Late fees, blocked credit and mismatch notices cost far more than professional help ever will. We complete GST Notice Reply for Pozhichalur businesses from Rs.2,999, matching every figure against portal data before anything reaches the department.
We serve businesses on and around Acharya Tulsi Road — document pickup, in-person consultation at our Porur office, or fully online over WhatsApp.
Share your number — a senior GST consultant calls you back within 30 minutes.
Pozhichalur sits behind Pammal on the Cowl Bazaar road network, a temple-and-workshop pocket where provision stores, hardware shops, tailoring and leather job-work units, flat promoters and paying-guest hostels for airport staff share space along Dr. Ambedkar Road, Kalaignar Road and the Anna Nagar - Pozhichalur Link Road. Small traders drift in and out of the forty lakh threshold, and job workers face persistent classification and input tax credit reversal queries. Years of working in and around Pozhichalur have shown us where GST trouble actually begins here — supplier defaults, classification doubts and deadlines lost in busy trading weeks. Our GST Notice Reply is built to close precisely those gaps, and the same team supports businesses in Pammal and Anakaputhur, each with one point of contact and a compliance calendar maintained on their behalf.
Not a bulk-filing portal. A senior consultant knows your file, your jurisdiction and your deadlines.
The annual return and, where turnover crosses Rs.5 crore, the self-certified reconciliation statement in GSTR-9C are prepared by the same team that filed your monthly returns. Nothing about your year has to be rediscovered or explained to a stranger in December.
E-invoicing is mandatory once turnover crosses Rs.5 crore and e-way bills apply to goods movements above Rs.50,000. We set up, train and troubleshoot both systems, so your despatches from Pozhichalur are never held up by a compliance gap at the gate.
We are a Chennai firm with a physical office, not a faceless portal. If you prefer to sit across a table with your papers, you are welcome. Clients from Pozhichalur regularly visit us for registrations, notice discussions and annual return reviews.
You are told the full fee before we begin, in writing. No surprise additions for uploads, revisions or acknowledgements. Government fees and taxes, where applicable, are shown separately, so businesses in Pozhichalur always know exactly what the engagement costs them.
GST is confusing enough without a language barrier. Our team explains notices, tax positions and filing requirements in plain Tamil or English, whichever you and your staff in Pozhichalur are comfortable with, and keeps written communication simple and jargon-free.
No filing leaves our desk on a junior's judgement alone. A senior GST practitioner reviews your figures, ITC claims and tax computation before submission, so errors are caught at our table and not by the department months later through a notice.
We read the notice line by line, identify the section invoked, the periods covered, the exact information sought and the deadline for response.
The figures alleged in the notice are reconciled against your filed returns, GSTR-2B and books, so the reply is grounded in verifiable numbers rather than assertions.
We draft a professional, point-wise reply addressing every allegation, attaching reconciliations, invoices and legal support, and share the draft with you for approval.
The approved reply is filed on the portal within the deadline. Where a small genuine liability exists, we advise payment through DRC-03 to limit interest and penalty.
We monitor the portal for the officer's response, attend to any further queries or hearing dates, and pursue the matter until a closure or order is received.
Send these on WhatsApp (+91 - 9600 606 444) and we take it forward the same day.
Timeline: Draft reply in 3-5 working days · No hidden charges · GST invoice provided
Practical outcomes our clients measure us by.
Large buyers check vendor GST compliance before releasing payments and renewing contracts. A clean filing record with timely GSTR-1 uploads keeps your invoices reflecting in their GSTR-2B and your payments unblocked.
Funding rounds, partnerships and business sales all begin with a compliance check. A clean, documented GST history lets you clear that scrutiny quickly instead of watching a deal stall over old filing gaps.
Correct, complete tax invoices signal a well-run business to customers, vendors and banks alike, quietly strengthening your credibility in every transaction where your paperwork is seen.
Late-fee waivers and amnesty windows notified by the GST Council are applied to your history within their deadlines, capturing reliefs that most businesses only hear about once the window has already closed.
Excess balances parked in the electronic cash ledger are identified during regular ledger reviews and either utilised against upcoming liability or claimed back as a refund, instead of sitting interest-free with the government.
