Late fees, blocked credit and mismatch notices cost far more than professional help ever will. We complete GST Refund RFD-01 for Agaram businesses from Rs.4,999, matching every figure against portal data before anything reaches the department.
We serve businesses on and around Venkatesan Road — document pickup, in-person consultation at our Porur office, or fully online over WhatsApp.
Share your number — a senior GST consultant calls you back within 30 minutes.
Agaram is a tight grid of workshops and homes between Peravallur and Sembium, with tailoring and hosiery units, footwear stitchers, cycle and two wheeler mechanics and small foundries along Loco Works Road and Kumaran Nagar Main Road. Market Street, Temple Road and the Paper Mills Road frontage carry grocery and rice wholesalers serving the Perambur belt, while Jaganathan Colony and Bharathi Nagar hold rented workshop sheds. Composition scheme limits, unregistered job work movements and cash sale invoicing gaps drive most notices received here. For businesses here, staying on the right side of GST is not optional — buyers check compliance, and the department's systems match every return. Our firm provides GST Refund RFD-01 to clients across Agaram and neighbouring Peravallur and Sembium, combining Chennai jurisdiction familiarity with disciplined deadline tracking. Whether you run a shop, a service practice or a growing trading concern, we handle the portal work so you can stay focused on the business itself.
Not a bulk-filing portal. A senior consultant knows your file, your jurisdiction and your deadlines.
Winding up attracts its own GST obligations — the cancellation application, reversal of credit on closing stock, and the final return in GSTR-10 within three months. We close registrations properly so a business you shut in Agaram never writes back to you as a demand years later.
OTP failures, DSC errors, stuck submissions on due-date evenings — we deal with the GST portal daily and know the workarounds. When the site misbehaves on the 20th, our team keeps retrying and escalating so your return still goes through.
Most GST notices trace back to mismatches between GSTR-1, GSTR-3B and GSTR-2B. We reconcile these before filing, not after a notice arrives, so your returns are internally consistent and the most common triggers for ASMT-10 scrutiny simply never appear.
Tally, Zoho Books, Busy, marketplace reports, plain Excel or even a handwritten bill book — we take your data in whatever form your Agaram business already maintains it. You are never forced to buy new software or retrain staff just to become our client.
Quarterly filing still demands monthly attention — IFF uploads so your buyers see their credit on time, and tax payment through PMT-06 by the 25th for the first two months of each quarter. We run that monthly rhythm so QRMP saves you effort without creating gaps.
GST is confusing enough without a language barrier. Our team explains notices, tax positions and filing requirements in plain Tamil or English, whichever you and your staff in Agaram are comfortable with, and keeps written communication simple and jargon-free.
We identify the correct refund category, confirm the two-year limitation from the relevant date, and compute the admissible amount using the formula prescribed under the rules.
Invoices, shipping bills, FIRCs, the LUT and ledger extracts are compiled into the prescribed statements, and gaps that commonly cause deficiency memos are fixed upfront.
The refund application is filed on the portal with all annexures and declarations, and the acknowledgement in RFD-02 is tracked within the statutory fifteen days.
We respond to any deficiency memo in RFD-03 or show cause notice in RFD-08, appear through written submissions, and pursue provisional refund where the category permits.
We track the sanction order in RFD-06 and payment advice in RFD-05, confirm the credit in your validated bank account, and archive the complete claim file.
Send these on WhatsApp (+91 - 9600 606 444) and we take it forward the same day.
Timeline: Application filed in 3-5 working days; sanction typically within 60 days · No hidden charges · GST invoice provided
Practical outcomes our clients measure us by.
Interest on delayed GST payment runs at 18 percent per annum, which is costlier than most working capital finance. Timely computation and payment through our calendar keeps that meter permanently at zero.
Loan applications and government tenders routinely demand GST returns and registration documents. With everything filed and archived properly, you can produce a complete compliance file within hours instead of days.
Illness, travel or a family function no longer threatens a deadline. With a standing external process holding your calendar and data trail, filings proceed on schedule whether or not you are at your desk.
Whether moving between composition and regular scheme, opting into QRMP, or crossing the e-invoice threshold at Rs.5 crore, transitions are planned in advance rather than discovered after a compliance breach.
Amounts deducted by government buyers as GST TDS and by marketplaces as TCS are accepted on the portal each period, so money withheld against your GSTIN actually reaches your cash ledger instead of lying unclaimed.
