claims and tax computation before submission, so errors are caught at our table and not by the department months later through a notice.
Every new client receives a review of their recent returns before we file anything — unclaimed credit, GSTR-1 versus GSTR-3B drift, and exposures worth correcting quietly. Businesses in Teynampet often discover in this first review exactly why their previous arrangement was costing them money.
At month end we remind you and collect sales invoices, purchase bills and credit notes in whatever format you maintain, including Excel, Tally exports or scanned copies.
We prepare invoice-wise outward supply details, validate GSTINs of your B2B customers, summarise B2C supplies and file GSTR-1 on the portal before the 11th.
We download your auto-drafted GSTR-2B, match it against purchase records, and claim only eligible input tax credit so that mismatches do not trigger scrutiny notices later.
We compute net tax payable after ITC set-off, share the working with you for approval, and generate the payment challan for any cash liability.
After your confirmation and tax payment, we file GSTR-3B before the 20th and send you both filed acknowledgements along with a one-page summary of the month.
Send these on WhatsApp (+91 - 9600 606 444) and we take it forward the same day.

Practical outcomes our clients measure us by.
When GST knowledge lives inside a single staff member, their resignation becomes a compliance crisis. With our firm as the standing process, your filings continue uninterrupted regardless of internal staff changes.
Correct e-way bills matched to correct invoices mean your consignments clear roadside inspections cleanly, avoiding detention proceedings whose penalties can far exceed the tax on the goods being carried.
Late-fee waivers and amnesty windows notified by the GST Council are applied to your history within their deadlines, capturing reliefs that most businesses only hear about once the window has already closed.
A fixed professional fee is almost always cheaper than the combination of late fees, interest, lost credit and staff hours that informal, last-minute compliance quietly accumulates over a year.
Each period you receive a simple computation showing output tax, credit utilised and net cash payable, so GST becomes a number you understand and question rather than a figure you accept blindly.
Amounts deducted by government buyers as GST TDS and by marketplaces as TCS are accepted on the portal each period, so money withheld against your GSTIN actually reaches your cash ledger instead of lying unclaimed.
| Aspect | With ChennaiGST | DIY / Unattended |
|---|---|---|
| Input tax credit | Purchase register matched against GSTR-2B each period, with defaulting suppliers chased so eligible credit is actually captured. | Credit claimed from books alone; mismatches with GSTR-2B mean lost credit or excess claims that invite departmental queries. |
| Refund claims | RFD-01 filed with complete statements and annexures, tracked from ARN to bank credit, with any deficiency memo answered promptly. | Incomplete claims bounce back as deficiency memos while the refund sits unclaimed for months and working capital stays blocked. |
| Goods in transit | E-way bills generated correctly and matched to invoices, so consignments pass roadside inspections without detention or penalty. | A defective or missing e-way bill can mean detention at a checkpoint, with penalties that dwarf the tax on the consignment. |
| Registration and amendments | Query-resistant applications prepared correctly the first time, with supporting documents matched to what proper officers actually verify. | Repeated clarification memos and resubmissions, with weeks lost because a rent agreement or premises photograph did not meet expectations. |
| Keeping up with changes | Rate changes, portal updates and new thresholds such as the Rs.5 crore e-invoice limit are tracked by us and applied to your case proactively. | Changes are discovered after the fact — often through a rejected filing, a blocked e-way bill or a departmental letter. |
| Annual return preparation | Monthly reconciliations roll naturally into GSTR-9, filed comfortably before 31 December with figures already agreed through the year. | Twelve months of unmatched data reconstructed in December, with differences discovered too late to be corrected cleanly. |
GST law moves through notifications, circulars and court decisions. These are the ones changing how filings are prepared right now.
Entry 74, Notification No. 12/2017-Central Tax (Rate) dated 28.06.2017 · 2017-06-28
Entry 74 exempts health care services provided by a clinical establishment, an authorised medical practitioner or paramedics, and the transportation of a patient in an ambulance. Health care services are defined as diagnosis, treatment or care for illness, injury, deformity, abnormality or pregnancy in any recognised system of medicine, and expressly exclude cosmetic or plastic surgery unless done to restore or reconstruct anatomy affected by injury or congenital defect. Hair transplant and purely cosmetic procedures are therefore taxable.
What to do about it: A Chennai hospital or clinic is exempt on treatment, but must charge GST on cosmetic procedures, pharmacy sales to outsiders and rental of space to shops.
Circular No. 157/13/2021-GST dated 20 July 2021 · 2021-07-20
CBIC explained the effect of the Supreme Court's order of 27 April 2021 extending limitation. The extension applies where an appeal has to be filed against a quasi-judicial order before the Joint or Additional Commissioner (Appeals), the Commissioner (Appeals), the Appellate Authority for Advance Ruling, the Tribunal or the courts, or where a revision or rectification of an order has to be sought. It does not apply to proceedings a taxpayer has to initiate or compliances he has to make, which remain governed only by the statute and by the notifications issued under section 168A of the CGST Act, nor to the quasi-judicial work of officers such as deciding refund claims, revocation applications and demand adjudications, which may continue.
Why this matters: A Chennai taxpayer who missed an appeal deadline during the pandemic waves can rely on this relief, but return filing dates were never covered by it.
M. Trade Links v. Union of India — Kerala High Court, judgment dated 5 July 2024, reported at 2024 KLT OnLine 1624 · 2024-07-05
A large batch of petitions challenged the constitutional validity of Section 16(4), which bars input tax credit claimed after the prescribed deadline, and of Section 16(2)(c). The High Court upheld both provisions, holding that input tax credit is a statutory concession subject to conditions and time limits fixed by the legislature. Limited relief was given for the initial years of GST having regard to the transitional difficulties and the subsequent amendments extending the deadline.
Why this matters: Do not rely on litigation to rescue late credit claims — reconcile and claim within the statutory deadline for each financial year.