A fixed professional fee is almost always cheaper than the combination of late fees, interest, lost credit and staff hours that informal, last-minute compliance quietly accumulates over a year.
| Aspect | With ChennaiGST | DIY / Unattended |
|---|---|---|
| Record keeping | Every return, challan, acknowledgement and working paper archived in an organised folder, retrievable in minutes years later. | Documents scattered across email, downloads and old phones; assembling records for a bank or an audit takes days. |
| Refund claims | RFD-01 filed with complete statements and annexures, tracked from ARN to bank credit, with any deficiency memo answered promptly. | Incomplete claims bounce back as deficiency memos while the refund sits unclaimed for months and working capital stays blocked. |
| Risk of notices | GSTR-1, GSTR-3B and GSTR-2B reconciled before filing, removing the mismatches that trigger most scrutiny notices. | Inconsistent figures across returns quietly build a mismatch history that surfaces later as ASMT-10 scrutiny or a demand notice. |
| Keeping up with changes | Rate changes, portal updates and new thresholds such as the Rs.5 crore e-invoice limit are tracked by us and applied to your case proactively. | Changes are discovered after the fact — often through a rejected filing, a blocked e-way bill or a departmental letter. |
| Registration and amendments | Query-resistant applications prepared correctly the first time, with supporting documents matched to what proper officers actually verify. | Repeated clarification memos and resubmissions, with weeks lost because a rent agreement or premises photograph did not meet expectations. |
| When a notice arrives | A professional drafts the reply in the department's format and files it within the statutory window, such as thirty days for ASMT-11. | You face departmental language alone, and a missed reply deadline can convert a simple query into a demand with penalty. |
Acharya Tulsi Road is a main connecting road in Pozhichalur, about 1.6 km south-east of the centre of Pozhichalur. The same consultant covers the streets immediately around it — Pammal Main Road (about 150 m); Bazaar Road (about 150 m); Abdul Faruk Sahip Main Road (about 550 m); Deivasigamani Street (about 800 m) — so a site visit on Acharya Tulsi Road can usually be combined with other work in Pozhichalur on the same trip. For GST purposes an address on Acharya Tulsi Road falls under the Chennai Outer CGST Commissionerate, and the Pozhichalur pincode is 600074.

Circular No. 237/31/2024-GST · 2024-10-15
CBIC explained the implementation of the retrospective ITC relaxations: for FY 2017-18 to 2020-21, credit claimed in GSTR-3B filed up to 30 November 2021 is valid, and taxpayers with confirmed demands on this sole ground must use the special rectification procedure rather than appeals where the order was not contested. It also clarified, following Section 150 of the Finance (No. 2) Act, 2024, that no refund arises for tax already paid or credit already reversed on this issue.
Practical effect: The 16(4) relief works only prospectively against pending or unpaid demands; amounts already paid or reversed cannot be recovered as refunds, so prioritise open cases.
Tamil Nadu Water Investment Company Ltd - AAR Tamil Nadu, advance ruling reported at 2019 (2) TMI 187 · 2019
The Chennai company provided management consultancy and detailed project report services to the Chennai Metro Water Supply and Sewerage Board for water related projects. It asked whether the service attracted GST. The Authority held that the supply was a pure service with no supply of goods involved, rendered in relation to a function entrusted to a municipality, and was therefore exempt from GST under the entry covering pure services supplied to government and local authorities.
What to do about it: Chennai consultants on government water and civic projects should test the pure services exemption before adding GST to their invoices.
56th GST Council Meeting, New Delhi — 3 September 2025 · 2025-09-03
The 56th GST Council meeting approved the biggest structural reform since 2017, replacing the 5, 12, 18 and 28 per cent slabs with a two-rate structure — a 5 per cent merit rate and an 18 per cent standard rate — plus a 40 per cent de-merit rate for a narrow set of luxury and sin goods. Most items at 12 per cent moved to 5 per cent and most at 28 per cent moved to 18 per cent. The new rates took effect from 22 September 2025 and remain in force.
Practical effect: Every Chennai business had to re-map product rates, reprice stock and update billing software from 22 September 2025 — rate mistakes since then invite scrutiny notices.

Upload the PDF to our free GST Notice Analyser. It identifies which of 34 notice types you have, pulls out the DIN, GSTIN and tax period, reads the reply date printed on the notice and tells you plainly whether that date has already passed — along with the documents and reconciliations you will need. No payment, no account. If the notice does not state a date we can read, it says so rather than guessing one for you.