Because monthly data is reconciled as it happens, GSTR-9 preparation before the 31 December due date becomes a review exercise rather than a painful reconstruction of twelve untidy months.
| Aspect | With ChennaiGST | DIY / Unattended |
|---|---|---|
| Portal credentials and data | Logins handled by a small engaged team under strict confidentiality, with credentials stored securely and never passed onward. | Passwords circulating on chats with freelancers and part-timers, and no accountability for who has accessed your business data. |
| Record keeping | Every return, challan, acknowledgement and working paper archived in an organised folder, retrievable in minutes years later. | Documents scattered across email, downloads and old phones; assembling records for a bank or an audit takes days. |
| Due-date tracking | A maintained compliance calendar with internal cut-offs days before the 11th and the 20th; we chase you for data, not the other way around. | Deadlines remembered from memory or phone alarms; one busy week and the return slips past the due date. |
| Keeping up with changes | Rate changes, portal updates and new thresholds such as the Rs.5 crore e-invoice limit are tracked by us and applied to your case proactively. | Changes are discovered after the fact — often through a rejected filing, a blocked e-way bill or a departmental letter. |
| Goods in transit | E-way bills generated correctly and matched to invoices, so consignments pass roadside inspections without detention or penalty. | A defective or missing e-way bill can mean detention at a checkpoint, with penalties that dwarf the tax on the consignment. |
| Late fees and interest | Filings go in ahead of statutory dates, so the Rs.50-per-day late fee and 18 percent interest never arise. | Late fees accumulate silently every delayed day, and interest on unpaid tax runs at 18 percent per annum. |
Venkatesan Road is a main connecting road in Agaram, about 800 m south-west of the centre of Agaram. The same consultant covers the streets immediately around it — Balasubramaniam Salai (about 250 m); Karthikeyan Road (about 300 m); Anna Street (about 300 m); Jambulingam Main Road (about 450 m) — so a site visit on Venkatesan Road can usually be combined with other work in Agaram on the same trip. For GST purposes an address on Venkatesan Road falls under the Chennai North CGST Commissionerate, and the Agaram pincode is 600082.
Road classification and position from OpenStreetMap; distances are straight-line and approximate. Jurisdiction must be confirmed on your own registration certificate.
We track every notification, circular and judgment that changes a filing position, so your returns and replies reflect the current law.
9th GST Council Meeting, New Delhi — 16 January 2017 (Signed Minutes, Agenda Item 5) · 2017-01-16
With the revised model law still to be brought back to the Council, the fitment of rates incomplete and taxpayers needing time to configure their accounting systems, the Council unanimously agreed to extend the GST rollout date to 1 July 2017. Maharashtra, Assam and Bihar had pressed for 1 April 2017, Assam adding that changing the tax regime in the middle of a financial year was undesirable, but the Chairperson observed that the legal and rate work would spill into March 2017 and that an April deadline had become a major challenge. Tamil Nadu and Karnataka supported 1 July 2017 as the more practical date.
How we apply it: GST law in India runs from 1 July 2017, so the first return periods, the first annual return and all transitional credit deadlines are measured from that date.
CBIC Frequently Asked Questions on GST on pre-packaged and labelled goods, dated 17 July 2022 · 2022-07-17
A day before the change took effect, the Tax Research Unit issued FAQs explaining that the expression takes its meaning from the Legal Metrology Act, 2009 and covers commodities intended for retail sale in packs of up to twenty-five kilograms or twenty-five litres that must bear statutory declarations. A single package above that limit is not covered, nor are packs supplied to an industrial or institutional consumer. Loose sale from a large pack by a retailer does not attract the levy.
What it means for you: A fifty-kilogram rice bag sold as one package stays outside the levy, but the moment it is repacked into labelled retail bags of twenty-five kilograms or less, five per cent applies.
Circular No. 131/1/2020-GST dated 23 January 2020 · 2020-01-23
After cases of integrated tax refunds obtained on the strength of fake invoices, CBIC issued a standard operating procedure for exporters whose refunds are suspended pending verification. The jurisdictional CGST formation is to verify the exporter's existence, the genuineness of the input tax credit claimed and the details in a prescribed verification report, and to complete the exercise within fourteen working days, after which the report goes to the Chief Commissioner and the refund is released if the verification is favourable.
What it means for you: If an export refund is held up because the exporter has been flagged, this circular sets the timeline and the exact documents to place before the officer.
